Absoloutly disgusting behaviour from the girl serving.. very very rude and kept saying she never understood my simply request ...after explaining several times trying to make me look stupid infront of many people I still never got my correct order after charging very high prices. Very disappointed and will not be returning.... shambles .... lots of people walked out whistling i was waiting for my food and went down the road ... should have done the same ... dont go there .... go further down the road

Had visited this Pizza Hut 2 years when I last visiting Blackpool, so impressed then and decided to re book Friday 11/10/2024 at 5pm, myself and hubby equally impressed again, greeted by I think the manager , friendly welcome showed us to our table, advised us payment option card only and if possible order using table number on our mobile phone, manager assured us help available from waiting staff to assist us, we were fine using payment method, the waitress who bought our food was polite ,friendly, the food , drinks were of high standard, I would highly recommend this Pizza Hut and definitely pre book to.

We dined here as it is a stones throw from the Winter Gardens where we had tickets for a show. The menu is full of the usual meals found at any pub with nothing particularly different. I had the chilli burger which was a burger with chilli con carne on top in a white bap, along with chips and small side salad. I’m not sure what the burger was made from but it certainly wasn’t beef, which it certainly should’ve been for the price. I thought the whole menu was rather pricey given the type of establishment it is. Based on my experience it’s not somewhere I’d recommend.

Paid for large chips and cheese but more like a regular. Walked approx 400 yards to my hotel, opened them up and they were COLD! The chips must have been sitting a while before served up to me as the cheese had not melted in the slightest. Shop was very busy that night, staff seemed to be arguing with each other in their own language. There’s never any reason to sell cold food!

Firstly the small woman on the counter was horrendously rude. They ran out of cheese and pepsi, only cold drinks they had were water, diet pepsi or Fanta zero, the really rude woman behind the till over charged me and tried to argue with me that she was right (even tho is says £2.40 on the menu), she lost our order ticket and tried to say we were table 8 when we were table 9 (so she keyed in the wrong table number as well) Then a nice bloke came over and said the muffins were basically stale but they'll upgrade us to a roll for free. (Which was nice) But We were waiting so long we finished our drinks, then when the food did come it was missing the sausage. Then as we were about to leave our order arrived again (which we politely declined) All in all, get rid of ya rude staff! You can overlook missing or cold out items but not rudeness. Looks like I'm not the only one with problems with this woman reading the other reviews.

We had tea, coffee and blackcurrant cider. Outside entertainment was not on, but was open. Inside had a lovely man playing older songs. April: doors propped open and heaters on. Pointless having heaters on with every door propped open. Expensive drinks.
