Both the manager and workers are very rude (seemed a bit like anger issues), lacking stock of basic things and felt discriminated. Do not recommend it

Ordered food on jus eat the prawn baguette came with no baguette can’t get through to the restaurant to speak with somebody I do not recommend to anybody

31st December 2023 Steve and his team did us proud with a delicious lunchtime buffet and an evening of music, food and a cocktail to toast the New Year! My gluten-free friend loved her plates of food. Thank you!!!

Blaring music, people schrieking to be heard over it and to top it off the place had a scent of sewage. Doubt we'll ever be returning to Llanelli but if we unfortunately have to we'll avoid this place

Nut roast is more like rice got 3 roast potatoes, worst roast I've ever had, don't even want to eat it

Sunday carvery excellent. Meat and veg spot on, and a 'proper' gravy too. Help yourself to the veg and gravy. Drinks reasonably priced. Cheery atmosphere with locals in the bar. Helpful friendly staff. Clean, tidy establishment.

Me and my partner went here tonight. Staff was really friendly, but the food was a letdown The starter was really nice The garlic mushrooms, but the main courses was awful the fish was way overdone. The chips was really soggy and I ordered a medium rare steak and it came really Well done probably won’t return for food again

my favorite pub awesome food huge range of drinks family orientated and the staff are second to none and the landlord is a total header really funny highly recommended

Our Slimming World Group from Morfa Social Club had a very enjoyable evening on the 11th December and the carvery was really good. John and myself raffled 5 hampers and the donation of £120.00 went to Wales Air Ambulance. Thank you very much to the Landlord Steve for his support on the night. Merry Christmas to everyone.

Best Breakfast. Just visited The Greenfield Inn Llanelli for breakfast, staff were attentive, veggie breakfast was the best I’ve eaten in ages, coffee great too!

Best food we've had for a long time. A group of us went, the service was amazing all the staff were very helpful and friendly. All the food was absolutely lush, but I would highly recommend the homemade chicken curry and the mixed grill. Also a must is the garlic bread, absolutely delicious 😋

This is the email I sent regarding my meal and have had no response after 2 weeks Good evening, As you didn't give us the opportunity to complete our conversation earlier,  I felt it would be easier to email you so that you could read it at your leisure. We came for our meal which we pre booked, so you were expecting a party of 4. The waitress asked our requirements and we all ordered,  my mum asked her if she would write it down as we all wanted slightly different. Prior to her taking the order my mum asked was the turkey "real", as in not processed. The waitresses replied yes. The waitress took the orders down and we asked for extra gravy, which wasn't a problem for the waitress. We ordered the following: Person 1 turkey, a sausage , Carrots peas, swede potatoes, Yorkshire, parsnips, stuffing and gravy. Person 2 turkey, potatoes, carrots, peas, swede Yorkshire and gravy. Person3 turkey and beef, roast pots, swede, Carrots, peas, stuffing, parsnips, and gravy Person4 turkey and beef all the veg apart from beans. What was brought to the table was a gravy boat and mint sauce and the food for 2 people followed about 15 min after, by this time the gravy was cold.  They also had swede, Carrots and peas missing from their food and the meat was minimal and looked like scraps of meat,  also person 1 had a bone in her food, to which you replied "lucky you", quite unprofessional really. The other 2 meals arrived approx 30 mins later(check your camera). Again one had chicken when turkey was offered and again you unprofessionally said that there wasn't turkey on today, however that's what your staff offered. Aren't we lucky that no one had an allergy to chicken or it would be a whole different matter for you to deal with. The other had a lump of beef rather than a slice and again you unprofessionally said "i don't know why you have half a cow on your plate, as I bought a new meat slice for £450 ". We also queried the price as it was advertised as 2 caveries for £12 and we were informed that everyone asks the same but that's not the price. We paid £40 for this dining experience, which you were happy to say that it was to the required standard. So clearly this is a complaint that I would like to to look into formally rather than walk away in the middle of a conversation, and I look forward to your response.. Kind regards

Had a great laugh met some interesting people lmbao....owner of the place is a good geezer!!! It's a cool place....felt like my local....so not for the faint hearted...🤣🤣....definitely going there again....if I'm ever over that way!!!💯

Nice pub though rough around the edges but the landlord is extra vigilant

Called for lunch, the carvery wasn't too bad, but the barmaid was in a different class. Due to covid it's table service only. The woman who served us couldn't count and couldn't understand simple requests, getting every drink order wrong and overcharging us. And her attitude when we questioned her was priceless. We won't be back

Went there bank holiday for a drink with friends. We witnessed a racist incident there and in the following days found out the landlord had no interest in what went on and how it was handled. Avoid.

This place is a safe haven for Llanelli's racists and the management of this establishment openly supports it.A few nights ago a teenage girl was racially abused and the management not only did not take the appropriate action but instead banned the girl and her friend. A young man who stood up against them was also banned. An absolute stain in this nice little town.

Nice sat night for a few pints in the beer garden.

Service good, polite and lovely atmosphere. Beer cold and fresh in taste. Beer was slightly pricey compared to other public houses. Otherwise than that, a nice place to visit. They also do food, but I can't review it, as I didn't order food. But it looks very appetising.

Sat with friends who aint seen 4 months having chat. Great. Then told by a member of staff to move as 10 people (friends) coming in. When moved to a different table only 5 of the ten turned up. We moved and sat in the rain and to our shock this member of staff took an umbrella for them. We sat in the rain drank my beer and left.in ejs now. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Sunday lunch awful had to wait 30 mins for mash potatoes ,vegetables weren't very warm .she used the same knife to cut three different meats. Won't be going again

Fab venue. Very accessible. Brilliant staff and entertainment. Great for food, nighout, parties weddings or special occasions. Open late. Fantastic all rounder. Best you'll get in Llanelli

Great friendly pub offering reasonably priced drinks and food, we had our Christmas party here last Saturday night, with a beautiful festive 3 course meal, followed by a singer/guitarist for entertainment. Well done to all the staff at the Greenfield for an enjoyable evening.

