The best restaurants serving Chinese food in South Cambridgeshire East of England

Not the spot if you're looking for specialty coffee, but I'm giving it 5 stars anyway because the ladies who work here are are so kind and friendly. They could improve by getting more freshly roasted coffee (roasted within the past two weeks), grinding it fresh, and extracting at 6 bar psi, 97°, weighing doses etc etc, but fundamentally this is a nice comfy community spot, that's the point, and it's lovely. Very relaxing and lots of good options for bacon related sandwiches. Very reasonably priced too! Warm and genuine folk.

Was looking for the best Chinese around and this restaurant came up. Its reviews were noticeably higher, so off we went. We had the tasting menu and got to try lots of different dishes until full, unlike other such places all food is cooked freshly and the chicken was just so succulent and juicy. Do ask for Eric’s special chicken! We thought all of our meal was excellent including the extremely welcoming and friendly staff.

I had a fantastic experience at Forum House Chinese Restaurant! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, not only to us but also to our puppy. They immediately brought over a doggy water bowl, which was such a thoughtful touch, especially as he was quite thirsty after our walk. The service throughout our meal was outstanding, attentive, friendly, and genuine. The food was absolutely delicious, authentic, and full of flavor. Every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully balanced. The ambience was also wonderful, warm, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxed meal. It’s not always easy to find a dog-friendly restaurant with such high-quality food and service, and I will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

2.5 hours wait to have a cold greasy meal delivered.

Ha estado viniendo aquí por 30 años, aunque no tan recientemente. ¡Entré y pedí lo de siempre, y me dijeron abruptamente que era en efectivo por pedidos inferiores a 10 libras! Nada impreso en ninguna parte, y no estoy seguro de que el proveedor de servicios lo permita, no lo hace en mi tienda! Dada la conversión a pagos con tarjeta/teléfono realizada por la mayoría durante el confinamiento, la mayoría de las personas ahora pagan con tarjeta, sin embargo, había muchas alternativas cercanas que sí aceptaban tarjetas, así que me fui... y comí en otro lugar. If I’m completely honest very disappointed with the food chow main looked like it was cooked last week dry and tasteless dry spring rolls were under cooked spare ribs very dry no taste at all £32.16 was a waste wouldn’t order again and wouldn’t waste my money put most of it in the Bin

I was a bit reluctant to order from here as the name, for some reason, put me off. I ordered through the website tonight. My food arrived fresh, was good quality, great value and was on time! I will certainly use again!

It's been a bit ropey for years, but reading the reviews I thought I'd check ok the Credit Card Situation and nothing has changed. Dismissive, rude staff as ever. "Bank transfer or cash only". Someone ought to put a call in to HMRC methinks...

Didn't get the order right. Have had better chinese takeaways.

Not brilliant food and service is poor. Food missing and promised it would be re delivered. Waited an hour and still a no show. Just full of bull for excuses. Helpful though as made me realise it worth driving 6 miles the other way and getting good food and service.
