Worst box of Chinese food I've ever had . Some chips weren't cook ribs cooked far too much .fried rice tasted of nothing. 22 quid and 20 quid worth is in the bin .

very very poor, waited 2hours for food to be delivered, and was cold . will not use again. quick to take your money but not so quick to deliver a good service

Stay away! Orders a delivery. It came in les then 20 mins of Ordering chips was soggy so was Spring rolls Missed half my order Food was disgusting never got the cans of pop or sauces I ordered and paid for !! After this tried calling for them To not bother answering at all. Terrible service Only ordered here because Fung Wong was closed On Doncaster road NEVER AGAIN

New to area — been looking for a good Chinese - tried a couple but this one by far the best - we will definitely be regulars — lovely friendly owner talked me through my order - had special chowmein in garlic sauce n chicken curry - mmmm brilliant 🤩 xx

how can,they charge you 10 pence for a plastic food bag and 30 pence service charge without asking you this is a total rip off they are a takeaway not a restaurant

We have ordered takeaway food from here sporadically over the years and it used to be very good. However, the food we ordered yesterday was the worst ever and totally tasteless. Our takeaway for two came to just over £27 including a £2 delivery charge and 10p for the bag that contained the food.Staff very polite but food a big disappointment.

Always good food and good service

I have ordered food here sporadically over the years and progressively the quality of the food and cooking is getting worse. The young man taking orders was polite, professional and friendly. The takeaway have increased prices (understandably) and reduced quantity of food (you can't have it both ways). What was worse was how wet and nearly tastless the Salt and Pepper Chicken was and the fact that it only just covered the bottom of the tray. The chips had a really strange odour and could not be described as cooked or raw, these were left. The curry sauce was tasty. I will be voting with my feet and will not buy here anymore. Sad.

Ordered as daughters birthday treat but wish I not bothered, item of food missing so phoned up nd basically told I was lying anyway all me nd my two children ended up with was sharing a portion of rice, cheers for that!!!! Lesson learnt won't order again!!

Great choice, massive menu with large portions. Price is competitive. Definitely worth trying out for a takeaway meal.

Ordered at 18.15 pm for delivery by 19.15 I phoned after an hour and a half to see where it was told on way It arrived at 20.09 Nearly 2 hours Hot dog meals were disgusting,soaking wet bread rolls from wet boiled onions,unbeatable Samosas overdone Won’t be back

I ordered some food for delivery and although it was nice the curry sauce went all over the chips. When i rang to complain they could do enough. They offered be a free meal due to the inconvenience, and very apologetic. This is a take away that takes customer service very seriously indeed. This sort of service is not very common these days, a credit to you all. I will be ordering my Chinese knowing that they are passionate about what they do and that they take pride offering a service that hits the mark!! Well Done.

Really disappointed. Everything lacked flavour, prawn crackers had a weird taste to them and the salt and pepper tray really wasn't worth the money, the chips in it couldn't of been any soggier. All made for a rather unpleasant meal unfortunately 🙃 will stick to usual.

Friendly staff but unfortunately the food tasted bland and the chips were soggy. Wil try other takeaways in the nearby area next time.

Take away,delivered, Fillet?steak,tough! Sweet and sour chicken Had this before and has been lovely,however tonight hardly any chicken,batter mushy and inedible Telephoned to give constructive criticism and was met with absolute denial. Waste of money.

King prawn chow main was very watery. Fried rice not so tasty. Not as good as other takeaways.

Top quality food and makes to your requirements and helpful staff

I normally don't have take aways, but after a busy and hot day at work. The glowing sign outside made me drawn in. And I'm glad I did.. Fantastic staff that went through the menu. The food was bloody amazing. I ordered the seafood with garlic and chilli and, oh my word.. it was superb. Please try this place. They are friendly, helpful and offer a wonderful service with outstanding food. It's now a Friday night treat for my family.

Writing as appalled with luckyhouse.ordered a big order for family.half of things mussing when came.rang up to speak to the daughter was very very rude.she said i was lying and put down the fone.fuming i was drove with bad back.even the mail assistant was disgraceful too.dont deserve custom. NEVER EVER AGAIN

House special fried rice served with a gloop of black sauce - ingredients poor - an insult to Chinese cooking. Do customers ever return?

Food was good and tasty. The portions were big enough. Price was reasonable. Delay in delivery, however they sent free spring rolls for that . Overall I would recommend this takeaway . Absolutely worth to try. Forgot to mention the nice and friendly staff.
