The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Chinese food

Always amazing food in here and the place has a very nice family vibe. My wife and son are picky eaters and they always accommodate us with changing parts of the order for crispy noodles and double happy and it's perfect every time. Never had an issue with delivery or quality it has always been the best one I've been too in the city.

Ordered a takeaway. Delivered quick but that’s where positives stop, squid very chewy, magic wok special rice (all the meats) came with one bit of chicken, one tiny bit of pork and one tiny bit of beef and some onions/mangetout dumped on top plain fried rice, not exactly special nor was the two hairs found in the rice. Ended up throwing majority away. Waste of money

Consistently good food with friendly hard-working owners. This is our go-to for Chinese takeaway in Dundee. Owners approachable and take requests onboard (e.g we usually request extra spicy with extra ginger & garlic). Customer service is second to none and in our opinion the best in Dundee. Prices are very reasonable and portion sizes brilliant. Noticed a negative review re them using GM oil- they clearly advertise this and are transparent about it, leaving it the customer’s choice?!

Food just had zero flavour, so so bland compared to other Chinese restaurants in the area.

The Tasty provides a reliable service, allergy aware, with food as good as any other in the area. Have been eating from here for years. They have a 5/5 hygiene rating. 😀

Totally authentic, right down to the hygiene issues. But it's properly spicy, well flavoured, and a favourite with the local Asian population. Avoid the dishes for non Asians, like the sweet and sour muck.

I had ordered from this place and it did not disappoint! For all tourists who come to Thurso I highly recommend you take a look at this place as it really is something else! The staff are absolutely amazing, polite and so welcoming! With the food being just as great as the atmosphere it creates. For those who absolutely enjoy Chinese takeouts on days you feel like you don’t want to cook, you should look at the menu with its large variety! Would definitely order again!

Crispy chilly chicken with egg fried rice - delicious 🤤 not hot though I’d say it’s on a sweeter and sour side which is what I was hoping for

Had smoked chicken it’s soooo dry even my dogs struggled to eat it. Definitely unpleasant every thing was looking pre owned or reheated ,, not nice

Told me it was minimum £10 on card but served someone with £4 chips after I ordered. Ordered the Thai sweet chilli chicken fried rice. No flavour, only flavour came from the one off chilli. felt boiled chicken. Plain rice. Disappointing. Cantonese spring roll was okay. Was waiting for a friend to return from the shop and I thought I’d eat a spring roll whilst I wait. Told me I couldn’t eat because he’s take away only. Which ok fair but now I feel I know why . When we all got back with our food we was highly disappointed. Salt & Pepper chips were exactly that. No chilli oil or flavour. Just salt and powdered pepper with chilli’s whacked in it. Sweet & sour chorizo needed more sauce. Salt and pepper chicken wings were alright but nothing special.

Just got a meal chips were non existing beef curry slimey prawns stink even prawn crackers were half brown disgusting. We have used them for years ..never again
