Unusual venue, a little like visiting someone's home. Atmosphere quiet but pleasant. A little crowded with tables and wooden seats gave me backache. Toilets are undesirable but clean. Service and food are very good. Lots of choice on the menu.

Food great but service we waited 40min for main meal waiter asked if I wanted a drink then didn't bother to bring it then at end of meal they just took our stuff from table without asking and folded our table cloth while we still had drinks felt like was being forced out to get others in and the Irish women there horrible to staff

Ordered food for delivery for the first time and on recommendation from friends. Sadly our experience wasn’t a good one. We ordered pork with honey sauce which didn’t have the slightest taste of honey and came with pineapple and a watery offering of sauce. The pork was overcooked and dry. The duck and plum sauce didn’t have the slightest bit of colour or hint of plum sauce although the duck was very tender. A good chicken chow mein and reasonable rice but we probably wouldn’t order from here again. Quite pricey for what we had

Went here on the off chance we’d get a table as didn’t reserve, and we were In luck, nice looking restaurant, attentive staff, very nice food, good quality and decent portions, highly recommended if you don’t want to go all the way into York. Would certainly recommend

I haven’t been to this restaurant yet, but I stumbled upon it in a news article online, and let’s just say, it instantly grabbed my attention. Having written over 150 reviews for restaurants, hotels, resorts, and shops all across the UK, I can confidently say, there’s no place quite like this one. Why did I leave a 5 Star rating? Oh, that’s purely for the way the business owner handles online criticism. It's absolutely legendary. People try to leave bad reviews, and then boom, CCTV footage rolls out, receipts are shown, and the owner delivers a detailed breakdown like it’s a courtroom drama. Spoiler alert: the complainers rarely come out looking like saints. Salute to you, sir! Keep serving food and justice, we need more honest business owners like you.

I discovered Sichuan popo restaurant a year ago, it was Love at first sight. Aside the great atmosphere and fantastic tasty food, I felt valued customer, and have been back there ever since . In the heart of Kensington and Chelsea not far from Holland Park.
