⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3 out of 5) I came in for a coffee to start my morning—a simple comfort to begin the day. The coffee itself was good, no complaints there. However, the experience was unfortunately let down by the attitude of the staff. The woman at the counter seemed visibly unhappy to be there. She avoided conversation, looked annoyed when I asked a question, and handled everything with a level of frustration that made the interaction uncomfortable. It honestly set a negative tone for the start of my day. I understand that everyone has rough mornings, but in hospitality, a little kindness and professionalism go a long way. A smile, or at least a respectful demeanor, makes a big difference—especially when people come in hoping for a positive start to their day. I hope this was just an off day, and that future visits will reflect more warmth and care in the service to match the quality of the coffee.

Excelente café, pasteles y comida (el atún derretido es mi ir a, pero tenía su desayuno inglés también, que era muy agradable). Es amigable para niños y perros. El personal es amable y paciente.

We've been in Catford for some time now and have never noticed this hidden gem. We loved the sunken tables, welcoming service, variety of dishes and (really) cheap prices. We got Ebi fried, seaweed salad, salmon special roll and mixed sashimi rice box w/ miso. It's not the fanciest of sushi, but it feels authentic, unpretentious and like you're stepping back in time. Definitely choose Sapporo, a traditional independent family run business, and forget about Taro!

Sunday 18th Aug '2024: It's been years since I have been in this weatherspoons. I had my usual, fish and chips with curry sauce, but this time I had it with beans instead of peas. Peas is definitely better! Either way it was lovely and recommend this place.

Pensamos en darle una oportunidad al pub, ya que está al lado de la estación, así que perfecto para una parada en boxes antes de llegar en tren a casa. Es precioso por dentro y el menú se veía muy bien. Estábamos en el mercado de la comida hoy, pero sin duda volveremos para probar el almuerzo del domingo!

Hemos estado comiendo en la Casa de la Luz desde que abrió. Todas nuestras tardes ha sido genial. Somos locales y el hecho de que el menú cambie regularmente sin disminuir la alta calidad de la comida servida es extremadamente importante. El personal es amable y el servicio es excelente. Lo recomendaría ampliamente, desde una cena informal para dos a una comida especial de occaison (hemos tenido muchas celebraciones de cumpleaños a lo largo de los años). Uno de los mejores restaurantes de Wimbledon.

I visited here last month and I was impressed with the food I ordered. I ordered a lamb doner and chips. Great food with reasonable prices! Staff are friendly and polite. I would certainly recommend to take home

Great for a healthy food. Just one criticism is they don't use gloves and they touch the till and then touch the food, specifically the prawns. At no point did I see them wash their hands before, after or between. This is a big no no hence only 3 stars.

Came to see a brilliant band , but the TV was left on as some guy was watching the darts, kind of ruined the small amount of ambience created by the band... this is not a venue to see a band unfortunately as the staff and managers attitude sucks.. could be amazing with the right management... feels like a naff Weatherspoons , would not recommend... lots of other local music pubs available, give this one a miss unless you just want to sit staring at your pint and watching the telly !

No se puede confiar en seguir las instrucciones para los requisitos de alergia, literalmente ignoró la solicitud continua de no poner cebolla en los alimentos. Rebozado de hongos asquerosamente empapados y goteando de grasa, una hamburguesa de pollo era rosa dentro de la otra tenía un tendón largo en el que lamentablemente me encontré al tratar de tomar un bocado y tiré de él como una banda de goma, también pagó £ 8 por una caja de hamburguesas de carne de kebab y patatas fritas. ¡Qué mal, no malgastes tu dinero!

After waiting ages at counter as staff not paying attention to till,,, Bad hygiene,lady opened toilet finally after a chap waiting for age’s , no hand washing, After opening toilet ,,, gross 🤮 No gloves on lady she was handling money,and food, also noticed other staff no gloves,,, tables floor dirty, finally when I received my small chicken fillet burger it was cold and ended up in the bin
