10/10 I ordered for the first time today and the food was beautiful and hot. Kids enjoyed their food also and they loved the baked warm cookies. Defo my go to from now on for future orders. Thank you and well and truly would recommend.

Just ordered sausage and chips with curry sauce in a pot. 4 times the person behind the counter confirmed what I wanted and they still got it wrong. Battered sausage instead of regular chippy sausage. Seems like a nice place, the guy putting pizza boxes together was cool. Such a shame that after all that effort they failed at such a simple order, even after even checking with the cooks. It's also very average which was a double disappointment. Oh well! Maybe you'll have a better experience than I have.

Our regular takeaway. Lovely food and reasonably priced. Delivery is super fast. Any issues are resolved quickly over the phone. No complaints

Would never order again ordered two chips and a large parmo it was absolutely tiny one of the worst ones I’ve had portion wisethe parmo also had no topping apart from in the middle feel like I’ve waisted my money

chips were cold and soggy. tasted as if they had been cooked ages before. peas were tepid.Milkshake was missing, i've requested a refund.

REGULAR fish and chips was tiny, the fish was about 5-6 inches long and a hand full of chips which where mainly hard. Batter was greasy and not enjoyable at all. won't be ordering again. Please don't waste your money

I've ordered loads of times of these my main issue on my last order ( yesterday ) the chips were so awful proper brown looked liked been cooked 5 times the parmo wrap I ordered the chicken was chewie never ordering again plus the food was cold

Lovely food I order from here quite a bit, the cookies are soft and warm can be a little sickly and sometimes smaller than usual but 4 for £3.50 is worth every penny

Fish was a nice size & cooked well, though just a little oily but still great. Chips were lovely, though serving size was a little small. Ordered online & were ready nice & hot when I arrived.

I'm unsure how Joe's has attained a 4.2 rating, I wouldn't even give it 2.0. I've never had such disgusting food delivered to my door. The chips were old and mostly black and/or discolored, the batter on the fish tasted awful and was soggy and soft, mushy peas were not seasoned and inedible, the curry sauce was just ok as were the chicken nuggets. I will never ever order from this place again.

Great food as always piping hot and very tasty fast and friendly delivery.

Food arrived within the time give but the food itself wasn’t very nice, the chicken burger bun was soggy but the chicken inside as awful and dry, the fish patty was awful, the parmo was ok at best and the pizza lacked in flavour. Really disappointed as we have ordered from here a few time but this is the last time.

the smash burgers are definitely not fresh nor are the skin on fries... the fries where warm/cold. The milkshakes where not up to my expectations considering the list of milkshakes that are offered tasted very bland. was very disappointed considering I paid £40+ for the order.

The fish batter was very strange in texture and colour, my daughter wouldn't eat any of hers. Wrong drink, cheesecake was parlty frozen however it was nice.kebab wrap was okay but cold. Very disappointing

The food was amazing and gorgeous would go back if was bigger portion the portion was really small The Half a Parmo was a kid Parmo I’m dreading what they class a kid Parmo and the chips where about as much as Wetherspoons as I say gorgeous food but price they charger is not good for portion

Worst takeaway I have had I ordered sausage and chips the chips came cold and weren't fresh the sausage looked like it had waited there awhile and the shawarma chicken I ordered was cold to tried calling you and no answer

The cheesecake was amazing but the parmo and the pizza were terrible and tasteless. Was very disappointing. Collection time was good but would rather wait longer and get better food. We do not recommend.

We ordered pizza, parmo & chips with kebab meat. Parmo was delicious, pizza was good. Chips a massive let down, and kebab meat ok. I’d probably only order the parmo from here again.

absolutely delicious as always! tonight was shwarma wrap and kebab wrap. unlike other places joes wraps are overflowing with meaty goodness (not filled out with chips or salad)! i try to eat from joes 2-3 times a week! food is very highly recommend 👌 5 star kennedy gardens Billingham

Ordered my child a London pizza as that is all she will eat and it came just a plain margarita which she wouldn’t eat, chips were hard not the first time there has been a mistake made doubt I’ll be ordering again!

Portion size shrunk a lot since last time I ordered, and parmo wrap really wasn't very nice. Pretty disappointed this time but usually a great takeaway and will eat here again. Great delivery time though :)

The driver apologised because it took him 20 minutes (usually 10) to get the food to my house which was fine, but it meant the food was cold.

Parmo burger was hard over cooked salad was just shot on the burger two bags of chips where cold mushy peas where cold and the curry we ordered didn't turn far to say I will not be ordering from here again

Fish batter is not right, batter shouldn't be flat on the fish it should be bubbly and sort of misshapen, not a fan.

Paid £3.50 for a large chips and didn’t receive them

Ordered a large fish and it was tiny the batter was Rock hard it's the worst thing that I've ever had from Joe's was very disappointed

I don't want to complain about the food but my order has tipped me over the edge with bang average take aways . £24 for our order over £7 for a large cod that was smaller than my hand and all the batter on the bottom was soggy and fell off, and a jumbo sausage and chips that came with half a shovel of chips plus 4 large sauces. It's time to stop being lazy and thinking oooh I fancy a ????? And end up being disappointed. Sorry joes for this review but you just added to a list of frustrations. I would say I have used your service many times in the past and it has been fine . Think I am going to save my take away money and use it to dine out or start cooking more at home. Sorry jon

I’ve been ordering from here since they opened and the quality of food has gotten worse. Chips were okay but the fish was horrible, soggy and tasted stale.

Food arrived at the very end of the delivery time slot and, whilst still hot, the chips and fish bits were soggy.

First time ordering from here as new to area food was ok and no issues

First time I’ve used this takeaway absolutely spot on food lovely hot tasty and fresh definitely use them again and I am someone who looks to complain if something is wrong 😁
