The king prawn/rice combo was unbelievable – a punnet of rice with about 5 prawns in the combo with a bit of sauce drizzled over, absolute ripoff! The sweet and sour sauce was watery and to be honest nothing had much flavour. I've ordered before and the food was nice so very disappointed.

Prawns were in chicken chow mein so confused how that mistake was made. Prawn crackers didn't taste good, not sure if they were old as they was very hard and discoloured. Everything else was fine

I have not ordered from here for a while and I am very disappointed. The chili & salt ribs were bony and grisley and hard. The mixed fried rice, the chicken in the rice was stringy and dry. I don't know what's going on, they were usually a good takeaway.

Apart from being late, the food was very tasty and still warm enough, however I was hangry and unable to eat more than a few bites, made a great lunch for the next day though.

Unfortunately the food is going down hill. With a higher price. Ribs were mainly bones, the meat spring-roll only has beans shoots in it. The Singapore udon use’d to be so nice but now it’s just noodles and bean sprouts with no meat at all. The hots & sour soup tastes like vinegar and the squid which was very expensive is just covered in salt and had to thrown it away. Expensive meal and unfortunately very disappointing. I guess they don’t use fresh ingredients so just cover everything in salt

There are so many places that do food, but you know when you find one where authentic cuisine, love and people make it so special. Simply enchanting and soul-food feeling all around. Although I paid via JustEat digitally. The lady rang me up and said to come and pay in cash then hung up. I called back and said I’d already paid. There is an older woman who is terrible and gives you the wrong food, or substandard. The Hot and Sour soup was basically sweet and sour sauce with broccoli in it(?!). She changes the JustEat menu price and food whenever she’s working. There is a much younger lovely lady who is pleasant, gives you the right food and isn’t rude.

Duck spring rolls, have had much better on previous orders, used batter for chicken balls instead of thin spring roll, was full of uncooked batter and duck had too many bones, rice had no flavour, very bland.

Chips wasn’t fresh they tasted like they was reheated an old. Very disappointing when you pay for food an the quality ain’t fresh

Food was horrendous. The lids were off of the rice so half of it was in the bottom of the bag. The curry itself was not very tasty, the rice was like melted plastic. Not a very nice meal at all. Will not knowingly order from here again

The only chinese place we ever order from. The food is always piping hot, delicious and they have perfect portions. They forgot the chips in my order and when I called them they sent a driver to deliver them straight away, so the customer service is amazing too! You won't regret ordering from here, even when we try something new it's amazing 🥟🍚🍤

For a Tuesday night wouldn’t have thought there was that many orders

My order which was 2 dishes,they were both the wrong items and the quality very poor! I phoned the restaurant and they tried to say they sent out the right order,it was not. It’s now in the bin as they would not send me the right orderorder or refund me. Please can I be reimbursed for something I didn’t order? Also I will not be using Ten Thanks ever again! Thanks!

Got a text at 18.19 to say Food on the way. Arrived at 18.45. We live about a 10 minute walk from takeaway. Food was stone cold.

Food was awful. Service and speed good. Disappointed in the food as we’d been wanting to try this place for ages. Pancake roll had one flimsy bit of meat and was all beansprouts that were undercooked. My chicken satay was not edible as the chicken was so bad (cheap, awful rubbery texture and weird taste). The satay sauce was more watery than I’d like too. The crispy pork was fine.

Best hot and soup soup in the whole of town and trust me, I’ve tried them all. The squid was fresh and yummy too as well as your curry sauce. Made to order perfectly as I like my food very spicy. Thank you to the chef and staff! X

Everything was undercooked apart from one thing I ordered and nothing was solved I sent pictures and it resolved nothing! Didn’t even want to give me any money back even thought I provided proof! Food was appalling, will never be ordering from there again!!

Unfortunately, my duck didn’t have any of the usual plum sauce with it. Instead, there was just a small tub of vinegar. Real shame as that’s the best part of the dish

Have ordered previously from this take away, this order was lacking flavour, the salt and chilli ribs was very short on chillies and my Singapore noodles were bland. Not at their best, will give them a miss for now.

Waited 30 minutes over the stated time gave (which was over an hour on ordering). Food wasn't up to standard, the Hong Kong chicken wasn't cooked properly. Didn't really enjoy it.

I ordered chicken curry, and got one piece of chicken and other bits of meat that wasn’t chicken, so I couldn’t eat it. Wasn’t very pleased.

I’m very fussy when it comes to Chinese take aways, this is my regular and one million percent best Chinese takeaway I’ve had. Food flavoursome and always warm, never disappoints

Our usual Chinese takeaway was closed and we were very hesitant about ordering from somewhere else, but we think we’ve now found a new go-to. The food was delicious and affordable, with generous portions. Only downside was the delivery driver guilt tripping us for not tipping him (despite ordering almost £70 worth of food) by telling us his boss makes him drive fast and doesn’t care if he hurts himself… Ironically, he was late.

My flat has never agreed more than when we decide to order from Ten Thanks. There’s a dish that caters to every taste, and every meal we’ve had from them has been delicious. It’s always a treat to order from them! They are a staple to the community and to our household :)

My see food noodles chawmin had a horrible test on see food. Tested off I'm very disappointed.

This is our 'go to' place for Chinese and it has been for about 3 years. The food is good and the courier is always friendly. Lovely as always.
