Our trip to Kaspas Ice Cream with Usman was such a blast! The atmosphere was vibrant, and the variety of flavors was overwhelming in the best way possible. We tried a mix of classic and unique options, and I have to say, the bubblegum flavor was a hit! Ruby loved her chocolate fudge sundae, and Usman couldn't get enough of the cookie dough ice cream. The portions were generous, making it perfect for sharing. We spent hours chatting and laughing, enjoying our sweet treats. Overall, it was a fun outing that brought us closer together, and I can't wait for our next ice cream adventure

This place is simply embarrassing paid £17 for a mixed Medina to break my fast in ramadan and the meat comes stone cold!!!!! Highly recommend not eating from here only thing I could eat were the chips and dips box was soaking wet aswell

Fantastic venue with live music and a great atmosphere! Very friendly staff since the revamp and change in management.

Yet again ordered from uber eats and this place can’t get it right. Told me to reorder - do pay deliver again to correct their mistake. Utter incompetence and it’s the last time I order from this place. Spoke to the manager who wasn’t helpful, even overheard the staff member admit she hadn’t put my item in my order. A disgrace.

Stopped with a few friends after Parkrun for coffee and a croissant. Was promptly served the croissant but had to wait over 10 minutes for the coffee to be prepared. A member of staff told me to wait outside, which I declined as I was starting to feel cold. He then asked me again, this time aggressively and when I refused again he started to act in a threatening way. There must have been 10 other patrons waiting for their drinks so clearly there was a staffing issue. A senior member of staff then intervened and asked her colleague to leave and despite repeated requests he refused and continued to make his point towards me. She apologised profusely and offered me a free coffee should I return. May I ask if they wish to avoid queues building up inside their cafe, staff should be deployed to assist the baristas rather than chastising their paying guests. I have frequented this cafe many times and always had a positive experience, its deeply disappointing standards have dropped.

They provided a lunchtime buffet for a wake at our selected venue. The food was excelkent and service and quotes spot on.

First time getting food from here and the last.Spring rolls inedible.Rice soggy.Chicken curry bland and tasteless. Crispy shredded beef so hard it was uneatable.Satay chicken overcooked.

Disgusting behaviour by barista and catchier. Ordered 2 drinks and ask them to not make it too hot as last time I burn my tongue. Barista named Joanna literally put cold milk in coffee and ask me if that is okay. I said no because it is cold I just ask for not too hot not cold one. Then she put boiling milk to same drink what is that. Cashier gave me dirty fork and when I ask to give me another one he literally wiped with his own hand and gave it back to me. Disappointed and disgusted train your people because that is ridiculous

Ordered a large pizza on 06/05. Sad to say it was terrible, ate 2 bits because that's all I had the rest went in the bin. The base was hard and dry. the pepperoni was hard and dry. To me it looked and tasted like it had been cooked and re- heated in the pizza oven. Also ordered chicken wings, both pizza and wings cold on arrival. £19.00 of my money wasted. Would not order again.
