Costa Coffee in Lewisham

2 items missing again. Not sure if I will Order from Costa Catford again

The coffee is just watery. I ordered vanilla latte with coconut milk. The taste is not great

Great food and great delivery service

There is a lady who serves with others behind the counter. Frankly, she is a little funny, and NOT comedian funny. She wears glasses and her hair is slightly dyed a bleached white-blonde colour and tied up, I think one other general assistant wears glasses also, another female, but she is younger. But I know who I'm talking about. The lady I don't like, she could be in her late 30's, early-mid 40's and she has a non-english accent. Ever since I have gone to this Costa Coffee in Catford a few times, the staff, their customer service is ok, NOT great. Also, I like to order a large hot chocolate with a little cream on top. I did this once and I saw how the customer service behind the counter, they were laughing-smirking in front of my face and as I turned away and looked back again. That wasn't nice, it was cruel, and felt cruel. I don't know why they were acting this way, it's my decision what I like to drink, NOT theirs. But it's that 1 lady who I resent more than the other general assistants behind the counter. If there was a photo of her, I would upload it as to who I'm referring to exactly.

Met up with a friend and had a great hot chocolate with marshmallows on top. I was surprised to find that I could charge my phone there too. All plug sockets are USB portable friendly. Not a very big place but the arm-chairs make it so cozy...living-room experience.

I am deeply disappointed. I've been a customer for ages, my wife used to work at costa in croydon, and now i am a bus driver, i really needed to use the toilet and i've asked nicely if i could, and federico sent me to his manager, i donno her name, and she said it's only for customers. I've told her it's an emergency, and i have been a costa's customer for.many years, she still refused me, smiling... no heart, no humanity, and she refused me a basic human need, not something extraordinary. You've lost a customer! Once again, i am a bus driver, we don't have toilets on the bus.

Hi. I ordered 2 coffee from costa. They delivered it without a seal. Coffee were spilled on the paper bag.

As usual when delivere by a male driver the food and drink is nearly cold, but the driver very polite.

How do you forget my drink? It’s only two drinks

The staff is kind and the drinks are very nice. During Christmas holidays I usually get the gingerbread latte with coconut milk and vegan cream on top. There are vegan food options, but unfortunately all the food is wrapped in plastic, which is a downside for the environment.

Someone organised and who cares about a good job packed it all - thank you that person/those ppl!

Sometimes the croissants seem mangled. And what's with the napkins - they seem be handed out so very carefully. A few more napkins, please.

My flat white was basically hot milk, no trace or taste of coffee. Absolutely shocking barister training if they can't make a simple cup of coffee. Won't be returning. £3.60 down the drain. The Cafe Nero in The Glades in Bromley make a lovely, strong tasting flat white that's not drowning in milk.

This is probably one of my fave branches. Staff are always nice and helpful. Barista always does good coffee. There's always somewhere to sit and do work or just watch the world go by.

I'm STUNNED! Ordered an extra hot latte, i got back to my car to sip a warm cup of milk. Your only job is to make coffee, and you forgot to put it in the cup???

£4.10 for a medium oat latte that tasted disgusting. Had to throw it in the bin.

Didn't enjoy it. The summer berries drink was watery not slushie and tasted of salt. The lemonade tasted of just lemon no honey or sugar was added so didn't like that either not lemonade. Very disappointed had to throw them away.

Just had a coffee I can't say about food.. Nice pleasant staff clean store will go again.

I'm a Costa coffee drinker.. and this branch is great for finding a relaxing corner sipping a coffee, latte or a quick bite to eat.

Staff does a great job, including dealing with the occasional difficult customer. I enjoy stopping by here when running errands around Catford. Appreciate the seasonal offerings!

Its just a regular Costa but the lovely staff on weekdays morning shift are lovely, always make you feel welcomed. There were a group of staff seem to have left, they were lovely too they could remember customers favourite drinks.

