Visited from out of area based on local recommendations on a Friday night. Staff were all very good/welcoming and the food itself was excellent. The large chicken parmo is massive!!…tender, juicy and crispy chicken with great sauce/cheese.

Oh dear, poor food off the main menu and the Sunday lunch menu. The meat on Sunday lunch was fine to be fair but the veg and roast potatoes very poor, parsnips burnt, roast potatoes weren't even up to aunt Bessie standerds, dry cheap rubbish. Mash tasted cheap and manufactured variaty Main menu smothered platter was laughable, pie and chips and peas no gravy told to just go to carvary for it. Service, one lady working hard, otherwise table left for over 90 minutes after finishing not one plate cleared from from table. Toilets not great either to be honest. Play area was okay but seen better days . Two in group tried desserts, sundae was okay, choc brownie or whatever it was had cold custard, most desserts not available. Would be one star if not for the play area and the one lady whom was very pleasant sorry didn't get her name.

My daughter and I had haggis and chips from here today and it was the best chip shop I’ve tried. It was absolutely delicious! We were served by a friendly young man with a cheery disposition. I hadn’t been here for some 6 years, but it remains to be the best chippy, in my opinion.

Alec served my daughter & myself on Monday teatime at NEXT/Costa in Teesside Retail Park, Stockton . I’d just like to say we have now nicknamed him Buzz as in Lightyear he went ‘above & beyond’ to make sure we were happy with our order . So kind and nothing too much for him , Every Costa should have an Alec . See you next time we’re in Buzz ☕️ x

Nice clean room Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Will be even better when the kitchen opens in a few weeks but staff ordered me the local delicacy… PARMOS! Got to try them when you visit. Flat screens TVs En-suite bathroom. Plenty of little nick nacks. Husband was pleased as he only had to go downstairs to watch the rider cup! Free WiFi!

Visited for lunch on our way home after a lovely weekend away in our campervan with our little dog, ordered food abit pricey tobe honest (we both had a parmo), would have had sunday lunch but thought it was abit much at around £ 20 each, food arrived and we decided to have a glass of wine with it, had only had a bite or two then the wine arrived, the young girl balancing 2 glasses of wine on a tray managed to pour them all over me!! One fell over then the other, all over my meal, the chair ect, broken glass went everywhere 😩 An accident did feel sorry for her, I know, but why she didn't just carry them over I don't know! Everyone looked over too, I felt very uncomfortable!! I stood up dripping wet, while they raced round collecting all the glass, noone seemed bothered that I was soaked!! I asked for a cloth or towel but nothing, luckly we were in the campervan so I left and had to get changed on the carpark, they replaced our meal and we carried on, food was ok, but they'd missed some sides off, and still charged us for them, thought they might have compensated us by knocking abit of bill for the inconvenience as I was soaked,!! Didn't seem to care, now I've just noticed they've added an ex 10% to bill, robbing swines, £69. 36😳 For 2 parmo, 2 glasses of wine, a beer and a ginger beer, Wont be returning any time soon 😲😠

I had The Warehouse recommended a while ago and finally got round to trying it for Sunday lunch. It has a quirky interior design and has pots of lego on the table to amuse yourself while waiting for the food. I had booked and we were I was shown to the table immediately. The menu for Sunday lunch was a choice of 1, 2 or 3 courses. I opted for the lamb kofta starter, beef Sunday lunch and creme brulee dessert. The starter and mains were hot and could not be faulted. The beef was cooked to perfection. The dessert was also delicious. The food definitely couldn't be faulted. The staff were efficient and friendly. Only slight negative was that they didn't seem to smile!
