This is a very comfortable hotel located very close to Belfast city centre. It is clean, comfortable, staff are mostly friendly and they held onto my luggage for a few hours after I checked out. The only remark I have is that one of the receptionists was a bit funny with me when I asked for my luggage back. She was quite rude and when she saw the look on my face she told me that she had just started her shift. I'm not really sure why this is an excuse to act that way with me. It's a huge pity as the rest of the staff are really nice!

The Weatherspoons of fine dining. Went there for dinner with matching cocktails. Was really good to be honest. Can't fault it although it depends on their theme which changes every 6 weeks. How they come up with new ideas so often is incredible.

If you’re in Belfast and don’t go to the Cabaret Supper Brunch… you’re seriously missing out! This was hands-down one of the best experiences of our entire trip. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into an electric atmosphere full of laughter, sparkle, and sensational talent. The singers were absolutely incredible – not just musically gifted, but hilariously funny and full of personality. Every performance had us either belly-laughing or in awe of the vocals. It’s rare to find such a perfect mix of comedy and talent, but they absolutely nailed it. The food? Incredible. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You don’t always expect brunch to blow you away, but this one did. And the drinks kept flowing thanks to the attentive, friendly staff who clearly love what they do. Special shout-out to the hosts – genuinely some of the best we’ve ever encountered. Warm, witty, and engaging from start to finish. They made everyone feel included and added so much to the experience. We’re already planning to come back on our next trip to Belfast. If you’re looking for food, fun, and fabulousness all in one place – this is it.

We choose Newcastle for a 50th Birthday celebration as we had visited Hugh Mc Cann's/O'Hare's many times. Throughout the process of planning, staff were helpful, friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. When we finally arrived, again staff could not have been more helpful. Lee helped us immensely during the decorating of the venue space and found us everything we needed with a smile. He was fantastic from begining to end. The rest of the staff are a credit to the owners as they are all fantastic, friendly and so helpful. Another mention to Mark who was our barman for the evening. He smiled throughout, took everything in his stride and even found our cake box for us in the end! Thank you all so much for a memorable weekend.
