Awsome roast dinner just like your Grannie would make no skimping on portion size not a frozen vegetable in sight fantastic roasties and yorkies but best of all oodles of homemade gravey. The magic didn't end there you must try the sticky toffee pudding yum yum. The lovely lady who served us made us feel like we were in our own dining room enjoying a traditional Sunday roast dinner. We all went away happy and content what more can I say. Thank you for a lovely enjoyable Sunday afternoon.

Una gran tienda de café, éste es uno que me bastante a menudo. Menú sencillo con una sopa y sándwiches y una variedad de pasteles recién horneados. Sin duda, un lugar que vale la pena entrar a

I was in Glasgow for a conference and didn’t fancy eating in my hotel so Googled restaurants nearby and found Fanny Trollopes. I booked a table, and glad I did, as it’s only a small restaurant and was pretty busy when I got there. The place had a lovely warm friendly atmosphere, quite loud with lots of animated conversations and laughter - a great vibe. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. I had the fish of the day, sea bass, but there was plenty on the menu I could have gone for. All in all a lovely meal in a lovely, lively place. If I’m ever in Glasgow again I’d definitely go back.

Lunch here on the last Sunday in September was the best seafood I have ever tasted, fresh and beautifully presented. We had 5 dishes between 3 of us, and the crab cakes were my favourite, packed full with crab, delicious! We were warmly welcomed and the waiting staff were superb, patiently explaining the dishes to us. the fruit tart pudding looked almost too stunning to eat and was also delicious with melt in your mouth pasty. Lovely atmosphere too with mostly extended family groups, will definitely return if I am ever in Glasgow again.
