Excelente café, pasteles y comida (el atún derretido es mi ir a, pero tenía su desayuno inglés también, que era muy agradable). Es amigable para niños y perros. El personal es amable y paciente.

Quieter and cleaner than other branches.

We've been in Catford for some time now and have never noticed this hidden gem. We loved the sunken tables, welcoming service, variety of dishes and (really) cheap prices. We got Ebi fried, seaweed salad, salmon special roll and mixed sashimi rice box w/ miso. It's not the fanciest of sushi, but it feels authentic, unpretentious and like you're stepping back in time. Definitely choose Sapporo, a traditional independent family run business, and forget about Taro!

Sunday 18th Aug '2024: It's been years since I have been in this weatherspoons. I had my usual, fish and chips with curry sauce, but this time I had it with beans instead of peas. Peas is definitely better! Either way it was lovely and recommend this place.

Pensamos en darle una oportunidad al pub, ya que está al lado de la estación, así que perfecto para una parada en boxes antes de llegar en tren a casa. Es precioso por dentro y el menú se veía muy bien. Estábamos en el mercado de la comida hoy, pero sin duda volveremos para probar el almuerzo del domingo!

Great for a healthy food. Just one criticism is they don't use gloves and they touch the till and then touch the food, specifically the prawns. At no point did I see them wash their hands before, after or between. This is a big no no hence only 3 stars.

Hemos estado comiendo en la Casa de la Luz desde que abrió. Todas nuestras tardes ha sido genial. Somos locales y el hecho de que el menú cambie regularmente sin disminuir la alta calidad de la comida servida es extremadamente importante. El personal es amable y el servicio es excelente. Lo recomendaría ampliamente, desde una cena informal para dos a una comida especial de occaison (hemos tenido muchas celebraciones de cumpleaños a lo largo de los años). Uno de los mejores restaurantes de Wimbledon.

I visited here last month and I was impressed with the food I ordered. I ordered a lamb doner and chips. Great food with reasonable prices! Staff are friendly and polite. I would certainly recommend to take home

Customer service: The man on the phone was rude and disinterested in answering questions regarding my dietary requirements even after explaining why I was asking him the questions. I hope they find someone who can communicate effectively with customers or train this individual so they improve as it is off putting for customers. Delivery: Food arrived on time and the delivery person was patient, professional and respectful. Food: There is no doubt that they can cook well. The beef in black bean sauce was lovely. But the vermicelli noodles were ruined as the kitchen crew should have been more careful to make sure everything was cleaned thoroughly. As the picture shows, I got stainless steel scourer in my food, which is not only risky but also careless! It was a waste of money in the end. Luckily I had the black bean sauce. But I hope the customer service and kitchen’s vigilance improves as they are good cooking.

Came to see a brilliant band , but the TV was left on as some guy was watching the darts, kind of ruined the small amount of ambience created by the band... this is not a venue to see a band unfortunately as the staff and managers attitude sucks.. could be amazing with the right management... feels like a naff Weatherspoons , would not recommend... lots of other local music pubs available, give this one a miss unless you just want to sit staring at your pint and watching the telly !

¿Qué puedo decir aparte de repugnante? ¡Setas rebozadas nadando en grasa y descuidadas! ¡Una hamburguesa de filete de pollo que era rosa la otra a lo que sólo puedo describir como un tendón que sólo se encontró al morder la hamburguesa! ¡Y una carne con patatas fritas por 8 libras que era pequeña! ¡La vergüenza como solía ser buena no volverá a funcionar!

The person at the counter was friendly and efficient, got my order spot on, and even had a smile for everyone. It makes a real difference when the staff seem like they enjoy what they're doing. And the chicken? Spot on! I went for the classic Original Recipe, and it was exactly how I remembered – that signature flavour, crispy skin, and tender, juicy meat. It wasn't greasy at all, which is always a plus. The fries were also fresh and hot, and the whole meal was just really satisfying. The restaurant itself was clean and tidy, which always makes for a more enjoyable experience. Overall, it was a solid and enjoyable fast-food meal. If you're looking for a reliable KFC experience with good food and friendly service, this one definitely delivered. I'll be happy to visit again.
