Gourmet Burger and Fries in Cambridge

Second day ive ordered here and the food was amazing, hot, cooked great and absolutely beautiful, delivered before time and the driver absolutely amazing

I normally order from here and the burgers, fries and milkshakes are delicious, didn’t realise i’d have to spend a £1 just for mayo though I expected my burger to have standard sauce in and not be dry, and the free lotus cheesecake tasted like bbq :/

On time every time i order from these guys 3 times a week for the past 2 years the only place i trust for great burgers and great service. 10/10

Had ordered delivery from them twice. Burgers are okay but nothing particularly special, fries and sides were lukewarm on both occasions. Worse however was the stomach upset I've had both times. First time was from the Big Chick but put it down to maybe it just being me, however the Beef Burger I ordered yesterday had the same issue so won't be ordering again. Shame.

recently stopped by gourmet burgers and fries and was seriously impressed. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked The fries were crispy and golden, with just the right amount of salt. Service was fast and friendly, and the place had a cool, laid-back vibe. Prices were reasonable too, especially for the quality of food. If you’re looking for a solid burger and fries spot that hits the mark, I highly recommend Gourmet burgers and fried I’ll definitely be back!

Burger was different and a nice change using make your own burger. However cheesy curly fries tasted like soil which means bacteria growth. Earthy flavor is generated by microbes that are growing in/on the cheese. Ordered using just eat and the driver was completely incompetent. I gave the road name and address of Flint Lane which was directly infront of me whilst I was parked in a layby and he still had to call me for 10 mins to locate me. Interrupting an important call I was on. During this call I had to repeat myself to him over 5 times despite giving clear instructions on delivery notes. He kept mumbling about BP which made no sense in relation to where I was.

Their delivery drivers park on the pavement, in the middle of the road, just wherever they feel.

We skipped this takeaway restaurant a lot, we regret it now as the food was soooooo good. Large portions

Changed the flavour of the the Nashville hot , says new and improved ! Tater nothing like the older one and I wasn’t a fan . That burger was the reason I liked their food so much .. why change a good thing ???

Ordered blue cheese on my burger but it wasn’t actually cheese, rather a blue cheese dressing. Called the restaurant to be told that this is the product they use. It was okay but charging an extra £1 for a dressing rather than actual cheese is steep and I feel like they are misrepresenting what they actually prepared.

Burgers smelt funny and tasted weird. Added nachos to my burger for crunch, they smelt horrendous and I was able to bend them in half rather than snap them. Everything about the food seemed to be either out of date or just wrong

Great food, great presentation, my burger actually stayed together without bits falling out which made me very happy. Halloumi fries were gorgeous.

The only place in Cambridge that we will order burgers from. Quality time and time again. The added freebie mac and cheese bites were also really good.

Ordered from here before - not for a while though. Ordered tonight, we had to direct the driver as he couldn't find ny address? Food was 15 mins late, cold, not what was ordered and driver forgot the drinks. Rang & spoke to the manager. Offered a FREE burger next time....not sure there will be a next time....

honestly it was just average the old way they do there chicken is so much better then how they do it know and they changed the cheese on the buffalo burger and the quality of the chicken isnt as good anymore

This is the second time I have paid for caramelised onions and never receivedt them. You now owe me £2. Also, I want to tip the driver. Why won't you let me do that, have asked you enough times? Thanks

Food could've been better. Lukewarm food and cheesy chops were congealed. Lamb burger patty was chewy. Tasted like it'd been cooked from frozen and not fresh.

Food turned up fast and hot; tried one of the burgers of the month again and it was exceptional, so something more to try in future!

For the expensive price I paid I would expect the food to at least arrive warm! Food was totally cold, not even delivered in an insulated bag to keep it warm.. the service and delivery here has gotten progressively worse as time goes by.

Severely unimpressed. Ordered a lamb burger, was in-politely told I’d receive a beef instead. Despite paying for what I’d paid for. Expressed that I dont want beef. I want lamb as I’d order and paid for. 0 customer service, and. Basically told I’d get what I got. loyal customer lost. fix up. The beef burger that arrived was disgusting.
