Costa Coffee in Lewisham

Asked for extra hot late, the one i was served was almost cold.

The staff is kind and the drinks are very nice. During Christmas holidays I usually get the gingerbread latte with coconut milk and vegan cream on top. There are vegan food options, but unfortunately all the food is wrapped in plastic, which is a downside for the environment.

Sometimes the croissants seem mangled. And what's with the napkins - they seem be handed out so very carefully. A few more napkins, please.

My flat white was basically hot milk, no trace or taste of coffee. Absolutely shocking barister training if they can't make a simple cup of coffee. Won't be returning. £3.60 down the drain. The Cafe Nero in The Glades in Bromley make a lovely, strong tasting flat white that's not drowning in milk.

This is probably one of my fave branches. Staff are always nice and helpful. Barista always does good coffee. There's always somewhere to sit and do work or just watch the world go by.

I'm STUNNED! Ordered an extra hot latte, i got back to my car to sip a warm cup of milk. Your only job is to make coffee, and you forgot to put it in the cup???

£4.10 for a medium oat latte that tasted disgusting. Had to throw it in the bin.

Just had a coffee I can't say about food.. Nice pleasant staff clean store will go again.

I'm a Costa coffee drinker.. and this branch is great for finding a relaxing corner sipping a coffee, latte or a quick bite to eat.

Staff does a great job, including dealing with the occasional difficult customer. I enjoy stopping by here when running errands around Catford. Appreciate the seasonal offerings!

Its just a regular Costa but the lovely staff on weekdays morning shift are lovely, always make you feel welcomed. There were a group of staff seem to have left, they were lovely too they could remember customers favourite drinks.

Was able to get my smoothie quickly, and for a fair price for medium. I was able to get it with out the cream on top and overal tasted amazing. The pearls are abit hard but beyond that it’s very delicious

I have been most of the time in this Costa coffee branch, when ever I pass through catford. Employers are very helpful and they treated me very nice at all the time. Specially Romina and Ida. Highly requested to see further promote. Thank you both of you very much…..

Everything has shrunk including the size of a cup of coffee. The liquid barely filled two thirds of the cup. Ordering a coffee took ages because the staff member spoke no English so I had to wait while her colleague repeated Everything to her in her first language. Not great.

Coffee isn't great, I only went in as I was early for hospital appt. The sandwiches are ridiculously expensive for what they are, much prefer Pret for everything. I get a free coffee every Friday through my phone provider but never take it as its not worth it. Costa everywhere quality down and prices up.

I've been here before, but I don't remember coming on my own, I had some coursework to do, their new frappe menu caught my eye. I ordered a caramel almond iced velvet drink (with coffee) from their new frappe menu, (as with anything you try for the 1st time, one runs the risk of not enjoying it) and while it was nice and cold, it wasn't what I thought it would be, I went up to order sometimes else and was asked if I didn't like the 1st drink, I said it was okay, but I got given the next drink free! Even though I'd gulped half the 1st drink already. (2nd drink was the chocolate fudge brownie frappe with cream, no coffee) Excellent customer service that is rare to find elsewhere, if I could give 6 stars I would 😄😄 I'd definitely come back here in a heartbeat.

It's another coffee shop that's just like many others.not exactly exciting stuff.

Every time I go to Catford I always go to Costa for a Hot Chocolate and Caramel Crunch, nothing beats a hot chocolate on a cold day, you should try it, trust me you will keep going back for another one.

Really great shop with very polite staff and swift service. Coffee is delicious as usual and there is a variety of cakes, pastry's, or sandwiches to go with it. Who doesn't like a good coffee. Costa does it again; just perfect.

Usually a fantastic shop with great staff, but the 2 times i've been this week I have been less than impressed with there only being 1 staff member, including today when it appeared the staff member was new and was obviously overwhelmed when a queue started to form. I also had to repeat my order 3 times, and it was still wrong. Not downrating the store because of that, as it is usually ran well with friendly competent staff. This is more just a message to the manager to maybe rethink putting a new staff member out there on their own. And if the staff member wasn't new (though I didn't recognize her), then their attentiveness needs some work.

Tbh I think everyone knows and loves costa coffee, here is no exemption. I always love that they have soya milk now, so if you can't have milk then there is an option for you. Fresh sandwiches and lovely desserts.

Nice clean but coffee making have to be prove . I ordered an almond cappuccino and they burned the milk .

Got delivery, 2 drinks missing, 3 chocolate medals missing, no cream. Contacted them said they would sort it. Waited an hour, rang back and said now had to contact customer service. Appalling service! Still waiting for refund. Worst Costa I have ever encountered.

Coffee was OK. Tables were a bit on the wobbly side. I'd go back again.

This costa in catford Broadway is not bad I can't lie to you. But could do with being cleaner and having friendlier staff. I would recommend it

Usual quality with seating in and out. When busy service is rather slow but selection of cakes is good.

Fix your terrible wifi! It is so so so bad it's practically nonexistant unless you stand in a particular one meter spot next to the bar.

My name is Shef and i come every morning to Costa coffee in catford Broadway, the costumer service i resive from Mariana and Hasina is one off the best,they are very polite, very friendly, very helpful, if it is for me i would give the 7star feedback.

Staff is polite and the shop is always clean and tidy. This costa shop is also opened till late which is good for weekend and sometimes after work.

Everything was great except the O2 wifi which was so weak - plus I paid for coffee and want wifi as advertised WITHOUT divulging name, email, address, etc etc so pls respect my time and my privacy

As Costa Coffee shops go, this branch was lovely and spacious. I usually shy away from these outlets as I can never get my pushchair through but this branch is set out to welcome everyone including those with disabilities that may need the extra room. There is a fair range of drinks and food to accompany your beverage. Is a fairly good location for #writers who want to people watch.

I placed an order at this Costa Store..2 frostinos caramel. The ice from one of them wasn t blended properly so I could t drink it... It s like I payed for ice....

I never get a great experience here, the best is ok or Meh, otherwise the staff are dismissive or ignore you after they take your money. Plonk your coffee down and grunt when you ask if that's yours. We have enough coffee shops I won't miss Costa.

Clean, comfortable with friendly staff. Would be 5 stars but it would be nice if they had a (small) range of snacks for vegans! There is also a larger Costa Coffee on the main road (Rushey Green).

Well it's a Costa ...can't really say more than that. Has everything that a Costa might but occasionally has these interesting little treats a like a giant Jaffa cake. Not really sure where they got those before but they were delicious. As many Costas these guys also have the old paradise blend. Worth the 20p extra on your cuppa as it is a higher quality. Needed given the lack of inde specialist coffee places in catford/Lewisham area.
