KFC Watford - High Street in Watford

the driver called me for directions rather than pretending to deliver . he was a very nice patient man.

food took 45 minutes to get here and was cold

I came here with my daughter and son and it was absolutely shocking. My son was horrified after seeing human faeces on the toilet and he had no other option but to use that toilet. All the other ones were closed :( The service, too, may I say, was poor. I stood for 10 minutes at the till waiting to pay for my food diligently. No one served me despite it being empty. I am very angry.

Had a good experience. Everything arrived (which I was worried about because I made a very large order) and it was not cold.

Food was a little on the cold side

basically driver was unable to find my address.

I'd give zero stars if I could. They forgot about my delivery order, when I called them about it they proceeded to shout and swear at me

I always state a time and they always push it back 30 mins even if I order at 6pm for 8, it’s then changed 8 - 845 ??

Cold chips, greasy smelly chicken, grey coloured lettuce. Not nice won’t order again

Went in with a workmate after football and there was only 3 of us in. Machine wasn't giving receipts which is fair enough so went to the counter for one. After 5 mins of messing the guy calls someone else over to sort for him as he didn't have a clue. Food took and age and I'm not even sure it met the minimum heat requirements . I had to ask to get my chips changed as they were stone cold and the ones that came after weren't much hotter. They seem to be on a stats scam as they put your order as ready even though we waited for 15 mins after the board said it was ready to collect. Then told me I didn't order a drink even though I showed the receipt clearly stating I'd ordered a meal with one. Absolutely the worst KFC I've ever been to. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

ordered a box meal with 2 chicken wings. one wing was the size of a quarter. it was like the chicken wing was divided into four.

The buckets that it came in was a very bad. The chicken came out of the bucket from underneath in the bad and on the floor

It came on time and it was still really hot food and the guy that delivered the food was very polite

I ordered 2 meals and I've only received 1. how can you miss out a whole meal. get with it KFC

It says my food was delivered my food has not been delivered nobody rang my phone or my house bell I thought the driver is supposed to take a code from me? So you have charged me for food I have not received absolute joke I am so annoyed

I order 4 pieces colonel'meal, I have got 3 pieces and 1 wing. I am not sure 1 wing is counted as a piece.

I need a refund because I received only 17 wings and I waited a week and didn’t get a refund and me and my brother wanted to split them equally

They give you a short time when you are placing your order. Once you place your order the delivery time slowly starts increasing to an hour.

Dont usually bother to take the time to write a review. Popped in today after a shopping trip. Food was as expected for a KFC, but as quite a few have stated before me, I was shocked with the cleanliness of the front of house. There must be around 20 tables inside. Every table had rubbish on them from previous customers, and the two, maybe three bins were full and over flowing (no wonder all the tables weren't clear). The problem could have been sorted in 10 minutes, a couple of black sacks and a bottle of D10, but clearly there wasn't a spare member of staff to keep the place reasonably clean (one rushed off her feet on the counter, and three behind the scenes trying to cook and get the orders out). If there's a spare table, I expect to see someone available or walking around cleaning tables, and if there isnt anyone, allow me to be able to throw the rubbish into a bin myself!!

Fed up of delivery guys picking up an order and waiting till they get another before they drop it and the foods cold..every single time now.. I can tell cos it says out for delivery then they are waiting at another restaurant for 15 mins before they head my way. The last guy that came to my door had a bag for life with tin foil lining not even a proper just eat delivery bag I swear your firms becoming a joke it’s got consecutively worse since I’ve been. I can’t tell you the last time I was happy

After 2 hours the food still hasn’t arrived. KFC said that they can’t contact the driver. He just disappeared. Very disappointed. I will never order from them again.

Marked as received, wasn’t delivered. No call from driver and I even went downstairs thinking might be an issue with buzzer. Called out to the guy on the bike and he still drove of despite looking at me. Terrible service

I really love the service and the food was really awesome the tables are clean to eat and especially and kids chair is also given to make sure children are seated safe. Thanks for the service.
