Food is always very nice and tasty. Great selection of dishes and always fast delivery. Love their rolls - always come very well made.

Esta es la segunda vez que pedimos a Golden Kitchen y, de nuevo, no nos decepcionó. Pedí 3 x menú fijo para uno (que tiene una fantástica relación calidad-precio) y medio pato crujiente. El tamaño de las porciones era excelente, tanto que nos sobró suficiente para el día siguiente. Nuestra comida estaba lista para ser recolectada solo 20 minutos después de que hicimos el pedido por teléfono. No puedo alabar lo suficiente a estos chicos; sin duda la mejor comida para llevar chino en Uddingston.

What an excellent local cafe. All day breakfasts and also healthy cooked foods! Tasty selection of cakes too! Great place for local people to meet and chat. August 2023: Excellent mixed seafood grill with noodles. Lovely! Dec 24 and we keep going back.

Not even been delivered had to order from somewhere else.

Ordered via the app on their own website via Meal Map and went to collect it and they said they "lost" our order. When asked how we ordered, they were told they're own app to which they replied "Just Eat app"? Honestly, what a joke. Meanwhile they were searching for our order once we showed the confirmation email, instead of dealing with us, the Just Eat guy swanned in and collected about 9 bags of food. Either get Meal Map to work properly or remove it from your website so people don't use it. Food was average at best but pretty bland. Certainly not worth waiting the extra 10 minutes for.

Great local takeaway. Food always freshly made. Good sized portions and fast service. Operates on a cash only basis nowadays. Would highly recommend their beef,ginger and spring onion dish with fried rice.

Just enjoyed a fabulous Christmas lunch, food was amazing, staff were great and the price was excellent for a 3 course meal, will most certainly be going back

K-wok, is far better than what you would expect in a small town in the Scottish Borders, it's easy to understand the long waiting times at weekends when the food is this good

Table for for last night, 10th January, 2025. At 6pm Food excellent however had to wait 1 hour 35mins before our main dishes arrived and that was after I asked !!chicken tender but don't liked it cubed . The carryout were going out non stop and a couple who arrived after us were served there starter and main before us . Shame as we enjoyed the food. Staff young and inexperience so owner should be there no toilet roll in toilet. Would like owner to reply please.

They've changed the satay sauce recipe by adding curry to it. It now basically tastes like a run of the mill curry sauce to the point you couldn't tell the difference between chicken satay and chicken curry. Shame really as it's one of the better takeaways in Carluke but I'll need to look elsewhere now as I don't like the taste of their new satay dishes.

Placed a order with this place the addressed got messed up tried to contact the them but would not answer phone as it was near there closing time . They didn't try contacting our selfs lied they did . We're left with out food and at week from Christmas what a nice place avoid .
