The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Alexandra Ipswich East of England

Ordered food for delivery for the first time and on recommendation from friends. Sadly our experience wasn’t a good one. We ordered pork with honey sauce which didn’t have the slightest taste of honey and came with pineapple and a watery offering of sauce. The pork was overcooked and dry. The duck and plum sauce didn’t have the slightest bit of colour or hint of plum sauce although the duck was very tender. A good chicken chow mein and reasonable rice but we probably wouldn’t order from here again. Quite pricey for what we had

Me and Husband came here for a date night. We had booked over a month in advance. When we arrived we were told that we only had the table for an hour. This was not explained to us on phone. From the minute we walked in the whole experience was incredibly rushed! We had literally just finished our starters and the main came out. Although the staff were lovely we felt a hindrance for being there. Our table wasn't even set up with nice napkins we got given paper ones. When we finished our main they took the table cloth off and we hadn't even finished our drinks. The food on the other hand was incredible. So tasty and one of the best Chinese's i have been too for great quality food.

The food here always tastes amazing and the service! Helen was our waitress for the evening and she was incredible!! Thank you.

It says it all when you turn up at 7.00pm on a Friday night to only another 2 tables in the place. Food very average and staff very surly. No smiles and no charisma about them. Drinks plonked on your table. The waiting staff look so bored and wandering around like they can’t wait to go home! Plates taken away with a curt response. Been here in the past when it first opened and it was much better. It’s now very poor and I won’t be returning again.

Been coming here for years Will tweak orders if asked, always helpful. Review amended, has obviously changed hands, food, flavour and quality have vastly changed, to such an extent, that we now NO longer use this takeaway. Very disappointed.

Takeaway here is amazing. The tofu dishes are great. The rice is super generous. The dumplings seem homemade

Sorry but foods are terrible. The taste aren’t good compared to other Chinese foods around Ipswich. Nice to try though but not going to order again.
