Price is ok.but not clean atmosphere entrence...

Just finished our takeaway it was 100%. Hot noodles sweet n sour Cantonese chicken & rice Delivered within 30 mins of making the phone order. Hot when delivered (but i pop it in the microwave iif it needs it)

We have been customers for years. I don't know what's happening but the last 4 deliveries have been so late, tonight 2 hours late. Not good when you order at 6.30 pm and have to be up at 3am for work... Order wrong, hoisin was gravy ! Mixed veg was raw.... Shocking service and food recently and we're finished using you now.

Dreadful place really. They just reheat everything. Closed Mondays. Decor is appalling - they have spent nothing in years sadly. Friendly staff. Cash only so they hide takings from HMRC thus corporation tax minimised. Perhaps avoid.

The worst Chinese I’ve ever had! Crispy beef so rock hard it snaps! Salt and pepper chips tasteless. Strangely bright orange curry sauce. Wasted my money couldn’t eat it

Living in the village we used to get takeaways from here regularly. They recently changed chefs and the food has gone from fabulous to terrible. Just ordered chow mein noodles, spring rolls and onion rings to see if things have improved. Short answer is NO. Spring rolls and onion rings were burnt, and I mean black. Chow mein noodles ok but hey what can you do wrong there. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt after the last couple of times, but until they reinstate the old chef or find a better one its a NO from us !!!!!

Great food. Don't give us a bad review saying that the takeaway is the problem when the only problem is you and Ur face.

Order curry sauce but it came on chips. Meat portion small. More noodles than anything else. Don’t think I’ll order again

Do not order salt and pepper chicken from this place!taste like they've just generally mixed so many cleaning products and when I rang back their were rather cheeky towards me however we had eaten everything else with our food and they told me they wanted all the food back to examine when it was just the chicken?customer service was awful I also work in a Chinese myself and I would never speak to customers the way they spoke to me tonight it was out of order and very disrespectful

Lots of microwaving going on...I got duck and special curry and it was just gross. Would never to back.

Phoned the restaurant 4 weeks advance of my booking which was on a bank holiday 21st April I asked if they were open which they replied yes so I made the booking for 5 Two days before the 21st April I called to confirm the booking Their reply was “ the boss as just told us we are not open The bank holiday 21st April I was completely flabbergasted, they have just cancelled our booking 2 days before the bank holiday, they did not have the decency to call us. When I confronted them their excuse was they could not get any staff to work on the bank holiday. They are part of the service industry who usually work on our days off. My thoughts are the service is so low (never been great but the food was ok) is that they did not have enough bookings to open and decided to stay closed which they never do on a bank holiday. So it looks like Pagoda have lost some more customers due to their unsatisfactory customer service.

Ordered about 11 items on a Friday night. All the items arrived. None missing. And they all tasted perfect. Loved the udon noodles especially. The food was hot aswell. Definitely will be ordering from them again
