On-campus restaurant/takeaway. Great choice of dishes - good value deals or full menu choice. The dishes we had were really tasty and portions were good. Many dishes not normally seen at an 'english' Chinese place. The place is no-frills with shared tables. You order at the counter and collect your food when called. It's not fancy, but a good place to eat if you're on campus.

Wow! What a find , this has been a great experience! We had Mini Starter, Ribs in Honey sauce, 1/4 Crispy Duck, Chicken in Green Pepper n Black Bean sauce, Chicken Curry, fried rice The tastiest Chinese meal we have had actually! Portions are generous and the flavours were outstanding. Please don’t judge the front of the shop as the business is in the back and you can see all the cooking going on too!! Prices are standard and cheaper than others around the area.

Last time I came here was for my 13th birthday, and I'm so mad it took me until my 34th birthday to come again. What a wonderful little restaurant this place is. Unfortunately I can't afford to be a regular, but it will definitely be top of the list for meals out for special occasions like birthdays!

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner on Sunday 16th February for our family of nine to celebrate my wife’s special birthday. My wife and I have been regulars at Rickys since it opened and it’s always excellent food and service. Many thanks for a memorable evening.

Was great first time, the portions were plentiful (they are £12-14 each and don't include rice) and flavoursome. The Grilled lamb was amazing and I'd come back just for a plate of that. The spicy chicken was good but nowhere near as good as the lamb.

All of the food we ordered was consistent... Consistently bland. and flavourless. When we opened the box for the beef chowmien it looked grey and watery, tasted like it too. The spring rolls were filled with polystyrene like "meat granules" the Staff treated me like a chore and was as cold as the freezer that the meals were unearthed from. We shall not order again.

Ordered a chicken fried rice...tub not even full looked like it had been put in and then some taken back out ..the worst for us was the "chinese gravy" This chinese when david and sara had it was the best gravy ever they're now using instant at the confirmation of my partner calling to ask what was going on with it!! at £2:30 a go disappointed that must have cost about 6 pence to make avoid really awful down hill massively after being customers for over 20 years ...
