Very friendly service staff, efficient service and delicious food. Inside is very cosy, and we could tell was an organised group who knew what they were doing. Dog friendly too!

Most overpriced cafe for coffee in London, I was the only one in there and paid at till and still got charged service charge on a coffee. £4.90 for a latte which tasted crap is a joke

The full Lebanese breakfast is sensational. Have been here 3 times now. The last two times, I've had the shawarma without the wrap and instead with sweet potato fries to make it GF. Looking forward to coming back to try something else next time.

A strong four stars for this Earlsfield brunch spot. A nice buzzing atmosphere in the middle of the afternoon. Overall: Very good and easily the best place in Earlsfield to go for brunch. Food: Brunch spot with a shortish menu What I liked: • Reasonably friendly service but genuinely nothing special or standout. • Beautifully presented food which was also really delicious. • Decent price point What I didn’t like: • Some seats are really uncomfortable looking such as the ones against the window or those perched high up • Hellmanns ketchup! Not nice. Should be Heinz all day. • Apparently you can’t make any changes to menu items which I secretly agree with but I feel there needs to be a compromise for example if some really dislikes pistachios or wants their toast grilled more Do I recommend going? My wife and I were disappointed by our recent breakfast at Bean & Hop. I ordered the poached egg, which was incredibly overpriced at £15+, essentially just a tiny egg on a piece of bread with mashed avocado and random garnish . While the taste was okay, the value wasn't there, and the focus seemed to be on adding random garnishes rather than providing a balanced and satisfying meal. .

Nice food, sluggish service (but friendly) when busy.

The Lebanese breakfast was just about acceptable , if you choose to ignore the falafels which were as dry as the Sahara, and as hard as golf balls. What I found quite annoying was a service charge of almost £3 on a breakfast cafe plate. I always tip and would have done so this time. But I object to being forced to do so in a cafe. Pity, as I have just moved to the area and will have to find another caffe.

Had a lovely brunch here recently, the menu has so much choice and I need to return to try other things!! Wasn't a big fan of the beans or sausage, but loved everything else. Can't wait to try the other menu options!!

Had a very nice Lebanese style brunch here a few weekends ago - the food was varied and delicious at not too high a price. They service was quick and friendly and it was nice to sit outside in the sun, even if the road is quite busy. The coffee was good too.

Fuimos esta semana y la comida era bastante triste. Mi aguacate en las tostadas no estaba tostado y se empapó, el panqueque de los niños de mi hija consistía en un panqueque seco y cinco arándanos, solo absolutamente cero amor puesto en él - anteriormente obteníamos jarabe y toneladas de bayas diferentes. Pedimos jarabe y tardaron casi 15 minutos en traerlo, momento en el que ella había ahogado la tortita seca. Muy triste como solía ser genial, pero vamos a buscar un nuevo lugar.

We visited Bean and Hop on a beautiful Sunday afternoon and despite it being very busy, we only had to wait 10 minutes for a table for two. The whole experience was swift - we were seated, served drinks and food quickly, and paid the bill within the hour. Coffee: The double espresso was fantastic! (5/5) A strong, dark roast with a perfect crema, smooth and delicious. Especially for £2.50, it's a steal! Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, even on a busy day. We were seated quickly, drinks arrived promptly, and the food followed suit. Food: We tried the breakfast of champignons and the avocado eggs and chorizo. Both were delicious! The mushrooms were buttery and garlicky, and the sourdough was perfectly toasted. The avocado eggs had a generous portion of smashed avocado and the chorizo was perfectly spiced. Price: The Buck's Fizz was a bit pricey at £8.50, but it did have a good amount of pulp. Atmosphere: It can get quite loud and crowded, especially on sunny days. Overall, Bean and Hop is a great spot for a quick and delicious brunch or coffee. The service is top-notch, the coffee is fantastic, and the food is tasty. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait and a lively atmosphere, especially on weekends

Been to Bean and Hop a number of times and their food never lets me down. The green detox smoothie is yummy too. Always top notch and the Cortado is the best in SW London. No word of a lie. Highly recommend.

We had full English breakfast and Pancake Stack here. Both foods were very delicious and service was good even though it was busy. Definitely worth to try.

