The best restaurants serving British food in New Quay Ceredigion Mid Wales

Had Cod and chips and battered prawns and chips. Both cooked fresh and so tasty. Homemade tartare sauce as well. Good size portions, highly recommended. Only downside for me was the prawns are the same as you get in the supermarket so stick to the fish is my advice

Sunday lunch here failed in no part. Service was exceptional, wonderfully happy, friendly staff eager to please. Food was fabulous quality. Disappointed to have just missed out on meat of choice for the roast as they'd sold out just as we ordered but beef and Welsh lamb were fabulous. Amazing Yorkshire puddings, even more amazing roast potatoes and veg cooked beautifully to leave some bite and crunch. Book early because there's not a lot of room for many covers. Quaint, small pub/ bistro. Can imagine it is very popular and books up quickly especially busier seasons.

Lovely fresh food, able to cater for both vegetarian and gluten free. The chef came out to speak to us about our order and we felt looked after

Extremely tasty Cornish pasty’s. Hot and delicious. Service was pleasant and prompt. Very handy place right on the harbour front. Highly recommend a visit if in the area

Wonderful selection of cakes and the best brownie I have had! Great service from friendly staff too. Highly reccomended

Had lunch and breakfast here and it's definitely the best in New quay. Lovely staff and it's definitely dog friendly not just dog tolerant like some places.

Great hotel with a very easy check-in. Wonderful staff who were so helpful. Great views of the bay and parking was easy. The food was plentiful and tasty, with a good menu. The rooms were spotless and breakfast was amazing. I also went back for lunch. I recommend this hotel and thanks to all the wonderful staff
