Lovely food. Great service. Friendly locals. Lovely decor. Great deli food for sale. Opened early.

The food was pretty good. I got a hot shot pizza and had fresh chilli and onion on which had a decent kick to it. It had nice crispy crusts, and the rest was soft. For pizza made on a van, it was pretty good. They should use a mixture of cheeses, though instead of just one. My partner got the tandoori chicken wrap with cheese and garlic sauce. She was enjoying it, and then she was put off by a bit of bad chicken. All in all the pizza wasn't bad but wouldn't want to return for any meat.

I always stop at Albany Fish bar when in the area. Always top quality food on every visit in past few years I've visited. Staff are great too and always friendly. Plus the owner Jaz is top guy and always gives you a good laugh. Highly recommend to anyone. Give this place a go and you will not be disappointed

Decen place but portion sizes and quality have reduced over the years in my opinion.

Been to many Indian restaurants and having Indian parents, this is actually a Bangladeshi style restaurant. Food was poor quality especially the vegetarian to the point it was clear that they have zero understanding of how to cook good vegetarian dishes which the continent is famous for. The Tarka daal had big chunk to garlic. The okra dish, the aloo dish were drowning in an oil and onions and tasted the same. The okra was mushy and overcooked. Okra doesn’t have onions as little oil. The aloo was overcooked and again bagged in oil and pretty miserable. Rice dishes were too small and the vindaloo had undercooked spices and too many spices in comparison to the light but hot vindaloo done in better places. They need a new chef. One of the waiters was eating his dinner stood up in the corner at the back of the restaurant with his hands only to go on to serve us. Poppadums were stale and had been sat out and again greasy. The interior decor is musty, toilets poor and very tired and miserable.

I visited La Porto Norton with my family last week. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious. I will definitely be coming back!

Excellent for couples, and for families. Or even for those who want to dine alone! Brilliant atmosphere and everyone always has a smile on their face and makes you feel welcome and valued. Well done to everyone there for such high standards that are rare nowadays. 10/10

Fantastic indian food, they have won many awards and rightfully so. My go to Indian lovely food, I always get the roshni madras and its always fantastic they have the same chef so the food is always consistent. Always full of flavour

Just had takeaway from happy valley. Chips were like cardboard absolutely crap. Chicken chow mein was ok no spice at all. Chicken curry was ok. Total dissapointment. Cant seem to find a decent chinese takeaway after dave retired from chung ying.

Over priced for what is it. Worst tasting pizza, garlic sauce was plain and £2 for a tiny piece of cake.. go elsewhere next time

This was the best Sunday lunch we’ve had in a very long time. All elements, perfectly cooked. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. We could see the chefs working really hard, preparing meals from our table. Loved it !!
