Amazing hotel with great facilities and reasonable prices. Great location near to the city centre. The only real criticism I have is the lack of parking. Your only options are a measly underground car park on the same street or the nearby paid car park at the fire station, the latter of which I would recommend.

First inn very well placed to discover Belfast. Parking is easy on the street and free at night and on Sundays. The hotel is quiet. The family room for 3 was spacious enough. Nearby is Georges’ Market, for a Sunday breakfast or lunch. Several well-rated pubs and restaurants nearby. The Titanic Museum is accessible on foot (30 minutes) or by car (5-10 minutes). The staff is friendly.

It's a premier inn. What more can I say? Location is ok, breakfast was fine, room was fine. Nothing special but equally nothing wrong with it. I dunno, I'm struggling to think of anything to say other than 'fine'. Not especially cheap though, you might find better value elsewhere.

Nice place in a good location, close to the city centre, with a good service. A clean room but a smelly carpet on the corridor. At the restaurant, one day, I waited for a waiter to take my order really long. Food was average. However, there is a brilliant place next door to the hotel with lovely breakfasts. In general, I spend nice few days here. I've visited them recently, and have to say that everything was new (nothing smelly 😊). REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE 👍 However, I've been waiting for the service at their restaurant for ages. It took over 45 minutes 😱. But the rest was more than OK. Thanks to all the staff 🙌

Absolutely awful customer service/ care. My mates came to stay the weekend from Liverpool understandably we should have known in advance that a 17 yr old was not allowed to stay for some reason, the man didn’t care he that he was about to make a 17 yr old homeless for 5 nights, no apology, no care, no sympathy, no help, no offer to reimburse the £400 that they spent there. He simply did not care. Lucky the other premier inn let her stay! The room was small for the biggest one they had and after waiting 20 minutes for a staff member because she was smoking outside i asked for more toilet rolls they handed me napkins, napkins!!! I honestly think this is just a location and staff issue not a company issue. Do better! Higher better staff!

Usual great standard of rooms, very clean and spacious. Down side was the dining experience, evening meal the gammon was so overcooked it was inedible and the breakfast buffet was a complete mess, people waiting for plates then no fried eggs or bacon, people complaining and this was both mornings so they hadn’t learned from their mistakes on the first morning. During my visits to loads of Premier Inns, the new favorite has to be Belfast Albert Street, specifically at the front of the house. Kieran, who managed the front decks amazingly, exhibited exceptional kindness and a genuine demeanor that made the overall experience truly delightful. He stands out as the nicest person I've ever met at front of house. If you're considering a stay here and need help choosing food, I highly recommend him. My wife and I spent one night in the Premier Inn in Alfred Street, Belfast. This turned out to be a very upsetting and embarrassing stay. We had to wait in a queue for 20 minutes to be get checked in, which seems a ridiculously long time to wait. When we returned to the hotel in the evening we had a shock when our room door opened and another couple came in. Apparently they had just checked in and been given key cards for our room. The other couple were just as shocked as we were. I called reception and told them what had happened, they apologised and said they would cancel all key cards for the room and they would slip new key cards under our door. After waiting an hour for the replacement key cards, during which time we were unable to leave the room as we would be unable to get back in, I called reception again. Apparently they had put key cards for our room under a room door...it just wasn't our room. Unbelievably, someone else now had keys to our room. You couldn't make it up. If we had been out of the room they would have been allowing people to enter our room and potentially steal from us, or we may have been doing what many couples do in the 'privacy' of a hotel room. I honestly have never experienced anything like this, and hopefully never will again. Also, the quality if the food was poor, but given everything else that happened it seems somewhat insignificant.

I've stayed in Premier Inns throughout the UK and they are about the same standard, this one was well below the standard of all the others. This was booked with the meal deal, however on checking in I was told there was no one to open the restaurant but I can order from Just Eat and have it delivered to the hotel, I asked if they had an account but was told oh no you pay for it! (I expected that but thought I'd ask because of the way it was suggested) In the room I only had 2 hand towels which I didn't notice until I had a shower. Not being a big Abba fan I was not expecting to be fully entertained by this show but went along because some friends wanted to go. Firstly, the food was excellent and justified the price of the ticket on its own. The singers were really good and kept us laughing and singing along the whole time. High drinks prices inflated the final bill somewhat but it was on balance a great experience and one I'd repeat if I'm ever in bonny Belfast again.

Four stars, because there's always room for improvement! Deanes at Queen's offers fantastic meals, I personally recomment their mushroom soup, it's amazing. Today I ordered Korean style chicken with salad and wasabi mayonaise as the main meal, and sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream for the dessert. What can I say? The meals were delicious as always! However, in my opinion the music choice might be a bit odd for a high-quality restaurant like this. Jazz, in my opinion, would be a perfect match.
