The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Milton Keynes South East

Fantastic place for Chinese food. Everything is vegan and so amazing. Even my animal eating guests were impressed how lovely the food was. They used to be a restaurant now only do takeaway and for only 3 days a week.

Good portions but very sweet sauces and average meat quality. I have had better rice elsewhere. Very friendly staff and reasonably priced.

Ordered through deliveroo. DELICIOUS. Tried their food when they catered my friends wedding and it hasn't disappointed this time. Bit on the spicy side even for me as an Indian but flavors are 🙌🏽🙌🏽

Food great if a little expensive. Would be nice if the waiting staff were a bit friendlier and smiled a bit.

Very disappointing take away from Silver Sea. Easily the worst Chinese Take Away for a long time. The chili crispy beef had a strange taste, no chili & too much pineapple. The chicken had no texture. Possibly reconstituted chicken had been used. Not come across this before. The Szechuan dish had no spice to it despite claiming to have one chili. Everything was tasteless. The mini spring rolls had little or no filling. Normally we keep any leftovers for the next day, to make a tasty second meal. This time everything went in the food caddy.

Placed an order online. Arrived at 6pm to collect. Order was wrong. Staff were arguing among themselves. My order was changed but still wrong. Changed again, git home and still wrong. Called shop, was told basically too bad ring tue call centre. Went back and order was finally corrected. Called call centre again and told them food was now cold and they told me to put it in the oven. Have been using this Chinese for years but if this is how the new owners run things I won't be going back. Absolutely shameful

From the moment Courtney Reifel stepped into her role as the Executive Director for Fountain Court Assisted Living we knew that the residents would truly be cared for. It is is very clear that she takes to heart each and every resident's personal story and uniques need, and strives to go above and beyond to meet those needs. For Courtney it's not about filling a bed but rather, how can she assist in giving her residents a happy and vibrant life. Courtney looks at all of her residents as her own family member and it shows in the care. Our family was very grateful that she found her way to Maple Valley and hopes that she will enjoy a long career here as Executive Director!

We had starters which were excellent. Mains which excellent. Service which was excellent! Been here many times before as the food is absolutely delicious and the service is fantastic. The decor is awesome. Obe of our favourite restaurants!

We booked dosa street as a punt for a 60th Birthday dinner. A Saturday night and a table for 9 and we drove over from Aylesburyand south London. I was pleasantly surprised with what we experienced. Decor - a bit outdated Atmosphere - all tables were full ( good sign) so it was a pleasant atmosphere Service - there were only 2 owners working and Service was excellent. Didn't have to wait for anything and they responded to requests quickly. Nothing was too much trouble. Food - outstanding! Everything came out piping hot, every single dish, and was delicious, nothing was greasy. Great size portions so no one went hungry. We ordered the following starters Chicken 65 Chilli chicken Chilli paneer Samosas Onion bhajis Chicken lollipops Parathas Mains included Masala dosa Chicken dosa Utapum Plain dosa And a couple of gulab jaman for a few of us to taste. Plus continuous beer and soft drinks As we had children we asked them to dial down the Chilli on the dosas the kids ordered. The kids loved it. Even one the one that eats beige food 😂 The bought out our cake we had supplied and played a happy birthday song. Excellent!! Cost around £23pp. Thanks dosa street we'll be back.

Went here tonight for a much needed girls night..... obviously the company was fabulous....but our waiter Ian made the night ...so friendly so attentive so funny and could not do more to accommodate us and make our night that extra bit special. Food was delicious, lots to chose from, portions generous, and overall the service was absolutely the best! Will definitely be visiting again....really enjoyed our dinner....in my 10 years in this country this is the first time I've had a waiter that made me feel like I was back in america....really truly loved his banter and jokes....

The food is not bad but staff there are really bad they’re so rude they don’t know nothing about costumer service. I will give 0 stars if i can for the staff, and if you don’t want to ruin your day don’t go there.

Lovely staff, they’re very friendly and kind, very helpful with my orders, I have been consistently coming here for the past few years and have had no problems whatsoever and have enjoyed the food served here always ;)

Just had Onam Sadhya, very authentic, traditional and excellent. Looking to visit for a meal in the near future. Mercy, Srihari & team very good customer service.

Out of the blue, the owners of this fabulous restaurant have decided to retire and the Old Shanghai won’t be getting any older under their management. So it was that a large number of regulars managed to get a table booked to give them and their extended family (including 2 grandchildren – part of the decision to retire, I suspect) a good sendoff. Usual great service, usual great experience but sadly, for the last time. I think the majority of diners were ordering one of the festive meals and no point is commenting on the food as the restaurant closed when the last person left. From all in Olney and surrounding area, Alan and Mei, have a great, long and happy retiral - you will be missed.
