Perfect cheap best ever try it love it

Warning to people who love a nice Donner Kebab,I ordered large kebab, and a quarter pounder burger, the meat on kebab, was all hard bits from like a day old, and the burger was rubbery, very disappointed, I don't understand, why they would think, that paying costomar would love to eat something that's not fresh, disgraceful.

Just moved to Westcliff, hands down best chicken shop I’ve been too. Not had one issue with the food or service

Beware people especially with young children! We found a LR44 battery in our food from crunchy, luckily it was spat out ! Anyone with a young child maybe would have not been so lucky. We went to the shop urgently to tell them It was in the chicken donner but was told we was crazy and that we have had too much to drink ! They thought we was lying. We was told to leave in an aggressive manner. The fat man was aggressive saying don’t make him angry and the short old man was holding a knife staring at me…. I’ve never had an experience like this. Now we all know why it’s called crunchys it’s because of all them batteries in the food ! Speaking to Southend environmental health in the morning and filing a report Has anyone else had a similar experience from crunchy ?

I ordered a doner kebab and a donor in a bun last night i threw it in the bin it was stone cold and burnt so disappointed as im A regular here

Seriously good food onions rings was the best and the older guy is literally a top g best guy you can ask for always went there when I got payed

Chicken fillet burger and chips was amazing. Burger and chips was average as the burger bun was a little soggy. Keebab pizza was flavoursome however was cold on arrival. Price of takeaway was amazingly cheap so definitely recommend.

Dont even know about the quality of the food dude tried to scam me ny saying payment didnt go through while my bankapp was showing it was paid for after persuading him the transaction had been made the money magically got reverted into my acc... a shame to the kebab society

Been using Crunchy for years now for the chicken shish, I e tried many other take aways and even slightly upmarket Turkish restaurants and its still my favourite. Now with Turkish bread instead of pitta EVEN better. Yes it's a little rough round the edges but the chicken is sooo good.

Seriously over priced and gone down hill.. ordered 3 quater pounders with cheese tonight the delivery was fast.. but where Do I begin. First burgers had no cheese ! And where bland no flavour at all the chips where dry like they been in the warmer for too long. Do your team even care ? Will not be returning. Don't waste your money here

Ordered cheesy chips for an extra £2 They charged us And they delivered chips without cheese We rang them 8 times. And it seems that they are ignoring us. So they took our money. And didn’t give us what we asked for. And then didn’t pick up the phone. What a joke.

The guy slopped the chips on top of the chicken and press hard. all my chips smashed against 8 pieces chicken inside the box, The OLD man said, what are you moaning about you ordered a meal and thats it when I opened, flattened chips on top. and destroyed the chicken underneath. I notice a dirty pan where the the cooked chicken dripped, it is filthy. I think I rather buy my chicken in PFC. A big no on this Chikinini place.

Had a delivery this evening from this shambles of a place they forgot things on the order and when we called they insist that we stole the food and everything was delivered absolutely disgusting attitude from the man on the phone and also things he is brave confronting my other half on the phone and being abusive to my son

Ordered from they twice now reckon mended by my neighbour and got small lamb donner kebab for me kids meal and chicken and chips and the kebab was best I've had in a while meat was not 1 bit greasy kids meal my little girl eat the lot usual 4 her my partner eat everything chips are freshly cooked and what we ordered today was excellent staff are very nice and friendly and funny all round a fantastic service well done guys next order will be Friday oh yeah the steak burger meal was banning value for money well done to all the staff fast delivery as well

Very disappointed Been coming to this shop for years but the wings today were very dry and I was very hungry, only ate them because I was late for work Good friendly service but the wings had no taste,very dry inside, they always used to be nice and crunchy on the outside and moist inside and tasted really good... come on guys Or maybe I got a batch that was made and been sitting there for a while 😞😞😞😡😡

We ordered a bucket of the fried chicken and chips and oh wow! The chips were really nice but the chicken was amazing and way better than the chicken from KFC and better value. It has a really nice spice with a slight zing to it and is now my favourite fried chicken,

I've always ordered from here since the place originally opened years and years ago....last time I ordered chilli sauce was off...salad was off....pitta bread was actually mouldy!!!! When I called to complain was shrugged off....refused a refund....or to do anything about it....absolutely gutted as was always my 1st place to order food....avoid big time

Well this afternoon I decided to order some chicken for me and the boys and we got a little more than we ordered. In my friend's meal we found a long hair. After calling back and speaking to 3 different people and waiting another half hour after waiting 45 mins the first time may I add, they replaced the meal. Overall the rest of the food was not much better soggy chips and mediocre wings. Safe to say I won't be ordering from here again anytime soon.

Kebabs are bang on, go large and you can feed 2(with the help of them giving you 2 pittas standard) the hot wings are as good as it gets really... all the meaty kind and juicy. The burgers are generic which is spot on for those that love a good kebab shop half pounder... no complaints there for me! There is a sirloin steak burger, my only complaint is you cannot have it cooked how you want it(rare, medium etc) but that is me liking steak... expecting a little too much lol give them a try

Ordered twice from here off just eat , deliver faster than estimated time . Pizzas are lush ! Quarter pounder burger lovely too and the free chicken wings we got were delicious ! I’m fussy with wings as I’ve had some terrible ones in the past so I never buy for myself . I would again from here now . Winner ! Great price too . Will try kebabs soon :-)

Was surprised didnt think it would be anything special... i ordered on just eat late on a friday night maybe around 12.30pm? Food was delivered quick and pipeing hot and best of all it was all FRESH great salad , big bits of pepper and onion grilled with lovely marinated chicken then had chips and cheese again they never sent re fried crap chips they was also freash.... all in all was one of best kebabs i have had in westcliff and southend and we will be using these guys again just hope its as good next time!!!!
