Wafflaburg in Blackpool

If i could give this shop a none star i would Stay away from this shop as the ladies who serve you have a attitude with religious scarfs on and also their menu does not state nut allergies dessert ordered and when questioned if it is Nutella they checked ingredients it did have nuts but not stated on menu apparently you suppose to read the small print behind the till for nut allergies Poor customer service disappointed wouldn't come back again they cant offer people anything else with nut allergies

Really great overloaded chicken and beef burgers with superb chips, in a most unusually themed restaurant. Decor is pink, pink, and pink and mauve and a bit of violet, with weird lighting and strange plastic flowers everywhere. But the food was excellent, the chicken piping hot, lightly spiced, crisp almost to the point of being brittle, the hash-brown light and tasty. The other burger came with outstanding onion rings and a rich cheese sauce. The staff were helpful and friendly. A great place.

Seen this advertised on TikTok and kept boasting to my husband that we need to go, one of the reasons we visited Blackpool today, thought we was going to be getting a smash burger when we received two huge normal beef burgers, covered in mayonnaise on a thin burger bun, the sweet potatoes fries had nothing sweet about them and the drinks was so small, for the price your paying the food is not worth it, very disappointed and won’t be coming back again. Also to add the lady serving was really rude no eye contact was made when conversating.

Visited here today with My daughter after searching for places to eat and found their TikTok and Instagram accounts. Wow we absolutely loved it, decor is 10/10 and the vibe is good too, we actually didn't want to leave!! Food is so good, we had the barbie-q-chick burger and the nach nach burger with peri fries to share. Then we had a waffle, waffles here are amazing!!! Definitely recommend, I just wish this place was down South, where I live as I'd be there all the time with my friends.

Being the most expensive and best looking takeaway in the area, I had high hopes, they were giving off Archies vibes. And Archies standards I was expecting. Oh how I was wrong. When you are paying this much for a burger, you would expect a smashed homemade patty, not a frozen slab of spam like meat sat between a soggy bun that had been drowned in mayonaise (to cover up the taste of the bad meat) It truly was awful! I had to throw them away. Its also embarrassing when I saw how much effort has been put into the website and instagram. Theres a video of the owner in his flashy car saying how these are the best burgers in the world.. what a joke. The chicken strips were ok I guess, would be nice crispy. chips were ok too. "cheesy bites" were actually mozzarella sticks, again they were not bad, hard to get these wrong though. Overall, I would give this a 2.6 out of 10, and can saftly say I will never order from here again. I'm also very confused as to how they have so many good reviews? did I catch them on a bad day? ran out of fresh meat so had to use frozen? who knows?

Absolutely awful attitudes on staff very intimidating. The place was empty on a Friday night that says it all. Not only do you have to go up to the till to order you also have to go and get it wen it’s ready. You have to pay for sauces wen you eat in cheap nasty sauces as well. 5 members of staff just staring at you wile you eat. Burger was ok sweet potato fries burnt and cold and the drink should of gone with a kids meal. Soon as I put a review on there page I got blocked and review deleted. We did go out for food and dessert but due to staff attitude and the whole staring making us feel very uncomfortable we went elsewhere for dessert. I think it is very poor management to delete a review and not even try to. Rectify paid £8 for 2 lots of burnt black fries wot a joke plus cheap nasty sauce ruined it even more than the staff

I've had many meals from WaffLaBurg the food is tasty, cooked to perfection. I love the burgers best I've ever tasted, the desserts are amazing and the milkshakes are the best in blackpool. It's a bit dearer than your other burger takeaways but you get what you pay for. Its always hot when delivered too.

I phoned them because Blackpool Eats said it would be a 70 minute wait and when I spoke to them they said that it would be 30 minutes to 45. I’m game within 35 minutes and it was piping hot. The chips didn’t need any seasoning and the chicken burger was juicy and so tasty. I will 100% order from here again. Plus the delivery driver was very friendly. We’ve not got onto the doughnut yet as we are full, but they look lovey.

The food is so dead end. The chicken burger tasted like plastic. The nachos, you can tell its budget. The chips was definitely budget. Budget cheese. Budget jalepenos. The price for a burger is premium but the quality of food is, well lets just say, outdated food would taste better. Their drinks LOOOOOL they charge stupid but the cup is size of a shot, wth. Stingy! Anyhow, if you are thinking you need halal food, much better place called the view in Lyhtham 5-10min drive from there, beautiful beach view and the food quality taste is much better oh and you wont feel like your in a bldy club with music pumping like wafflaburg.

Visited twice with family, decor just stunning the minute you walk in, very clean. Food sooo nice and tasty, a lot for your money. Desserts absolutely delicious crepes, waffles and milkshakes so yummy. Great place to eat, friendly staff, defo worth a visit.

If i could give a zero i would 3rd time ordered from this company…. Foods nice but EVERY single time ordered the put mayonnaise on a burger when its clearly advertised as no mayo. [burgerology]] My husband is allergic to mayo… Spoke to a guy apologized for the error, but if i wanted to collect one i could. Im isolating…. He wasn’t interested. Piss poor service Piss poor reply from the manager / owner…

This place is one of my absolute favourite take aways! Their food is amazing! So tasty! I've practically tried a bit of everything now and I can't fault a single thing. Would highly highly recommend!

Much more than it appears! we thought it was just a beach hotel diner but we were surprised . The interior is beautiful , it feels like an indian wedding , colorful and sparkling, the food is great . Everything we asked for was perfect. Kfc level however, in a much better environment, without comparison
