Very disappointed because I’ve been promised by a staff member that he left a note by their till that my next I’ll have a free or discounted pizza due to my last order a couple of weeks ago when I called to say something isn't right about the pizza I’ve ordered and couldn’t eat it. The staff member was nice and sort me out straight away by saying my next order will be free or discounted, then when I called right now, another staff member checked and said there is no note at all. I didn’t say much at all and feel disappointed of waisting £15 for a pizza I couldn’t eat at all and because they couldn’t find the note left by the till! But the confusing part is that the staff members are friendly (what can I say apart from I won’t be ordering from them anyone cuz it’s a matter of principles)

Ordered 18inch asked for Deep pan they gave me a thin crust also asked for cheese Stuffed Crust hardly any cheese in the crust.... disappointing first experience.

Inalways get pizza from here an they do not disappoint. The pizza is cooked perfectly with the cheese not being undercooked. They go up to 18" pizzas for a great price in comparison to dominos largest pizza being only 12"

Absolutely love the pizza. I made a pizza at home and it was so good that I was compelled to come here and try your pizza. The taste and quality of the ingredients is something you can't get at all places.

Worse staff with worse pizza. We ordered deep pan and they gave thin crust with burnt crust. When complained about it they said throw it away if you don't like. Abid is sick guy!!! Don't get fooled with them. Always check it before you collect as they are scammers!!!

Would have given 5 stars, if it was before 6 months. Lately the great taste has gone off. The pizza bread most of the time smells raw and cheese quality has gone down... Update: The Pizza now tastes good. Thank you for working on the feedback. Better priced than any other takeaway pizza outlets.

I was impressed with a prompt response to my review and as per the request in your response, I followed up with an email and have heard nothing!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - plenty of other pizza places to use. If this is what you call good customer service then it's a joke. I will update IF I hear back to my email. Its ridiculous that you ask for an email if you have no intention of responding

I ordered some food after a long and busy day. I was starving and the order was accepted by the take away via Just Eat. I waited for an hour and they cancelled it without warning. I didn’t even have a chance to order from somewhere else because they left it to the last minute to cancel it. I won’t even bother ordering from here again. I’m starving and it’s too late to cook now, bed with an empty stomach after a hard and busy day. Don’t accept orders if you are going to cancel so late they cannot order else where!!! Not impressed!

After driving 5 miles for collection, the pizza contained a foreign object and did not waste time to drive back again to tell them. Was eating the other slices with stress. Pizza taste perspective was average

You know what you’re getting with Pizza Go Go. It’s not high brow pizza but it is pretty tasty, it’s definitely filling, and it’s good value. I eat their pizza every month or so when I get together with friends for beer tastings. It should also be notes, they have a lot of interesting toppings available. Recommended as long as you understand what you’re ordering.

Worst experience. This is what I got, highly not recommend!

There was hardly any topping on the pizza. Ordered 2 15"pizza and You can literally count the toppings. A slice of pizza got a piece chicken and a mushroom. Other pizza got so much black olives that it taste like olive on bread. First time ordered and Will never ordered again.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Horrible experience! I got a pizza deal, which I really thought it would rock. The first experience was with the wedges - soggy, full of oil - just seemed like they would have been reused and reheated. I tried to get over it because the garlic pizza bread was okish (very oily but with a good taste at least), and the main pizza was alright. I have created my own and just put some plain meat on it and sweetcorn. It came to my surprise after I FOUND ONIONS on it, hidden underneath the mozzarella, which obviously I did not ask for. My stomach doesn't agree with onions at all, and I don't even like their taste on pizza. What I thought it would be a nice meal ended up with me feeling very unwell because of them adding more than what I asked for.

Cheapest pizza around Watford. So is the quality of pizza. Too salty and undercooked. Don't expect a reasonable response from the manager for your feedback. Being a pizza lover, I would'nt recommend this place to others.

One of the worst experiances I have ever had with any delivery service, RUDE AND LATE and best of all no help was offered to resolve this issue. Just lost a customer due to horrible service!

Found a shard of razor sharp metal in my partners pizza. Called pizza gogo as soon as it was discovered and was asked if I wanted a replacement. Obviously said no as we had now gone off it and asked for a refund. The manager said he would send someone around to collect the pizza. 3 hours later no one had turned up so I called back only to be told that it isn't being collected and we were getting a refund. The manager then insinuated that we put it in there as they have no metal in the kitchen and everything is pre-packaged so not really fresh. We contacted their Head office explaining everything and never heard back It's been a week since the incident and still no refund nor response from Head office I've been buying from there for years however after the way we were treated and accused (all over a 7 quid pizza) they have lost a customer and several others for life

Well, I ordered my pizza last night on the mobile app (before closing time), I waited 1 hour for it and no knock at the door, I phone the store, no awnser. I wait another hour, noting. They ignored order because it was near closing time and they couldn't be asked to make it, absolutely out of order. I had to go to bed hungry as I could not get food anywhere by this time. Rude and absolutely disgusting!

The delivery is terrible and the staff are clearly dumb because I ordered a cheese and tomato pizza but the idiots put pineapple on and I also asked for large and they gave me regular! Also when he delivered it to us and we told him the food was wrong he tried to run as over and drove off.

The staff are always so friendly and welcoming when I go in store of collection. I don't know why some of these other reviews say bad customer service, because I always see them chatting and laughing with customers. They take the time to get to know their regular customers.

I used to buy my pizzas from papa johns so I decided to use gogo last week. U know what that was one of the best pizza I had for a long time. Forget about overpriced papa johns I am back next week gogo

New owner and they seemed to make nice pizzas until the last time I brought it. It was disgusting and without any taste, also me and my husband we had paining tummy and been to toilet releasing diarrhea. Need improvement. 2 stars this time...

Pizza amazing and great offers too

Really not happy with this. It's probably just me, I usually buy from more premium pizza places; Papa John's or Dominos but wanted to try somewhere new. Nothing about this pizza is fresh. There is no taste at all. The crust/base is like cardboard. I won't be using again. In one word; horrible.

Shocking experience, decide to make an order to be collected. Lady who served ask man is order complete he says yes. I get home to find not all the order was there? Phoned up as one pizza was also burnt!!! She says sorry will send the items out now an hour later it arrived. As far as I'm concerned this is terrible service. I will not use this place again ever.

Delivered to my lorry, very friendly on phone and when delivered and very nice food to.

Rude driver told us we had to leave our building and come meet him on the corner because he couldn't be bothered to park, even though there was parking available in our driveway, he then began to argue with us on the phone and finally came to our door and just dumped the pizza and left, complete and utter twat.
