Absolutely perfect stay at Jo & Buzz's guesthouse. Very comfortable and clean, beautiful stay. Breakfast was delicious and they catered very well for my food allergies that I made them aware of in advance. Very caring hosts, very helpful. All staff were very cheerful and happy to help. Parking outside is free and easy to find. Our room was comfortable with a lovely balcony and sea view. Thankyou Jo & Buzz for a really lovely stay and lovely chats. always first class food and service

What a gem this place is. I was staying at the Premier Inn for work and originally planned to eat in the hotel. But their restaurant was closed so I came here, and I'm so glad I did! Next time I stay at the Premier Inn I'm definitely eating here again! I love the fact that it's properly ON the beach. It's rustic and authentic and the food was delicious. Best atmosphere and best food in Southend!

Very small spot with delicious food. We had the set menu, two courses. The appetizer was quite nicely portioned. We both had the sea bass and it was super delicious. We got a glass of prosecco with this. We shared a dessert. Really cute authentic Italian joint.

Friendly staff and excellent food

food was great couldn’t fault it the staff were very friendly and welcoming our friend was 18 the day we went and was given a nice surprise by the staff we will go back and would recommend to others thank you

Amazing service! What a lovely, attentive, friendly owner! He made our experience wonderful from the start. It was late as we had been to adventure island with our 3 children and I was apprehensive as to what would still be open at 9.45pm. So glad we found this place- food was delicious, well priced but what made the night for us was the kindness of the owner! We had fish and chips, sausage in batter and a side of mozzarella sticks- all perfect! Thank you 😊

Anson Court Care Home Review. We visited Southend-On-Sea yesterday with residents/family members and staff. unfortunately we were let down very last minute from another restaurant. Wish you were here was literally our live saver, trying to find somewhere last minute for 34 people is not easy. Jade, Lee and Lacey were just wonderful and they couldn't of been anymore helpful. As a big group with lots of wheelchairs we literally took over the whole restaurant. The food and service was amazing and we couldn't of asked for anymore. Once again ladies, thank you so much. We will definitely be back :-)

Fabulous ice cream, and friendly service, lots of choices the pistachio is to die for Highly recommended 🍨 You can buy tubs for your freezer too😉

What a gem! Having driven by this place a number of times, I finally had an opportunity to pop in this Saturday afternoon. A friendly, welcoming place full of happy dogs, happy people and tasty home cooked food.

Visited this morning with my family before we set off back to London after a short break. Food was extremely tasty and the service was excellent. If I'm ever back in Southend I'll definitely be visiting this cafe again.

Gave a 4 as wasn’t able to speak on the phone before arrival. Although did see staff taking calls. So I may of been calling at a very busy times.

I just enjoyed my favourite meal in one of my favourite restaurants. A superb meal at a great price and served by caring staff. Highly recommended.
