everything was lovley but on the create your own burger i ordered pinapple ring and it wasnt on the burger but other than that it was lovley

Food turned up fast and hot; tried one of the burgers of the month again and it was exceptional, so something more to try in future!

Good food and delivered earlier than estimated delivery time

For the expensive price I paid I would expect the food to at least arrive warm! Food was totally cold, not even delivered in an insulated bag to keep it warm.. the service and delivery here has gotten progressively worse as time goes by.

Fantastic halloumi as usual. And mozzarella sticks. Burger good.

Food is always great, so I tried something new! The Korean Chicken burger tastes amazing, though the sauce (also amazing) meant it tried to escape from the bun several times! Overall another great experience!

Top tip#1: call in the order if you want a the basic classic burger, fries, and milkshake (the total will cost less than the 'Special' burger deal). Otherwise the ordering website will automatically apply the burger deal (£18.99) and will not allow you to refuse. Tip #2: when the ordering website automatically forces you to accept the 'Deal' you will have to call in the order to request the the 15% off a pickup order over £25, says Zesha/Zeshan (the person who took my payment at the counter). For some reason they cannot apply the discount after the web order has been placed.

The burger was SO YUMM, and the portion of the fries were really good I was honestly surprised. ENJOYED EVERY BITE

Ordered the BBQ Texas chicken burger and got jalapenos and hot sauce in it.....when it was supposed to be BBQ sauce, tomato and red onions which was missing. Pretty rubbish not being able to put the right ingredients in the burger. Very disappointed, I had to pick it all apart as I can't eat jalapenos and hot sauce!

Mentioned on June 4th that I wanted to be able to tip the driver, still unable to do so - how disappointing. Please reply soon 🙏

Order was tasty and delivery was quick .fair prices and portion sizes. Only recommendation would be option to remove toppings from burger just as you would would pick walnut toy want when creating a burger. Then I can remove tomatoes lol

I've yet to have bad food from this place, but I was a bit surprised by how delayed my food was this time. Thankfully the restaurant reached out to say it would be late, but I didn't recieve an updated delivery estimate and was thus unsure of how long I would need to wait. The food itself was delicious when it did arrive, though a tiny bit on the lukewarm side. Still reccomended as this is the first blip I've had with this restaurant!

Friendly, courteous employees willing to go extra mile for their customers as well as feed them! Really tasty burgers and the shakes are to die for! My 11 month old son gobbled up the chilli cheese nuggets like never before!

One of the best takeaways I’ve had. Sides were top level, burger was top level. Above all my lamp beast burger was very good quality. Definitely ordering from here again. We ordered chicken strips, chicken burger, lamb burger, cheezos, curly and regular fries.

Great portions and tasty food. Only downside was I got a Vanilla milkshake instead of Oreo.

Great food as always and nice and quick this time however I put specific instructions for the delivery driver to NOT ring my doorbell as my children were asleep and he went and rung it anyway, waking my kids which meant we couldn't enjoy our food hot and fresh. Why have a notes section if its not going to be used

The best burger I have had in a long while. Fresh salad and pickles and the burger cooked to perfection. if you don't end up with sauce down your top then it isn't good. Even the chips were good which is rare for a take away delivery.

brilliant food will definitely order again as the burger was really nice the only thing i would do next time but this isn't a criticism i would only order one portion of chips because the portion was massive and easily feed the two of us who live here keep up the amazing work and compliments to the chef

Ordered Luxford Burgers online as we wanted something a bit naughty. Disappointed on arrival. The beef Burger, he Highlander, was overcooked and chewy. Worse was the chicken Burger, the Fight Club. Picture to show (not great lighting in my house) but the chicken wasn't cooked all the way through, still raw in the centre. So I'm still hungry. Currently waiting to hear back from them and Deliveroo

The good itself was good but don’t get delivery orders from here they took 2 hours to get me my delivery. They did not communicate properly and weren’t transparent at all. Other than the service the food was good.

I waited 3 hours for my order. It arrived cold and the steak was way overcooked. The burger had nothing to do with the photos. To be avoided!

Had to call twice, believe my number was blocked as it kept going to busy and kept being told it was going to come but took way too long to arrive. Just Eat claimed it had arrived but it had not till much later, 2 hours later
