The best restaurants serving Default food in Hindpool Barrow-in-Furness North West

Are they taking the piss i just ordered a mixed meat kebab the kebab came in one box salad in another sauce in a tub and a pita bread that looked abused no way i was getting anything in the pita bread the absolute cracker though was the so called chicken kebab was just asda's chicken breast not kebab'd at all i mean if i wanted to make my own kebab i would of gone to tesco at least bought the ingredients and called bob the builder to make it at least the meat would of got into the pita bread

Wide range of goods and well priced

I have used Barrow takeaway for years and it has never disappointed until tonight. I ordered chicken and cashew nut and it was like an English stew, celery, carrots, huge pieces of onion, some Chinese veg chopped very small, incipit pieces of bland white chicken and watery sauce. It was the worst Chinese dish I have ever had, to top it all the chips were n cold and soggy. Will not be back refund or no refund.

Simply not worth it staff talk about there life's more than there customers means for a simple pie which had.. mushroom bigger than the so called meat , bland and a puff pasty top 👊. Served with plastic micro wave mash nice that will be £19 quid 😂

Food was lovely, but very slow to come out and as a party of 11 the first people had nearly finished by the time the last person got their meal. Poor service from the staff, and was told that the deposit paid for my partner, who was in hospital and couldn’t come, could not be deducted off the bill. So basically kept the additional £10, as the party had spend approx £350 I thought this was out of order and have never come across it in any restaurant before. There were a few other issues which were completely unnecessary. Won’t be going back for a while now 😕

Me sentí muy seguro comiendo en este restaurante: mesas socialmente distanciadas, muy poco contacto con el personal, pedido en línea, sin opciones de autoservicio. La comida era deliciosa y se servía muy rápido. Solo le di 4 estrellas ya que pedí espinacas y cebollas rojas en mi pizza. La cocina se había quedado sin espinacas, con lo cual no tuve ningún problema, pero mi pizza llegó sin cebollas y tenía maíz dulce y pimientos que no había pedido. Estaba delicioso, pero no era lo que había pedido en absoluto.

Clean cafe, friendly and attentive staff . The issue for me is that on a few occasions I have had Cakes and they havent been fresh.. They are still charging the same price for potentially stale food. Please Stollers, if you are going to serve cakes that a few days old, mark them half price. Even better, only serve fresh cake.

So I popped in with my obviously disabled daughter for a drink. My daughter had a seizure so she needed to sit down and have a drink. It was around 2.20. The woman that served us acted like she couldn't be bothered. I would have walked out if my daughter wasn't with me. But my daughter wanted a cake as well. So asked if we could have some cakes as they were still on display so I assumed we could purchase some. Then she said abrupt you do realise we are closing soon. Then said we I suppose I can do them to takeaway. She huffed like she didn't really want to. I thought I would look up opening hours online and they actually close at 3pm. The way she spoke to me I assumed she ment they closed at 2.30. I'll be going to McDonald's in future. F*** supporting local businesses if that's their attitude.

Cold Korean chicken wings, gooey cheese garlic bread, soggy chicken strips, cheese garlic bread was leaking into the box because of no grease proof paper, pure don't buy it.

It was absolutely disgusting a hair ball in the food after waiting 1 hour and 40 mins and then when rang to ask to replace it practically got called a liar . They said would send another one out but would rather have money back incase happens again but didn’t get the option. Poor delivery driver turned up and I gave him the old food back what was left in tubs and shown him what was on plate and he said can u out that in tub as they want that back as well as tubs absolutely disgusting zoom in on photo u will see the hair ball

The staff are all so lovely and I had a bit of a wait for my food but the lady behind the counter was so kind and lovely to me and I’ll will be coming back again
