The best restaurants serving British food in Elli Carmarthenshire West Wales

This place had way too much of a noisy environment. We had to find somewhere else. I do not know what the food is like due to the high noise levels.

With 1 hour notice you guys u fead 30 people with starters mains/carvery as 1 of the options and deserts I had a mix grill myself it was delicious a big thank you as another pub let us down do not want to name it thanks Steve and the staff x

Absolutely shocking service from the moment I stepped foot in to the bar area. I was acknowledged as staff looked up at me and continued to carry on talking amongst themselves, the manageress on at the time wasn’t of much help either was rude and her customer service skills need working on. Very poor service tonight the staff just didn’t seem to want to be there!

Paul, Sue and all of the team were beyond brilliant! The communication with Paul from start to finish was excellent. Easy booking process and payment process. Food was lovely, refreshments all day topped up. The room itself was set up to request. Would highly recommend for anyone

Floors were dirty in particular toilet areas. Staff were very busy so took a time to get served so a need for more staff. Food turned out to be cold and not fresh

Came back to visit after moving away and the service, prices and quality were still just great. Leanne and Kristina made me feel looked after from the moment I walked in, and the rest of the staff are just as superb.

Went for a bag of chips …. Disgusting , the chips were still raw potato dripping in dirty tasting oil . Couldn’t eat them after one bite . Owner had cheek to ask a customer to say it’s the best chips in Llanelli, what a laugh , no wonder it has poor ratings