Coffee tasted burnt and had no caramel

Was able to get my smoothie quickly, and for a fair price for medium. I was able to get it with out the cream on top and overal tasted amazing. The pearls are abit hard but beyond that it’s very delicious

I have been most of the time in this Costa coffee branch, when ever I pass through catford. Employers are very helpful and they treated me very nice at all the time. Specially Romina and Ida. Highly requested to see further promote. Thank you both of you very much…..

Firstly Got my free beans which isn’t always the case with delivery and the coffee was lovely as always. Came well packaged and in good time.

Ordered large lattes and both were regular in size. Again no free beans given. Delivery good. Service not so great.

Everything has shrunk including the size of a cup of coffee. The liquid barely filled two thirds of the cup. Ordering a coffee took ages because the staff member spoke no English so I had to wait while her colleague repeated Everything to her in her first language. Not great.

Coffee isn't great, I only went in as I was early for hospital appt. The sandwiches are ridiculously expensive for what they are, much prefer Pret for everything. I get a free coffee every Friday through my phone provider but never take it as its not worth it. Costa everywhere quality down and prices up.

I've been here before, but I don't remember coming on my own, I had some coursework to do, their new frappe menu caught my eye. I ordered a caramel almond iced velvet drink (with coffee) from their new frappe menu, (as with anything you try for the 1st time, one runs the risk of not enjoying it) and while it was nice and cold, it wasn't what I thought it would be, I went up to order sometimes else and was asked if I didn't like the 1st drink, I said it was okay, but I got given the next drink free! Even though I'd gulped half the 1st drink already. (2nd drink was the chocolate fudge brownie frappe with cream, no coffee) Excellent customer service that is rare to find elsewhere, if I could give 6 stars I would 😄😄 I'd definitely come back here in a heartbeat.

Love costa only complaint was no leaflet in bag so could not redeem my two beans towards my total to redeem a free coffee.

This restaurant apparently has a problem to put coffee in the actual coffee ? It’s been multiples times I receive a coffee without the coffee in it, ridiculous, don’t order from them order from them . Terrible staff

1 sausage bap tasted fine, the other tasted awful, salty and bitter. Iced latte missing caramel syrup.

No sauce was offered or given.

Drink had chocolate in, that isn’t even part of the usual drink ingredients. I couldn’t drink it. I can’t have dairy.

I did not receive 1 item for what I ordered. I called the shop a couple of times and they told me it was not their fault and that I had to call justeat to get a refund. Very bad customer service.

Every time I go to Catford I always go to Costa for a Hot Chocolate and Caramel Crunch, nothing beats a hot chocolate on a cold day, you should try it, trust me you will keep going back for another one.

Order missing several food item's I'm very upset

Really great shop with very polite staff and swift service. Coffee is delicious as usual and there is a variety of cakes, pastry's, or sandwiches to go with it. Who doesn't like a good coffee. Costa does it again; just perfect.

Usually a fantastic shop with great staff, but the 2 times i've been this week I have been less than impressed with there only being 1 staff member, including today when it appeared the staff member was new and was obviously overwhelmed when a queue started to form. I also had to repeat my order 3 times, and it was still wrong. Not downrating the store because of that, as it is usually ran well with friendly competent staff. This is more just a message to the manager to maybe rethink putting a new staff member out there on their own. And if the staff member wasn't new (though I didn't recognize her), then their attentiveness needs some work.

Tbh I think everyone knows and loves costa coffee, here is no exemption. I always love that they have soya milk now, so if you can't have milk then there is an option for you. Fresh sandwiches and lovely desserts.

Nice clean but coffee making have to be prove . I ordered an almond cappuccino and they burned the milk .

Got delivery, 2 drinks missing, 3 chocolate medals missing, no cream. Contacted them said they would sort it. Waited an hour, rang back and said now had to contact customer service. Appalling service! Still waiting for refund. Worst Costa I have ever encountered.

Coffee was OK. Tables were a bit on the wobbly side. I'd go back again.
