Bridge The Gap Cafe/ The Shish in Wandsworth

Visitamos este lugar todos los días para el desayuno mientras estábamos en la ciudad. Gran comida, todo lo que intentamos estaba bien hecho. El servicio de café y las bebidas también fueron fantásticos, tampoco entiendo cómo son capaces de obtener sus bebidas tan calientes! El servicio fue excepcional, la comida y la experiencia gastronómica casual muestra claramente por qué este es un lugar local frecuentado por los habituales.

A true British cafe serving every person food with great service at a fair price. I have only done breakfast here, but there is a collection of char coal grills which I bet are tasty for other day parts. Great sour dough, vegetarian friendly and better than avarage coffee. This place is a refreshing taste of real south London before all the she-she flashy new restaurants opened at Battersea Power Station. This is a proper cafe… or a NYC dinner where all types of people mix for all types of reasons. More than anything the folks who operate it are friendly, hospitable and make great latte’s.

Food was very plain without salt it was eatable but nothing special. Burger buns are bought from store and burger has lower than street food quality.

The restaurant offering quality breakfast and environment to enjoy the morning time. Lovely and helpful waiting staff with nice coffee and different selection of breakfast options. Awesome place to have a coffee/tea or even to have a huge portion of breakfast. Lovely service from Katarzyna I will definitely visit again Thank you.

Lovely coffee inside with few friends. Just opposite Battersea Park station & only couple mins walk from Battersea Park. Had a lovely cappuccino with friends. More than a handful of tables and good service. Good pricing too.

Nuestro hotel dejó de servir el desayuno antes de llegar, así que nos dirigieron a Bridge the Gap y desayunamos aquí todas las mañanas. Es encantador y acogedor por dentro, los camareros son encantadores y atentos, después de haber entrado y de que nos hayan preguntado si nos gustaría tomar nuestras bebidas, de haber recordado lo que eran de las mañanas anteriores. Nuestros pedidos siempre se tomaban rápidamente y nuestra comida y bebidas salían inmediatamente después. Los tamaños de las porciones son enormes! . . bueno, enorme en comparación con lo que estamos acostumbrados también. Es una excelente relación calidad-precio, especialmente si viaja o tiene un gran día por delante. Si nos quedáramos en Londres por más tiempo, felizmente continuaríamos haciendo de Bridge the Gap nuestro único lugar para desayunar / brunch. Si estás en Battersea y necesitas un excelente inglés completo, no busques más