Nice evening out having our works Christmas dinner. Music was great. Staff was friendly to talk to especially while waiting for my Guinness to settle lol

We called in for a quick meal and were very pleasantly surprised to have a warm Llanelli welcome from the two ladies in charge. Food was quick and plentiful and we were even given a free glass of Beaujolais Nouveau to celebrate the day. We will certainly return.

Impromptu visit Sunday. Great entertainment, nice welcoming locals, larger £2.50 a pint!!!!! Doesn't get any better . 💯

The food was amazing. I had the salmon and dill fishcakes which were sooo good, even my friends tried it and were extremely impressed. My friend had the rump steak and said it was really tender and juicy and my other friend had the Mac and cheese with garlic bread which was so satisfying. The first two meals came with homemade chips too which reminded me of how mama used to make em- glorious! Best chips ever. Service is really good and the staff and owners are so welcoming and friendly. Great atmosphere. Will definitely come again. I've heard off my neighbor that the carvery is the best in Llanelli so I'm going to try that next. Can not wait <3

Really like the sunday carvery here. Big portions of meat and a large selection of veggies and condiments. Really tastes homemade. We like going early as it's nice and quiet which is great for our son who has autism.

I visited The Greenfield Inn whilst visiting family back home in Llanelli. I was very pleased with the Sunday carvery, especially being a vegetarian (two options available). I was more pleased with the staff who were helpful and friendly. Some members of staff were still in training but it was clear that nothing was too big an ask for them. I visited The Greenfield Inn previously on the weekend, once on a rugby game day and once with friends, it was an amazing atmosphere and fabulous entertainment (live music and karaoke). Would highly recommend to all!

Carvery was outstanding. Meat n veg to perfection. Bar took 15 mins to get served as till was in other room. Bar person took it in her stride. Service was lovely tho. Uniform or t-shirt to say who is staff, from the public. Has potential but food was worth it 🍽🍽🍽👍👍👍

Went for food here last week with the family. Im sorry to say, The service was slow, the food was average, but the atmosphere was terrible. Lots of bad language and most of it come from the pub owner. NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR A FAMILY MEAL

Waited 40 minutes for our food to be passed over peoples heads (I worked in catering that is a NO) our food had the kitchen tickets IN THE FOOD. Cheap Tesco food one of my party had cheese sauce it was mostly boiling water with melted cheese. Left out part of our order. When we questioned the waitress we were told that the coleslaw only came with the chicken meals. We had ordered nothing but chicken. Rude untrained teens. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Ordered 3 breakfasts, one vegetarian, which I was pleasantly surprised to find vegetarian sausages in. They were to take away, and were nicely packed. It had gone the cut off time for the breakfast too, and I was happy to order something else, but the cook said she didn't mind, and prepared them quite cheerily. I was very impressed with the service I received and also the price was fab too, very reasonable. I took a lot of food away for the price I was charged...and very tasty! Will definitely be going back there again!

Do not visit this terrible pub! The food is awful, the place is not very clean and the staff were not helpful.It had been recommended by a neighbour ..but sorry never again!!

After looking on another review site we chanced this place and so glad we did. Don't be put off by the outside not looking very inviting because once inside the barstaff were very welcoming. I ordered a surf and turf which was beautiful steak cooked perfectly nice amount of scampi a choice between chip, fries and jacket spud which was cooked fine. and a nice size portion. My daughter had a adult size chicken burger as no burgers on the children menu. That came with fries and coleslaw. My partner had the mixed grill, steak, pork chop, gammon, sausage, fried egg, black pudding, fries peas, onion rings, fried tomatoes and mushrooms. (Think that was everything) mum in law had sirloin steak cooked to perfection which mum choose jacket spud too. Reasonable bill price lots to choose from over all on the menu. On street parking during certain times 8-6pm arrive for 6 and it's fine.

Fancied a steak and found this place, the food was very tasty and thoroughly enjoyable. If I was able to change one thing on the menu, it would be adding a Ham/Cheese Burger and Chicken Burger to the kids menu. My daughter really wanted a chicken burger, so ordered one from the main menu and it was almost the size of her head...she enjoyed it tho, so no points lost

Good local pub ,friendly staff,good pub food

Our family had Sunday carvery there yesterday, May 19th 2019... We were all very disappointed to be honest. Firstly the drinks on arrival took forever. Then the chef serving the carvery seemed so inexperienced... he actually served my partner the shavings of meats from the sides of the joints... The whole dinner was tasteless & way over priced for what we’d been served. Will not be rushing back or recommending I’m sorry to say... very poor indeed.

Disappointing. I really wanted this place to be a good find since it has a pool table and you don't get them as much these days. It wasn't a welcoming attitude from the owners. I had called in around 6 for the carvery option. when i went up the food didn't look fresh, like it had been left there a long time. OK, noon was probably the main time for it, but then dont serve it if it isn't acceptable! it looked like it was left overs from hours ago. There were disco lights going on in the day light there, which feels odd with a carvery dinner. Poor hygiene conditions in toilet room aswel

What can I say, straight from the time we entered the Greenfield we were all welcomed into the pub and showed to where we could sit, food was very good and reasonable served quickly and as the evening went on there was live music which created party still evening, can't wait to go back there.. P.S drinks and food very reasonable

My wife and I have been here on four occasions and I must say we haven't been disappointed. Wednesday carvery is a bargain but not quite as good as the Sunday carvery but the price is excellent. It's pub grub and portions size are fine.
