KFC Watford - High Street in Watford

Had wings from there, was so tasty ! Will come again for the that delicacy.

Had chicken yesterday , was so tasty than other usual kfc.

Dont usually bother to take the time to write a review. Popped in today after a shopping trip. Food was as expected for a KFC, but as quite a few have stated before me, I was shocked with the cleanliness of the front of house. There must be around 20 tables inside. Every table had rubbish on them from previous customers, and the two, maybe three bins were full and over flowing (no wonder all the tables weren't clear). The problem could have been sorted in 10 minutes, a couple of black sacks and a bottle of D10, but clearly there wasn't a spare member of staff to keep the place reasonably clean (one rushed off her feet on the counter, and three behind the scenes trying to cook and get the orders out). If there's a spare table, I expect to see someone available or walking around cleaning tables, and if there isnt anyone, allow me to be able to throw the rubbish into a bin myself!!

Fed up of delivery guys picking up an order and waiting till they get another before they drop it and the foods cold..every single time now.. I can tell cos it says out for delivery then they are waiting at another restaurant for 15 mins before they head my way. The last guy that came to my door had a bag for life with tin foil lining not even a proper just eat delivery bag I swear your firms becoming a joke it’s got consecutively worse since I’ve been. I can’t tell you the last time I was happy

After 2 hours the food still hasn’t arrived. KFC said that they can’t contact the driver. He just disappeared. Very disappointed. I will never order from them again.

From the moment I walked in, Sanath greeted me with a warm smile, and his attention to detail and professionalism were truly impressive. He went above and beyond to make sure my experience was perfect, ensuring everything I needed was taken care of promptly and with care. The food, as always, was delicious, but I have to commend the entire team behind the scenes as well. The effort and dedication from the staff in the kitchen were evident in the quality of the food – everything was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. You could tell they took pride in their work, which made the meal all the more enjoyable. Overall, the team at KFC Watford High Street, led by Sanath, delivered a fantastic dining experience. Marked as received, wasn’t delivered. No call from driver and I even went downstairs thinking might be an issue with buzzer. Called out to the guy on the bike and he still drove of despite looking at me. Terrible service

poor as I didn't receive my food order yet my kids are hungry have to order again but not via Just eats.

They close any time they want. They never follow their schedule. They pull the chairs and and start their closing procedures 30-50 minutes before they officially close. Sometimes people that are already eating in there want to get out and they cannot get out because the doors are locked. This is unbelievable. This is the extent that they go to so they don’t get any more customers. Basically people that are already in there cannot get out and whoever wants to go in even though it’s still open, they cannot get in. This place is in shambles. Please please please change the management. Looking forward to the usual response “Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you had this experience. Rest assured that we will pass it to the team.” Shambles

Ordered 2 zinger burgers, only received 1 zinger and 1 normal burger. Asked for extra mayo didn’t get it on either one. Disappointing there is no reasons for these mistakes to happen

I never received a portion of chips with my order. I was literally given a handful of chips.. my hot chicken wings were also missing and the delivery time all totalled was nearly an hour! The food I was delivered was cold too..

Great quick service nice helpful staffs

The food quality is good, but tables are not being cleaned after use by other customers. You have to clean the tables yourself, which is not up to KFC standards. This issue needs to be addressed immediately to maintain KFC's hygiene standards. Reviewed on 23 June 2024.

The burger came wrong! It’s just pure ignorance of not reading someone’s order! I asked for it to be plain and comes with so much sauce and salad and now is un edible !!!!

The bag was leaking and torn, when we opened the bag the chicken fell onto the table as the KFC Bucket was all smashed.

I am vegetarian 🌱, but always start my day with KFC hot chocolate, Really nice staff, Excellent service and clean place.

Food tasted good, but was squashed and upside down when delivered. We ordered a 12pc, however when dishing up realised we had 8 pieces and 2 broken chunks. Quite disappointed.

It’s a very nice place! Very fresh chicken, and very friendly staff, and very organised. Clean customer area, and very clean kitchen. Extremely fast food preparation, like after 1 minute, of order, the order is ready. If you want KFC properly come to KFC Watford!

Ordered from kfc twice both times items were missing . On my last order I ordered 10 pieces kfc chicken which includes drink and fries * 2 . I received no fries at all . Don’t order from here rude staff .

What's up with the chip portion sizes? My regular contained 16 small chips, I would regard this size and child's at most, although the rest is good though
