Food we had was fine, but asked for no swede on the child’s portion but there was swede. Only had one gravy for two meals and it was barely half full.

Delivery time was good, rubys is always a good cavery but literally had half a tub full of mash🫠

Look, food quality is great and very tasty. Paid for three meats but only got two. Asked for part veg on one but got it for both, so missing some veg also.

Had my 50th Birthday Dinner with family and Work Colleagues from 1st Choice Transport here. Have to say the food was fantastic, portions were huge and the service was top class - can't recommend this fine place highly enough, chef was great and managed to get everything out plus extras on time and served by excellent and caring staff. 5 stars isn't enough, should 10.... Will definitely book Sunday lunch here now and probably my wife's 50th as well.

Disappointed that half the food had to be binned due to the lack of following the instructions, for the food I was able to eat, it was great.

Staff care more about deliveries than restaurant service

Delivery was excellent. Less than an hour from time ordered. Portions on Sunday carvery were extremely generous. I couldn't eat it all.

First class all round. Brilliant customer service from friendly staff and an absolutely stunning carvery. Went at midday and there was a nice chilled, quiet atmosphere in the restaurant. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

All the added extras - 2 portions of sauce and mushy peas were missing - all of which had been charged for.

They didn't read the comments as I had asked for no Cabbage and they were on both dinnets, the turkey and beef came as pork and beef.

I've eaten here twice this week - lunch buffet, Christmas party buffet and the food is delicious. The musical duet was very good. The DJ was really fun too. However, I urge you to please consider these suggestions - using different knives for different meats, not using your glove to put the meat on plates (try tongs or a spatula), delegate to a colleague the stirring and topping up of vegetables, sauces etc when you have a queue at the carvery. Micro management is a road to disaster! Thank you for two very enjoyable meals!

The food was nice and hot and there was plenty of choice of vegetables and meats.

Ruby’s is a welcoming town centre bar offering excellent food and a good selection of drinks. The have a decent sized function room that can be hired for private use. It is certainly worth investigating if you are in town (especially at Sunday lunchtime when their roast is superb).

Ruby's Bar Llanelli - the roughest pub I have ever been in. The only two plus points I can offer are, it does have free WIFI with password clearly displayed and cheap beer £3.50 for a good pint. I have never heard such strong language used by anyone in a pub at 6pm to communicate from one side of the pub to the other. Does seem to be very popular with locals.

Really nice place. Staff were really great and the food was brilliant. Ham new potatoes parsley sauce for me scampi for the wife all very nice. Will go again next time in Llanelli.

Went here after the rugby, amazing atmosphere, good selection of drinks, staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely be heading back at some point. Spacious bar area and good amount of seating available. DJ played some decent music as well, all in all cannot complain about this experience. 👌

Great place. Friendly staff and people that I met there. The food is exceptionally good. The chefs are amazing. Pub grub prices, but a couple of grades above the best pub meals that you've ever had. I had a steak one day and a lasagne another. Both delicious. Other food being served looked really good. Highly recommended the place.

Always lovely in Ruby's. You have to book in advance if you want food. Food is always outstanding and the staff can't do enough for you. Good atmosphere and reasonable too.