Nice atmosphere but extremely bland food. Random supermarket bread is better than what they serve in their breakfast. Other items were also subpar. You need to change your chef. Not coming back for food.

I love it when I can find a cafe in London with good guacamole. Ordered the breakfast quesadilla this morning with spicy chorizo and it hit the spot. Staff was attentive despite it being a busy Saturday morning. Would definitely come back the next time I’m in the area.

Wanted to go here for a nice brunch but found out it was quite average. Ordered 2 Decaf coffee and found out that they were not. I ordered the Lebanese Breakfast, in which I wanted streaky bacon on the side. They didn't bring the bacon, and I had go go up and ask for it. They were very apologetic, which was nice. However, for £3.50 you get 2 tiny pieces of bacon. Lastly, my partner wanted poached eggs with her breakfast. The egg was completely boiled and hard, a bit of a shame of a spot.

We have had the pleasure of visiting Bean and Hop for breakfast on a number of occasions the most recent of which was 2 weeks ago. Great service, amazing food and a very welcoming team. We had pancakes and a full English and the quality was excellent. We will continue to come back.

The atmosphere is enjoyable, but the cuisine doesn't meet expectations. The flavors lack harmony, and certain dishes lean towards being greasy. Moreover, when I attempted to order a pancake from the kids' menu for dessert after a full lunch, I was informed that it's restricted to children. Furthermore, the cost doesn't align with the food quality; spending approximately £30 on brunch and coffee seems disproportionate.

I met a friend here for a late lunch. The staff were friendly but a little pushy when ordering. I realised later that this was probably because the kitchen was closing but it would have been helpful to know that. I had chicken and avocado on sourdough, which was delicious. I will visit again.

Amazing breakfast - I went early and there was plenty of space (it did start filling up around 9.30) Coffee was nice, smoothie too and I loved the pancakes. Hope to go again soon!

The food was alright, nothing special and definitely doesn't deserve the price that's charged, as mentioned in another review. The mushrooms tasted like they were pickled in truffle oil and that killed any of the mushroom taste. The streaky bacon was nicely cooked and tasty. The wilted spinach needed a bit more finesse. The egg looked great but was overcooked. The sourdough was disappointing. Service was pleasant but understaffed for the numbers there. The time from order to served was too long so this is not the place to go unless you have lots of time.

Beautiful breakfast! All what you need to start your day. Perfect poached eggs and coffee. Definitely recommend and will come again and again!

Sausage sandwich not recommended! 2 pieces of toast and 2 sausages cut in half, no butter or sauce. It was very dry and cost £7. Bit of a rip off. My first and last time in Bean and Hop.

The food looks good but tastes just fine... looks can be deceiving. As it's a small business I am happy to pay the price that's asked.. to support small businesses but I still need to be convinced that the food deserves the price ... I am amazed with the friendly and great customer service even when it is busy, the atmosphere is chill and relaxing. Will visit again just for that.

Food is great. But I can't say that coffee, especially the heating & frothing of the milk is taken seriously. Cappuccino hasn't ever come with actual foam, even when asked for.

For me, the best breakfast in London. When I lived in Earlsfield this would be a regular stop for me at weekends. The service from the staff is excellent and the coffee and juices are amazing. I think I have had everything from their menu and it is all to die for. Fresh and local ingredients make Bean & Hop standout from other breakfasts in London. I could not recommend this place more.l

Wow! What a brunch gem in Earlsfield! I ordered the Lebanese breakfast and it didn’t disappoint! The falafel is soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. BEST falafel I’ve eaten to be honest! The English breakfast my mate ordered looked absolutely delicious and they said it was delicious. Looking forward to visiting again!

Every time we passed the Bean & Hop, it was always very busy. Today, we went there just an hour before it was closed. A lot less people, very calm and relaxed atmosphere. The coffee was fantastic and the brownie was nice too.

A nice local cafe. Sit by the window and do some people watching. Both the Lebanese Breakfast and the quesadilas were great, but I'd like to highlight the Peraian pancakes. Those were spectacular 😍

Best brunch spot this neck of the woods in my opinion, the service is always top notch and the food hot & tasty! Their coffee is decent and will definitely please the discerning espresso head. Overall a quality place, be prepared to wait a few mins on the weekend as this place fills up fast.
