The best restaurants serving Default food in Coleridge Cambridge East of England

Very good food and amazing service

Having been regular visitors pre Lockdown the five of us got together at the Forum on Friday evening for what proved to be a very enjoyable evening. The food was as we remembered it EXCELLENT. The restaurant was fully booked but the staff were able to make you feel that you were the only table in the room. whoever is responsible for their training and supervision has our deepest gratitude. will we come again... you bet. Honestly, wouldn't have left this bad review if we hadn't of had a 12% service charge added to the bill. The food is average, came to £90 the bill, 3 pastas, a pizza, garlic bread, few soft drinks and 2 beers. We'd finished our main course, they forgot my daughters pizza, the waiter lied and said 1 minute, they had just put it in the oven, 5 mins later her pizza was there. I wouldn't have left this if they hadn't stuck another 12% on as a service charge. Took the mickey.

I'm staying in Cambridge for a couple of months and ordered a takeaway from here, based on the reviews. For starter, I ordered the onion bhajis which were a good portion size and tasted nice. For main, I ordered the garlic chilli king prawn dish, which was somewhat disappointing. It had a decent flavour, but it didn't contain king prawns - they were quite small and squishy. The sauce also lacked the thick texture one would hope for with an onion fried dish. Overall, okay, but didn't live up to the reviews.

We went there last Saturday and had a great experience! The naan and paneer were really good, and the rest of the food was just as delicious. Manshvi, Jamin, and Rakesh were so friendly and caring – their warm service made us feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our time there and will definitely be coming back!

Every detail was excellent. From the warm welcome to the expertly prepared steak, everything felt special. Highly recommended for anyone who loves fine dining.

Awful. If you are looking for authentic, quality Middle Eastern food, look elsewhere. The bamiyeh with rice was given on plastic plates, looked microwaved since it got cold within a few minutes and parts of the plate were not hot. The meat was so tough we couldn't finish it. Dishes were so disappointing, and totally not worth the price. Food is shameful to even be labelled as Syrian.

Phenomenal burgers, rest decent, but burgers more than make up for it. Will be ordering again

Today i went for some breakfast with my 7 friends and i ordered some parathas, desi breakfast, Rose faaloda, Karak chai frappe, Halwa puri and some chaats and i got the real taste of north food….. it was so authentic…. now i decided to be the regular customer of this place because of real taste, friendly nature staff and alot of options..

Not keen gave me stomach problems i wouldn’t recommend unfortunatly :/ chips cold and tasted reheated, burger wasn’t pleasant at all salad dint seem fresh, and sauce urmm just not nice at all sorry :/

Venimos aquí en familia la mayoría de los fines de semana mientras uno de nuestros chicos está en Kung Fu a la vuelta de la esquina. 7 años de edad: "Es tan bueno que venimos aquí cada semana. Las papeleras del desayuno son muy buenas. " Hay excelentes opciones de ensaladas o fritas los sábados y domingos. El personal es muy amable y servicial, incluso con nuestros niños pequeños. Los bollos de arándanos también son favoritos.

This was, surprisingly, by far the best steak I had in Cambridge in over a decade of living here! I had the flat iron steak which was done to perfection at medium-rare. Ribs were also reported to be very good :) and a lovely children’s menu! Service is very good and some awesome rock music (playing on TV screens around the restaurant - we had some AC/ DC, Chilli Peppers, and more ) to top everything up! An independent business, affordable and yummy! So glad we found it and cannot recommend enough!
