The best restaurants serving Chinese food in London

Caterpillar is nott my favourite take away dinner experience. It is last time I will ever eat there. Got my money back for that particular dish but not for the rest of the meal. First time trying this Chinese and we're very disappointed. The fried food was fine, but the kung po had uncooked cornflour spots all over, ginger beef was cheap and tasteless, bulked out with mainly onions and rice was bland and smelt like wet feet. Not enjoyable and sad to waste the money.

The meals, are very delicious, the staff are very friendly, and if I Make a big purchase, I get free wings or spring rolls.

I made the mistake of ordering grilled fish. Apparently I was supposed to have told the waiter when ordering that I did not want the fish too dry. The grilled fish was hard and dry. It was a waste of money and response from the guy who served us was very unprofessional even though he was a likeable character. Won't be going back here.

Tried for first time on 27/10/24 and loved it! Proper old school Chinese takeaway - had a spring roll, sweet and sour pork and a house special chop suey. Very generous portions, competitive prices and friendly service. It is cash only but that is no problem to me. I'll be back!

Very nice flavours in the food, good portions, friendly people working there. Payment had to be made by internet banking transfer or cash rather than card. Overall it is a very good Chinese takeaway.

This has been our local Chinese since the 90's! The food is always fresh, a good sized portion and very decent pricing. The lady at the front of house keeps to herself but is polite and helpful.

ordered takeaway received the wrong order, and the food was replaced with tasteless cold food, no apology all it matters to the restaurant is to get back the wrong food, and will never use inferior food and service again.

Nice scran in here for sure, staff are really sound, interior could do witha refresh though, price is also very reasonable

The best Chinese food in London without doubt. Michael and his team are utterly brilliant - the service is impeccable, and the atmosphere exactly what you want. 10/10

Food was left outside with no door bell ring and by the time we noticed it the food was completely cold

Restaurant claim a driver came I think they went to wrong address as they did not ring my buzzer. No one apologised the same food was sent back so quality was poor arrived almost an hour after restaurant claims they 1st delivered.
