Beachside Coffee Shop in Carmarthenshire

We called on the hop for a coffee. The staff were lovely and friendly and the coffee actually tasted of coffee! The best we’ve had for a long time - excellent!

What a wonderfully friendly place for breakfast. Excellent coffee and food and the owners really make the effort to chat. It’s a great shame more places aren’t like that. We will definitely be returning

Fabulous cafe, staff are so friendly and helpful especially we had our 2 year old granddaughter with us and they made a small portion for her. The Coronation chicken in a brown bread sandwich was lush, as was the coronation chicken jacket potato 10 out of 10.

Excellent atmosphere as friendly and chilled. Food exceptionally good and service personal and individual. Will definitely be returning and am going to recommend to family and friends. Popped in to have a lunchtime meal with my youngest son as we were spending the day together it being his 23rd birthday! Son had a delicious burger and I had a fantastic toasted sandwich. An asset to Llanelli town centre.

Really lovely coffee and food is delicious, however a MASSIVE no no for me is seeing the owner sitting outside smoking throughout the day. He then comes in and prepares food. As a non smoker, I find it very off-putting

Popped in today with my mother and so glad we did the owners (Mike and Shilpa) we absolutely fantastic. Service was 5* and nothing was too much trouble for them. I love the deco and the relaxing atmosphere, made me feel like I was on a mini getaway which was perfect when it was cold and rainy outside. Found out I can take my dog which is very rare in llanelli so can’t wait to visit again and take my four legged pal with us.

Cracking food and friendly atmosphere our new place to eat in town. Sausage patty was lush and the carrot cake was as good as the wife's.

We were holidaying in Llanelli and needed a dog-friendly place to eat some lunch before our journey home. We were a family of 4 together with our springer spaniel Blaze! This is a wonderful coffee shop, with bright, relaxed, and beach themed decor. The owners were so friendly and welcoming to us and our dog, service was great and the food was absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend this amazing coffee shop!

I was visiting from out of town and really fancied a cheese and beans Jacket potatoe, it did not disappoint. Maybe a little extra cheese would have been better but I like a lot of cheese with my beans! The salad and coleslaw served on the side was fresh and delicious. The only reason I gave a 4/5 is because due to staff shortage it toke a little bit long to get out food. Mum had a generously sized Brie, Bacon and Cranberry Panini, also served with side of salad and coleslaw which she enjoyed! We also had a pot of tea for two which was served hot and presented well. Both owners were very welcoming and made us feel at home. They were extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend Beachside!

Lovely ambiance, friendly staff. Thoroughly enjoyed toasted panini. The cakes looked amazing but ill have to return to try it out as didn't have room. 100% recommend, shame its not on the seafront as it would be 10 stars then. Definitely worth a visit.

My wife and l had a great experience of this tea/coffee shop. Very friendly staff who had time to talk about the great tasting coffee and its origins. We had a Latte and a tea and also had a couple of muffins which were lovely. The shop had a lovely chilled atmosphere with relaxing music. They also have a loyalty stamp card system. Will defo be calling again, a great find.
