Don’t let this restaurant’s unassuming exterior fool you — this place is a gem! We stumbled across Zheng rather by accident, but we’re very glad we did. The interior transports you to a palatial Malaysian paradise, which creates a fantastic atmosphere. The impeccable service from the kind, attentive waiters, makes you feel like royalty. The wasabi prawns were exceptional and plentiful: juicy and smothered in a creamy wasabi sauce. By recommendation, we ordered the Godmother Chilli Peppercorn, and it did not disappoint. The egg fried rice was the best I have ever eaten. I could have happily eaten several bowls on its own, such was the quality of the cookery. The Singapore noodles were fantastic too — aromatic and spicy in equal measure. The tapioca dessert topped off the meal. Bouncy tapioca morsels combined with brown sugar and milk, while appearing simple, was packed with flavour. Yes, it is an expensive choice, however, it was well worth it for a memorable, magical experience.

Don’t bother, unless you want bland, greasy food and an upset stomach afterwards. The menu is strange and confusing, including a huge amount of pork and, I assume, very traditional items such as intestines, trotters and tripe. Not for me. Almost £100 for 2 main dishes, 2 rices (one of which was forgotten and brought after everything else had been finished - but still charged for!!) and some plain, oily noodles. As someone who eats out regularly, I have no issues paying for good food and service, but this offered neither. Service was mediocre to say the least. It almost felt as though it was an inconvenience to serve us! The few other tables who came in and stayed after seeing the menu (there were some who up and left before ordering!) seemed to eat and leave as quickly as possible. Perhaps this place is to some peoples tastes, but after researching restaurants in the area and specifically choosing this one based on its reviews, to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I wish I hadn’t bothered, had saved my money and my stomach, and had gone home hungry.

Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée. Personnel excellent. Service impeccable.

The main area of this restaurant on the 4th floor is a corridor type terrace. One of the few restaurants at Harrods where you can sit next to the patio windows although don't hold your breath for a fantastic view of London. The service is top quality and as well as Dim Dum there are other oriental dishes. The Dim Sum themselves come in servings of 3 for around ÂŁ20. They are substantial but a single serving will not be enough for 1 diner. We had the larger plates of a steamed and separately a fried plate. These cost about ÂŁ40 each and you will realise that the costs mount. The 2 of us had also a portion of Pork Buns. With the 3 dishes we felt full afterwards. Service was exemplary but the ambiance is very much of a department store eatery rather than a special restaurant. The Dim Sum were beautifully presented, works of art. However the taste, although good, did not match the presentation. If you want to eat in Harrods and enjoy Dim Sum then this is the place for you. We paid ÂŁ130 for 2 including modest drinks.

I had visited the other branch (Marble Arch), last year so was happy to visit this one, albeit nervous as it was a Birthday dinner for 7. We got a variety of starters and mains and everyone commented on how fresh and tasty everything was! Service was mainly good-one gent looked like he didn’t want to be there but ok otherwise. I think prices are fair for size. It’s also pan Asian, not Thai

One of the most delicious and delicious Chinese (Asian) restaurants in London. The food is delicious, delicious, delicious, more delicious than the other The menu is varied with an appetite that requires everything However, the staff helps you choose. *Requires advance reservation I came without a reservation for one person and they sat me at the bar, so I expect it's better that you make a private reservation if you're a group. You must try it, it is delicious Prices are high

The Food quality has declined so much for this place over the last decade and a half. They made the shift from house made dumplings and noodle to store bought (as far as I can tell, or at least with much cheaper ingredients), and they are some of the most expensive dumplings you can find at any casual chinese restaurant in London. Seriously sad considering how nice the codfish and spinach dumplings, the pork dumplings, the chao mian, the fried rice, the meat dishes, and everything else used to be. this place is a shadow of what it used to be and the new decor really reflects that. They've been through several interiors, but the first was the most chic. The turquoise and red is quite tacky and bizarre. The waiters are still friendly, however. I really used to vouch for this place, as it is a great spot, but honestly it is one of the biggest scams in london at this point; you'll end up paying over 20 pounds a head and you will get seriously subpar food.

We ate here twice because the food was so good, clean, friendly, jazzy ambiance. I miss Chinese food since I'm far from my home country, it feels like I'm back home. We live in Belgium, we haven't even found a Chinese restaurant as good as this one. As usual, we ate quickly without taking any photos first. Highly recommend đź‘Ś

I phoned to make my order, very aggressive and rude man answered and took the order. They don't even clean the prawns that black stuff is still on it, the shop and kitchen looks dirty, it's definitely overpriced, I had a horrible experience and below par food. Save your money as plenty other options to eat in Earl's Court.
