Dolce Café Bonnane in Lewisham

Excelente café, pasteles y comida (el atún derretido es mi ir a, pero tenía su desayuno inglés también, que era muy agradable). Es amigable para niños y perros. El personal es amable y paciente.

A bright spot in Catford. Always friendly and enjoyable. Good coffee and range of food. I go regularly, before trains or combined with walk in Ladywell Fields.

I had a very disappointing experience. I wanted to treat my colleagues and manager at this place. I ordered a chocolate chip milkshake, but what I received was a light grey drink. When I inquired about it, I was told it was chocolate, even though it didn't look or taste like it. When I tried to exchange it, the staff impatiently asked ‘ what do you want, you want a refund’ which I agreed, and as he slowly piled 10p coins on the counter (even though I had paid with a card), he made a rude comment in front of my colleague, saying, "Next time, you should look!." Not only was his behaviour disrespectful, but the menu also misrepresented the chocolate milkshake.

Ordered a toasted sandwich and the takeaway bags they use are very flimsy so within 50 yards of the door, it split open completely and everything spilled onto the floor. Kind of comical but essentially a waste of £6. I understand they may want to save money on packaging but a basic warning would have helped. Staff are friendly but very disengaged. Not sure if they are employees or owners. Coffee is ok but only marginally better than Costa.

One of the best Cafes in Catford. Good Illy Coffee with lots of fresh, tasty and well priced food. Service is impeccable.

very small takeaway portions, cheap bread and not very nice tea - was expecting more for£16!!
