I always order from this place this is the first time I’ve ordered and haven’t enjoyed the food

The worst pancake roll it was soggy and greasy with barely anything other than beansprouts, the barbecue ribs weren't very barbecue, the thai ribs were amazing, 1st time would be the last other than the thai ribs

bad communication with driver, he didnt understand the instructions i was giving him to find me. prawn balls were very soggy, beef in chilli and sweet sour was very watery.

i usually love this Chinese but when I ordered today the chicken balls were so hard I had to throw them away,its like they had been reheated too many times. the pancake roll was really greasy and the chicken in the rice was so dry.

pancake rolls was horrible. the rest was relatively ok

Seeing as they are only up the road it’s no surprise they deliver a little before the stated time

Restaurant claim a driver came I think they went to wrong address as they did not ring my buzzer. No one apologised the same food was sent back so quality was poor arrived almost an hour after restaurant claims they 1st delivered.

It took over an hour to get my food and it was tasteless.

Best Chinese food I have had in a long time, traditional ingredients used instead of carrots and other veggies in most new restaurants nowadays, I prefer the traditional taste

Terrible food bland no taste soup thick and glutenous spring roll greasy and inedible chop suey more like beansprouts swimming in a sauce with chunks of tough pork the greasy king prawn curry had 4 prawns in it with a mountain of onions and mushrooms the taste undiscribable. What a waste of money ended up still hungry and out of pocket AVOID at all costs

The king prawn/rice combo was unbelievable – a punnet of rice with about 5 prawns in the combo with a bit of sauce drizzled over, absolute ripoff! The sweet and sour sauce was watery and to be honest nothing had much flavour. I've ordered before and the food was nice so very disappointed.

Prawns were in chicken chow mein so confused how that mistake was made. Prawn crackers didn't taste good, not sure if they were old as they was very hard and discoloured. Everything else was fine

I have not ordered from here for a while and I am very disappointed. The chili & salt ribs were bony and grisley and hard. The mixed fried rice, the chicken in the rice was stringy and dry. I don't know what's going on, they were usually a good takeaway.

Apart from being late, the food was very tasty and still warm enough, however I was hangry and unable to eat more than a few bites, made a great lunch for the next day though.

Unfortunately the food is going down hill. With a higher price. Ribs were mainly bones, the meat spring-roll only has beans shoots in it. The Singapore udon use’d to be so nice but now it’s just noodles and bean sprouts with no meat at all. The hots & sour soup tastes like vinegar and the squid which was very expensive is just covered in salt and had to thrown it away. Expensive meal and unfortunately very disappointing. I guess they don’t use fresh ingredients so just cover everything in salt

There are so many places that do food, but you know when you find one where authentic cuisine, love and people make it so special. Simply enchanting and soul-food feeling all around. Although I paid via JustEat digitally. The lady rang me up and said to come and pay in cash then hung up. I called back and said I’d already paid. There is an older woman who is terrible and gives you the wrong food, or substandard. The Hot and Sour soup was basically sweet and sour sauce with broccoli in it(?!). She changes the JustEat menu price and food whenever she’s working. There is a much younger lovely lady who is pleasant, gives you the right food and isn’t rude.

Duck spring rolls, have had much better on previous orders, used batter for chicken balls instead of thin spring roll, was full of uncooked batter and duck had too many bones, rice had no flavour, very bland.

Chips wasn’t fresh they tasted like they was reheated an old. Very disappointing when you pay for food an the quality ain’t fresh

Food was horrendous. The lids were off of the rice so half of it was in the bottom of the bag. The curry itself was not very tasty, the rice was like melted plastic. Not a very nice meal at all. Will not knowingly order from here again

The only chinese place we ever order from. The food is always piping hot, delicious and they have perfect portions. They forgot the chips in my order and when I called them they sent a driver to deliver them straight away, so the customer service is amazing too! You won't regret ordering from here, even when we try something new it's amazing 🥟🍚🍤

For a Tuesday night wouldn’t have thought there was that many orders

My order which was 2 dishes,they were both the wrong items and the quality very poor! I phoned the restaurant and they tried to say they sent out the right order,it was not. It’s now in the bin as they would not send me the right orderorder or refund me. Please can I be reimbursed for something I didn’t order? Also I will not be using Ten Thanks ever again! Thanks!

The quality of food from this Chinese Take Away is excellent. Better than any other similar place. Discovered it recently and so glad we did.
