Absolutely fantastic Came down for a walk along the seafront & came across this little beautiful gem a really amazing ice cream parlour. So many flavours & so clean & fresh loved the shop inside so much space & looks amazing. Very impressed with how many ice cream flavours you can chose from & how many ice lolly’s too. The lady who served me was the owner called a Yoie & wow absolutely amazing so polite & explained how it’s made & you can see she generally loved being there & running her shop. Nice to see that she washed her hands after touching cash not many places do this so 10/10. The ice cream is SOOO much better than Rossi on the seafront full of flavour & you can really taste it. Not like Rossi where you can only taste the ice. I will 100% be going back to this place.

The icecream is delicious and very reasonably priced. When the icecream was served through a hatch in the past, it was fine for disabled people . Unfortunately there has been a move around and I can now say it would be impossible to access if you have any mobility issues. One has to climb up a HUGE step to access the premises. It is hard enough for well people to come down the step holding two or more icecreams. Needs to be looked at.

This ice cream parlour is very near to Camelia Hotel, decided to treat ourselves, nice ice cream, varity of choices.

Would go every chance I get…wide range and good prices..and different items if you ask…like whippy in a waffle cone!

Nice friendly staff. Good range of flavours. However, you cannot sit inside or outside so slightly frustrating.

Good variety of gelato - offered as a whippy or scoop in waffle one, simple cone or cup- child cone only at 1£ which is so cheap for southend beachfront! Nice selection of toppings and sauces..Lady in the front serves with a smile even when busy - keeps the line going! We did a panini from Dog and co next door followed by dessert from here - great combo and had it all on the beach right across the road. Much better than some of the parlours right on the beach and can tell by the long queue. Great job guys. Situated a stones throw from Southchurch park so great day out for all of us.

Visited today, we all ordered a warm bubble waffle with ice cream. It was absolutely delicious, we all enjoyed what we had. The staff were friendly too. Thanks guys, we shall be back!

Visited today - twice! Vegan options available for the dairy allergy. The lovely lady swept into action without fuss to get a clean scoop for the hut allergy sufferer with extra warnings offered before we purchased. Ingredients are displayed for the main flavours displayed.

We come here for the Rossi ice cream, large with nuts and sauce, you cant beat it. There is lots of other flavours to choose from and it really is a proper ice cream experience. Naughty but nice.

We have visited here many times but not during a heatwave in the summer and it didn’t disappoint. Even though they had a que they had soon starved us and it was worth the Waite.

We have used the shop several times and never really had an issue, but the last time we used it for ice cream we had our usual Rossi cones but found the ice cream had no flavour, it was just cold non tasting ice cream almost like the creaminess and flavour has been removed. We went to Saint Mary's annual Horse charity open day this weekend and there was a Rossi ice cream van on site, this was the real proper tasty creamy ice cream that you expect to taste, it beat Yoies Rossi ice cream hands down. The ice cream van man said that some places were using cheaper ingredients so the taste isn't there. I don't know about that, but I sure hope Yoies get their Rossi ice cream back to having a proper taste.

Great pace to indulge in a megga ice cream feast, you can have anything you want in it, on it and over it. There are a few tables inside if you want to sit and eat it but the ice cream is fantastic.

From soft Mr Whippy ice-cream to many flavours a good ice-cream parlour and extra napkins on had for the kids!

Had ice creams after lunch at Billy Hundreds across the road at the beach. Good tasting and hit the spot.

Helado italiano, con una gran variedad de sabores y tamaños. Madre había una fresa cornet y yo tenía una bañera con mango y plátano. El helado era fantástica, buena consistencia y lleno de sabor de frutas. Los precios eran razonables y nos podíamos sentar fuera mientras comíamos.

As always on a nice sunny day we popped into this place to try some new flavours and the chocolate sorbet was amazin with a coconut one as well it was like a bounty but ice cream.

This could be so much better, the ice cream was good value but the taste was very ordinary. Service was polite but disinterested but it was late on a Sunday so maybe a long day. Having been into some fantastic ice cream parlours in Cornwall over the past few months we felt that this had great potential but not there yet

Really delicious ice cream, served by very pleasant staff. Extremely generous portions. Most welcome on a very hot day. The queue stretched well beyond the shop.

Great little place to stop for a treat and enjoy sitting on the beach wall opposite. Fantastic that they offer smaller sized cones for children at a sensible price which means I am always in here. Good range of tempting flavours. The staff are friendly and patient.

Lots of choices and lovely tasting ice cream, staff always seem pleasant and its in a good spot right opposite the beach, you can also sit outside this cute little shop.

When the weather turns hot in Southend and the place is full of day trippers it's nice to park at Southchurch park and take a slow walk through the park to the little ice cream parlour.

What a choice not only of the ice creams but of cones! Best price too. Children sizes and comes make it great for those with toddlers

Great ice cream, I always visit for a sweet after my visit to the fish and chip shop next door. Nice And clean with plenty of choice, very friendly helpful staff.

my family love this place.We do visit very often.Never been disappointed.Staff always nice and friendly and ice cream just amazing.In the summer be prepare to wait outside because so many people.Best place in town for ice cream.So many delicious flavours and so tasty.My favourite lemon sorbet well tasty.Highly recommend to everyone.Enjoy guys

Would come here frequently in the summer as the ice cream is so good, so much choice and the prices are so cheap for the size of scoop you get. I'd purposely walk the hour home from work just to purchase an ice cream from here, highly recommend the coconut flavour, so creamy and full of flavour.

Nice little shop, on Southend/Thorpe Bay seafront. Great ice cream (good selection of flavours), very friendly service.

The ice cream here is really good quality in addition to there being an array of flavours available. Service is friendly, prompt and welcoming. I went with my family and we all had scoops of different flavours. The lemon sorbet is amazing! My family had pistacchio, oreo, bubblegum and cherry. All great flavours. There isn't too much seating inside but when you are right next to the seafront it's not really needed. As it is an ice cream parlour I think it would be great to have more variety such as cakes, waffles etc that you can have the ice cream with.

There's nothing better than taking the children to Southchurch Park followed by a delicious ice cream treat from this fabulous ice cream parlour. There's always free parking outside the front, fab choice of flavours, authentic 'Gelato Italia' ice cream, generous portions and always great, patient service. It's the best value for money around - and no pretention here at all!

Yoie's is a lovely little place located at the seafront. The staff are lovely especially the owner. I recommend this place to everybody get yourself down there now!

This is a lovely ice cream parlour along Southend beach. It has indoor and outdoor seating, decor is stylish, ice cream & smoothies are delightful! I would definately go there again :-)

Lovely shop, great service, brilliant prices and most importantly the best tasting ice cream around! Well worth a visit!!!
