Parc y Scarlets Stadium in Carmarthenshire

Floors were dirty in particular toilet areas. Staff were very busy so took a time to get served so a need for more staff. Food turned out to be cold and not fresh

I'm a proud scarlet fan and I enjoy coming to this stadium to see the mighty scarlets. However as someone with limited mobility, it isn't the easiest place to visit and I really feel that accessibility could be improved. Firstly some of the staff are very friendly and helpful, others less so. We were told that we had to prebook disabled parking, we emailed the email address and nobody ever got back to us. We then parked in one of the carparks but the blue badge parking seemed to be the furthest possible from the stadium which involved a long walk across a very uneven car park. Please make Parc Y Scarlets more accessible so fans of all abilities can enjoy the game.

Great to have a stadium to match up to our fantastic team! drinks are slightly overpriced but what do you expect for a stadium.

Lovely place to visit. Food was excellent and as for the 2 staff in the Carwyn James Lounge were both friendly and extremely efficient

Good range of meals representing excellent value for money - large fish and chips for less than £8.00! Cafe is clean and welcome from staff warm and inviting. I shall certainly use this cafe whenever I am in the area.

My husband went on a training course here and thought he’d try the cafe. He was very impressed so we went again this week. The staff were great, we could park easily, there was amazing air con and choice of where to sit. It was clean and tidy and had proper salt and pepper grinders. The menu boasts all your British favourites even including big bowls of delicious porridge. The meals are plentiful so you really won’t go hungry. They obviously cater for the hungry athlete in training. If you fancy a drink there are lots of beers to choose from, even at breakfast time. To summarise, great value for money and all round enjoyable cafe experience

What a warm welcome and a great day for us Dads and boys. Service was brilliant. Could not ask for better. Food (3 course) was very good- was not expecting it to be honest but could not fault it. Highly recommend it to all. Fab day Diolch

I visited as part of a group from Pembroke and we had tickets in the South Stand.We had a couple of drinks first in the "barn" and this was pretty efficient service at first but then slowed as more people arrived.All staff were friendly and prices reasonable.One issue to watch out for is that there are signs pointing left to the South stand which basically force you to walk right around the stadium and I found our gate was actually only 100 yards from the bar. This was not a problem to me but might be to someone less able.The first five minutes of the match were difficult to see because of the smoke from the pyrotechnics but this all added to the interest!A good venue.

As a fan and season ticket holder, I would leave a bad review. However the prices are soo good and the stadium is just the bomb.

Went to stadium to watch Nitro Circus. Great evening out. Stadium was well staffed and well managed. The show was amazing. Hopefully see more events like this here in future.

We were visiting for a rugby matchTo be played against Scarlett's We arrived at the statium in time to eat before the match.The food was awful,I don't think I have ever had such appalling food.We had 3 meals from the various venues not one was any good.We normally eat at our own club so we know what is possible and achievable .The Scarlett's failed Do not eat there!

Not bad at all enjoyed my food piping hot good quality attentive staff you should not be disappointed with this place .

Como una persona discapacitada debo alabar administradores que me ayudó a mi asiento cada vez que tuve la necesidad de salir. Después el día que mi equipo nietos reservamos una habitación para su presentación la habitación era preciosa y la comida era muy buena (curry de pollo) el personal era muy amable y el servicio era excelente. También al final de la tarde el hombre de seguridad era muy útil para mí. No puedo esperar a volver de nuevo a veces ver el Scarlets cuando me visita mi hijo siempre un agradable evento.

I have, as said, visited Parc Y Scarlet's on several occasions using the Phil Bennett Lounge & the Quinnell Lounge (plus the stands). Good welcome, food and drink. For some of the readers East of the Severn I would point out that I am English.

Visited to watch the Scarlets v Saracens game. Lovely stadium. Great area called the Barn which offers activities for children, live music, food and drink before the match. I thought it was a great rugby stadium.

Visitamos varias veces la última temporada para ver el juego scarlets. Hay que decir que el estadio en sí es fantástico. Las facilidades de aparcamiento para partidos de rugby están bien, pero hay un pequeño cargo y la tierra es bastante irregular. A sólo un corto paseo desde el estadio. Si vas de visita en un día no coinciden, el estacionamiento en el estadio principal es excelente y gratuito.

Mi madre y yo acabamos de visitar este lugar para un almuerzo rápido. Al llegar el lugar estaba muerto, que nunca es buena señal. Pedimos un queso y huevo mayonesa baguette sandwichera de un menú muy limitado con una orden lateral de patatas fritas. En primer lugar, después de haberlo pedido, me dijeron que no tenían huevos, mayonesa, bastante, así que pedí atún en su lugar. 5 minutos después, llegó y dijo que también había patatas fritas! Se ofrecieron las cuñas en su lugar. La comida llegó en platos de madera, con col y patatas fritas - Presentación era bastante bueno, pero eso es donde termina. Mi baguette estaba seco y casi rancio, papas fritas eran suaves y col cálido. El queso era de roca sólida - sandwichera manera hecha! Las cuñas eran pasada y grasienta. Nadie vino a preguntar cómo nuestras comidas eran, así que no había oportunidad de quejarse. Nunca se visita aquí. Es una pena, ya que tiene un gran potencial.

we attended the darts masters event a couple of weeks back and baught silver tickets which included a 3 course meal and meet and greet with the players.

We bought hospitality tickets for this event which included a 3 course meal meet the players which was up close and personal. We got to meet phil Taylor and Barney who took the time to sign an autograph and have a pic taken. Seating was great with excellent views. Would defo get hospitality tickets for this event again dispite the food being very average. Service was good tho

Great nights entertainment so it was unfortunate Tha the quality of the food was extremely poor ,one of the worst meals I ever eaten .

The staff are haphazard, very disorganised and poorly managed, waiters standing around talking instead of offering service. Similar problems at the bars, a constant stream of new staff means that every time you go there, the staff don't know prices, drinks or how to work the tills. A lovely stadium with great potential.

The food and the breakfast itself is the best I have tasted and one of the best to be involved in being there. I do believe that the food there is of high quality and the all day breakfast is mind-numbing!Perfect all through!

I really really really, enjoy this stadium. every time I come here I get essence of awe once looking around the beautiful architecture of the stadium, all the staff are polite and well mannered and are a thrill to speak too.They seem to always be able to help with any matter you need and do it quite quickly, If you are one for the spots of rugby I highly recommend coming to this stadium when your team is playing against the Scarlets or if you are a Scarlet fan yourself.

Having sampled many of the cafes in the area the restaurant at Parc Y Scarlets serves one of the best breakfasts, its not the cheapest but good quality food freshly cooked and reasonable price.

Venue We were in the boot room a bit small but clean and tidy and it had its own bar Food Average food not much on offer Service No complaints very helpful and pleasant Price Can't comment because I did not pay it was part of a business trip Would I visit again not if I had to pay Would I recommend unsure food was not to my taste but others in the group seem to enjoy it so a mixed bag really

An excellent evening with fantastic service all round . Great 3 course meal with outstanding view of the pitch . I would recommend PYC for any event .

We had our office party in Parc y Scarlets Stadium this year which was a lovely setting with good food and service. Starters were very generous and presented nicely. Our mains, some of us had braised beef with dumplings, others had traditional turkey, all plated nicely and tasted delicious. Sadly by the time I came to sticky toffee dessert I was too full to finish it! We didn't have entertainment as we'd booked a private room, but this didn't stop us creating our own comedy and hilarity, everyone enjoyed!
