Charming decor, delightful staff, and the best pizza I’ve ever tasted. Such a joy.

To be honest, I really wanted to give this super cute and cozy restaurant five stars, but unfortunately, the fact that they didn’t have any malagueta pepper or even a regular hot pepper to go with my meat or beans left me a bit sad haha. I think it’s such a classic thing for a Brazilian restaurant to have some chili—it goes so well with our food and culture. I had the daily special, which I “paid” £9.99 for, but when dining in, there’s an extra charge, so it ends up being around £12 with a drink included. They didn’t have my pepper, but the food was still really tasty. Fui el sábado para el fin de semana de San Valentín. Emocionado de probar una mezcla de comida rusa / europea en una ubicación privilegiada. Elegí tener los 10 catadores de vodka X por £ 45 y mi compañero accidentalmente derribó 2 de ellos mientras hablaba con la camarera. Ella fue a hablar con el gerente sobre reemplazarlos para nosotros, como es claramente solo un golpe involuntario del codo, y regresó para decir que el gerente dijo que no era posible. Luego nos cobraron 18 libras por 2 chupitos de reemplazo de su vodka de rábano picante casero. Las porciones de comida eran todas muy pequeñas y la crema agria con los pelmeni (solo 8 piezas) era muy corrido. Luego la factura vino con un 13. 5% de cargo por servicio en ella y mi socio explicó (en ruso) que no vamos a pagar el cargo y la camarera explicó que ella entendía perfectamente, claramente el gerente es el problema aquí. Ciertamente no volver después de un servicio desagradable de la administración, falta de comprensión / hospitalidad y comida promedio.

The hotel is exquisite – a tranquil location yet conveniently close to transport. The breakfast team were exceptionally kind, and the reception staff (especially Margarita, the blonde gentleman, and the young brunette lady) were courteous and efficient. My first London trip has left me smitten – I’ll certainly return. Thank you, obrigado, gracias!

Visitamos este lugar todos los días para el desayuno mientras estábamos en la ciudad. Gran comida, todo lo que intentamos estaba bien hecho. El servicio de café y las bebidas también fueron fantásticos, tampoco entiendo cómo son capaces de obtener sus bebidas tan calientes! El servicio fue excepcional, la comida y la experiencia gastronómica casual muestra claramente por qué este es un lugar local frecuentado por los habituales.

You have to order at the bar. There is very, very good beer here. We, 6 people, all had a different one and all were delicious! Highly recommended!

This was an incredibly disappointing experience. I took my best friend there for her 50th birthday bottomless brunch. Was expecting the menu and setting to be what was online and it could not have been more different. The food was below average and the manager / waitress kept reminding us of the time and when our session would be up. There was NO ONE else in the restaurant. We knew the bottomless brunch was for a limited time but to be told every 20/30 minutes was embarrassing! The food we chose was the mushroom carbonara - there were only about 3 mushroom in sight. Honestly the worst experience I have had at a restaurant for a very long time.

Really trendy vibe, friendly staff and amazing coffee, (I feel I know when I get a good coffee or not, love my coffee) and my delicious brunch on sourdough with bacon topped my experience

Don’t know why we’ve left it so long to return to the best steak in the UK. This place is consistently excellent, from steaks, to sides, to cocktails and wines and the staff are divine

My husband attended Fiume with a large work group for dinner. He pre ordered his meal beforehand. He says the service was friendly & efficient. His starter of mozzarella & ham was fine but the rocket with it was not dressed at all. His main course of swordfish seemed very mushy & undercooked (frozen perhaps) After a few mouthfuls he decided not to risk it as it wasn't right & didn't taste very good. During the middle of the night he woke up with a terrible upset tummy & cramps etc. He knew exactly what had caused it. Unfortunately he probably won't visit again.
