Moonflower the Delightful All you can eat Feast in Dover. Moonflower is a hidden gem that truly exceeded our expectations. As soon as we stepped in, we were greeted with warm smiles and attentive service from the ladies at the door. The all-you-can-eat buffet (£28 due to Xmas period which we were informed upon booking and entry) offered a delightful array of dishes over a 100 plus options to choose from via a table sheet check list, each option was cooked to order and bursting with flavor. From crispy satay chicken, to succulent duck with pancakes, every bite was a culinary adventure. The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every dish, and the chefs clearly take pride in their craft. The service was impeccable, with staff (lovely lady) being so attentive, great customer service from constantly replenishing the buffet, ensuring our drinks were always full, and that our meals met our requirements( removed certain ingredients for us) Prices for drinks were very competitive aswell. Total for the bill for 2 was £65.00 with drinks Thankyou fun(the owner) and the lovely lady who was our host for the night. Made it a lovely experience. If you're looking for a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience, Moonflower is a must-try. We'll definitely be returning soon! We had various dishes ranging from °Seaweed ° Salt and chilli prawns °Salt and chilli squid °Capital spare ribs Satay chicken °Duck with pancakes and cucumber °Prawn toast °Spring rolls °Chicken balls °Salt and chilli chips °Special fried rice °Chicken fried rice Special chow mein °Kun po chicken

Ken Ho is an absolute gem in Birmingham! The food was exceptional, my personal favourites were the salt & pepper prawns and braised fish with tofu but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the outstanding service provided by Andrew. He was incredibly personable, attentive, and made us feel welcomed with our young child.

AWFUL CHINESE DO NOT EAT FROM HERE. I ordered for delivery and they warned me it would be an hour wait which I was absolutely fine with until the food arrived FREEZING COLD. When I called the restaurant and kindly explained how the food was cold, the manager was extremely patronizing and told me to bring the food back to them?! The food went straight in the bin because we had to heat it up in the air fryer which made it disgusting so threw straight in the bin. Then the ‘manager’ .When asking for a refund he told me he couldn’t because he needed to see the food, but couldn’t understand that we had to try and heat it in the air fryer and then chucked it away. He also said he would need to pay his boss? WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN. I have full recording of the whole phone call as I was shocked about the way they dealt with this. He always ended the phone on me 2 TIMES.

Located right on the River Thames, this River View restaurant offers amazing views and a lovely terrace for outdoor dining. We’ve become regulars here, as it’s a true gem in the local community. The food is consistently delicious, and the service is always friendly and to a high standard.

Food extremely overpriced for the amount, flavour and temperature of food (food was cold, expensive and extremely small portions) £12-18 for mains these do not include rice, chips or eggs fried rice these are an additional £6 and again extremely small portions for the amount of money you part with. Drinks both soft and alcoholic were expensive too. Service did not make up for it either. Service was rude, and you leave feeling hungry and out of pocket

Saturday lunch, the restaurant was empty - unsurprisingly as it turned out. We ordered prawn crackers, a quarter crispy aromatic duck - ok-ish but nothing special. The crispy pork (Harbin signature dish) was dry and tough. The steamed prawns in their shells were vastly overcooked: dry, rubbery and flavourless. Both main courses (at c. £23 each) came with no vegetables, just the protein. The prawns were served with some vermicelli. The egg fried rice was £6.50!!! We complained about the mains (especially the prawns). The waiter said he told the chef, who replied that that's how the prawns should be! With a coke and a beer, the bill came to £90. On the plus side, the restaurant is spacious and nicely decorated. The toilets are nice and very clean. Unfortunately, the food is badly cooked and overpriced. We won't be going back.

I never leave reviews but I had to leave one. I ordered a mixed starter for 2. Chicken chow mein. Beef satay some noodles., fried rice and chips. The starter was what I can only describe as poor. The prawn toast was really nice but the wonton looked as though it had been fried then refried 1 spring roll and 1 bbq rib which was drier than the Sahara desert. The rice was dry like it was yesterday's reheated, the noodles were rice noodles which were just watery. The chips must have been cooked the day before and just microwaved. Beef satay should be renamed beef vindaloo and the chow mein was dry. The only colour in the chow mein was the carrot which was raw. £40 wasted as most of it was inedible

Our last l takeaway was really bad but thought we would give it another try as this last year food has been decent. But it’s a no no no! Chicken chow mein had 3 slithers of chicken, dry no flavour. Hard to swallow! The curry sauce too sweet inedible. They are cutting costs which is totally obvious. Will never get food from here again. Would give a zero if I could!
