I would like to thank all the staff for their excellent service and good manners with the customers. The food is very delicious . I highly recommend trying it !

The rude behave of the employees and they are marking the order as ready before it is done. Is this the way they treat us?if thr delivery riders ask regarding the ready of order they asking to reject the order, Looking cheap and responding rude and harsh to the delivery riders is not good, treat everyone as a friend and try to respond politely.

the staff who work in chicken rush were so agressive as they dont even know how to deal with them. i know a person in store who has a bike also do deliveries. when the delivero rider gets in the store to pick up the order.. the order shows ready and the order will not be ready... if i ask staff it shows ready they simply says that it takes 5 minutes if you want to wait just wait or reject it.. why to press ready before is ready and why to tell a rider to keep on wait .. why this guys waste time of deliveroo riders time i dont know...🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ guys just ignore this restaurant and dont just waste your time

Excellent service. The initial rider forgot an item, I called the restaurant to inform them and was sent the missing item along with some chips in a very short time. Amazing. Food was very very reasonably priced and very filling. large quantity

Coming from London for short stay, must appreciate the quality of chicken and serving were quite outstanding. However not a very good spot for eat in due to space.

Food was absolutely vile. Came in the shop on 4/08/2024 at 14:35. Ordered chicken and chips. The chicken was absolutely vile it was pink and black inside the chicken and this is how you get food poisoning.for some reason it’s not allowing me to upload pictures but have taken to show how bad it is. Could you reply to my email for a refund and will be notifying the relevant people as this is potentially good poisoning

I came here for the first time today. Always wanted to try them. The burger wasn’t upto my satisfaction. But I shared my experience with the manager. The guy was so polite and made another one. I insisted to pay but he refused. The other one was really upto my expectation. Honestly sometimes it’s not about the food but the politeness and the experience that matters. I would surely recommend visiting here. It’s a family run restaurant . The manager deserves the praise on how he handles the restaurant. Loved it

Place was really clean and chicken was cooked fresh! Had an issue with the order and the team went above and beyond to resolve it! Place is very cheap as well, don't think there's many places where you can get that quality of food at that price. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was great, particularly enjoyed the gourmet beef burger and the fried chicken pieces, fries and garlic/herb sauce were great. Mohammad Amin was very friendly and helpful, was a pleasure to meet him.

Rude staff. I’m a delivery rider, the restaurant marks the food as ready in Deliveroo app even when it’s not even cooked. When I asked about it There is a guy aged 35+ in the shop being rude to me without giving me a proper answer. I reported it with Deliveroo even about the staff behaviour and about clicking food is ready before it’s even cooked. Even I see the fries are being re-heated again and again by the staff to show it warm

As I asked for fries reheating a person aged 35+ was very rude towards me very disrespectful and disappointed will not visit again

“”Unprofessional rude guy”” In my role as a delivery rider, I've encountered a troubling situation at a restaurant. Despite the food not being cooked, they falsely mark it as ready in the Deliveroo app. When I brought up this issue, a staff member, who appeared to be in their mid-30s, responded rudely and failed to provide a proper explanation. 😠 Without hesitation, I promptly reported this unacceptable behavior to Deliveroo, outlining both the staff's discourtesy and the misleading practice of prematurely marking food as ready. Moreover, I observed the staff repeatedly reheating fries to create the illusion of freshness, which is quite concerning. 🍟 It's disheartening to face such challenges while trying to do my job efficiently and ethically. It’s not chicken rush it’s reheating and unorganised restaurant ☠️

I asked the sever, "Do they do a 4 piece chicken, chips and drink" he pointed to something that looked like what I asked for, but there were no chips, and I wasn't happy and even when I left the only good thing he did was give me the coleslaw he forgot to put in the bag

The best place with delicious food. Moreover, the staff is always friendly and cheerful. The food is halal which is quite helpful for our Muslim brothers and sisters.

Brilliant food, and the person who took our order is friendly and customer oriented. We were offered to taste the sauce as we didn’t know if we’d like it or not. We went for the sharing platter and were not disappointed at all. Highly recommended. Three stars for atmosphere as it is essentially a takeaway, although there is some seating available.

First time trying this place, and it was definitely good food! Perfectly cooked chicken, the wrap was a little messy but still extremely tasty. Looking forwards to trying more items off the menu next time I order from this place. Delivery driver was also very polite and cheery!

Tried this restaurant a couple of times during January and February of this year, the food was amazing, especially the fries. Workers were nice, food was served quickly and the experience overall was great!!

Was in Cambridge for studying nearby and just discovered this store near the college and to my surprise it was amazing! The food was really tasty and very good the owner is really friendly and always available the local is very small tough so there isn't a lot of space to eat but the takeaway is always a good choice!

not many chicken restaurants can maintain a crispy exterior to a wing whilst upholding a juicy and moist piece of meat. Chicken Rush, however, has the ability to do so whilst beholding a friendly and helpful atmosphere, with quick service and polite staff. If you are ever in the vicinity of cambridge, it is well worth a visit.

However the gleaming orange glow of the Chicken Rush sign is, to this day, the greatest thing that I have cast my eyes on. As soon as you venture through the pearl-encrusted gateway, you are transported into a world of quality chicken. The Number 7 meal deal, just £4.99 in price, is an exquisite balance between spice and crispy fresh coating, and the piri salt on the chips (you can receive extra upon request to the bossman) is a beautiful sensation for the tastebuds. Overall, this classy establishment is a hidden gem in the bustling city of Cambridge. Some say Colonel Sanders had posters of Chicken Rush in his very first KFC. Would recommend 👍
