The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Yorkshire and The Humber

Staff provided good service and the food was great I will definately order from Great Wall again!

I ordered tonight for the first time, reading the hygiene score I was impressed. But the best was yet to come, the food was absolutely some of the best I have had from any takeaway. It was delivered quickly and was really hot when it arrived. So 10/10 for everything. I know where I will order from in the future . Portions were good and prices very reasonable. I had the Happy meal and there was more than enough for two.So thank you

Living in the village we used to get takeaways from here regularly. They recently changed chefs and the food has gone from fabulous to terrible. Just ordered chow mein noodles, spring rolls and onion rings to see if things have improved. Short answer is NO. Spring rolls and onion rings were burnt, and I mean black. Chow mein noodles ok but hey what can you do wrong there. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt after the last couple of times, but until they reinstate the old chef or find a better one its a NO from us !!!!!

An excellent takeaway of crispy beef, Singapore rice and mixed Sweet & Sour. Fresh and not greasy, complimentary prawn crackers. Prompt service for collection.

Their pizzas are great, unfortunately pathetic customer service. Agreed to deliver and didn't deliver without any valid reasons. The order was for iftar and didn't even bother to apologize.

I moved to Sheffield from a Cambridgeshire village with a great Chinese takeaway. Sang Lung is 20 minutes walk away but worth every step. Singapore rice and crispy beef as good as I've ever had.

Pre ordered for pick up food not very hot only travelled to Blue Dolphin site . Quality of food was poor would not go here again

Absolutely a rip off for the same price in hornsea at the golden wok you can feed a family of four compared to this place I can't believe how little you get at this place and the food isn't spectacular either I can only say that I won't be going back there I will wait till I'm in hornsea and go to the golden wok where you get what you pay for and the food is out of this world if I could give this place a 0 rating I would absolutely ripped off here you might consider your portion size and quality of food in future

It was like going back 20 years. The sort of Chinese given as a child in 80’s, when I knew no different. Heavy sweet sauces, that were out of any jar bought from supermarket. Poor quality meat, chicken dish, crispy chicken, pretty certain frozen pieces of battered chicken? Certainly low quality. Ribs cheep, defrosted. Chow mein special. Noodles tasted stale. Although nice vegetables. 1/4 duck. Wasn’t so bad. More pancakes. Really not good at all. Really missing a trick as service lovely and restaurant location excellent. Look up Blu Eye Panda in Manchester, or go to Yum Cha again in Manchester for an example of high quality Chinese food. Really disappointed as now local to area .

Woman Manager with blonde hair poor service. Told us we’re to sit as she was cleaning but no cleaning was getting done in the Restaurant area when we was there and was on her mobile phone and walk out in her phone them The Manager with blonde hair and a other staff member with blonde hair was arguing unsure about what as it was in there own language. And woman with Brown hair was staring at us as we talking our time and we left 20 mins before closing time unsure what her problem was as it Horrible atmosphere and very unprofessional. The male cooker was very friendly and feel like that only one who care for customers Service if was not for him this place got 1star .

Order curry sauce but it came on chips. Meat portion small. More noodles than anything else. Don’t think I’ll order again
