The best restaurants in Elli Carmarthenshire West Wales

Me and my partner came in today to have a breakfast… first time trying it here… breakfast was 10/10 can not fault the staff either, very friendly and accommodating staff. Will definitely be eating here again. Big shout out to Mike and other staff aswell

We took four grandchildren, ranging in age from 3½ to 9 years old to have Breakfast with Santa. The breakfasts were great (four adults, four children), good quality ingredients and plenty of it. Crazy Clayton kept all his young visitors entertained with a variety of activities, and then the icing on the cake, a visit to Santa, in Mr. Chambers' room. The setting was great and all the staff joined in to create a lovely festive atmosphere. Well done all, and thank you! Very Christmas 🎄

This place had way too much of a noisy environment. We had to find somewhere else. I do not know what the food is like due to the high noise levels.

Sadly, what used to be my favourite Chinese restaurant in Llanelli has gone severely downhill. The quality of the food is nowhere near what it used to be, and the service has become a real issue. The lady at reception, who I believe is new in the last year, is incredibly rude and seems to have no customer service skills whatsoever. I recently placed an order and made a special request for a dish, explaining that the request was due to a food allergy. After a lengthy back-and-forth on the phone, she finally understood the severity of the allergy and assured me everything would be fine. However, when I got home, I realised that none of my requests had been followed, and the food was completely unsuitable and inedible due to the allergy. When I called back to explain, I was met with an aggressive tone. I wasn’t asking for a refund—just a replacement dish that was safe to eat. Instead of addressing the issue, she abruptly hung up on me. This isn’t the first issue I’ve experienced since she started working there, and it’s disappointing that her attitude has resulted in such a negative experience. I really hope they address these problems, as it’s such a shame to see a once-great restaurant lose its standards like this.

Our favourite Chinese takeaway only issue we ever have is there's always a wait for our food but definitely worth the wait

I had a fantastic Sunday takeaway dinner. The beef was incredibly tender and flavorful, and there was a generous amount of vegetables. I ordered it with just eat, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal.

Had my 30th surprise birthday here in the fiction room a while ago. Buffet was great & the staff were so accommodating 😊. You provided one of my best memories with family & friends. Thank you ej’s

Really disappointed with the Quality of the cake. The "rugby ball and boots" look like a child has made them and according to the store that's the quality they always produce. I've had a rugby ball cake before and it looked nothing like that. It was ridiculous basic and they informed me that they couldn't do anything about it because there was no bakers on shift. They did provide a tiny discount but doesn't take away from the fact I had to personally fix the cake to make it suitable for a 60th birthday.
