The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Lancaster North West

On-campus restaurant/takeaway. Great choice of dishes - good value deals or full menu choice. The dishes we had were really tasty and portions were good. Many dishes not normally seen at an 'english' Chinese place. The place is no-frills with shared tables. You order at the counter and collect your food when called. It's not fancy, but a good place to eat if you're on campus.

Just ate here tonight. Outstanding food, ordered from the ‘Chinese food’ section of the takeaway menu to eat in. River Beef was beautifully prepared. You have to try this place if you’re in Lancaster!

Take away, first experience of Trung’s. Absolutely blown away with the quality, freshness and value for money, excellent.

Fifth or sixth time getting a takeout from here and I have to say each time was consistently excellent. We had great starters and mains once again. Lovely fresh, tasty food. So I am surprised to see a few one star reviews, though I note these reviewers only have one review. I have learned that reviewers with only 1 review can be suspect. Sometimes fake in favour or as in this case against maybe from a disgruntled competitor. This is very annoying. If this is you why don’t you try improving your food and service instead?

Great service, very affordable with good portion sizes as well.

Last time I came here was for my 13th birthday, and I'm so mad it took me until my 34th birthday to come again. What a wonderful little restaurant this place is. Unfortunately I can't afford to be a regular, but it will definitely be top of the list for meals out for special occasions like birthdays!

Anoche comí pollo y champiñones al curry. No sabía nada bien. Solía ser muy bueno. He tenido algunas comidas perfectas. La salsa de curry no sabe como solía.

Extensive menu, very quick service, highly recommended. Two course lunch ~ 45 minutes.

Lovely food, always ready when they say

All of the food we ordered was consistent... Consistently bland. and flavourless. When we opened the box for the beef chowmien it looked grey and watery, tasted like it too. The spring rolls were filled with polystyrene like "meat granules" the Staff treated me like a chore and was as cold as the freezer that the meals were unearthed from. We shall not order again.

Fantastic food and great prices, piping hot and delicious.

It’s nice food for really affordable prices. The only issues we have is the timing and the short window of which the shop is open apart from that everything is good. I recommend going if you are in Lancaster.

Very small venue, but excellent food and service in every way. This is a staple restaurant for us and we have come to know the very caring staff in a personal way. Try them! :-)
