Thornhurst Manor 25th Dec what can I say are 5th Christmas dinner once again it was beautiful. Well done to chefs and all staff they was amazing couldn't ask for better already booked for Christmas 25 lol. Also breakfast with santa 24th Dec was fantastic the breakfast was massive I highly recommend this place 💯 perfect Well done to you all x

This is a lovely hotel set in its own extensive grounds - takes a bit of finding but well worth it. A good restaurant and very attentive staff

Absolutely fantastic, good home cooked food made with fresh quality ingredients! Emma and her team are so friendly, attentive and polite. Made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived to when we left. The food was really delicious, great value for money! We had steak & ale pie with mash & peas, cottage pie with mash and veg, 2 deserts and a bottle of wine £66. We will definitely be returning 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Really good place for home cooked pub food. We keep going back each month. Staff always polite

Helpful staff, pleasant surroundings but food very poor. In particular the Risotto with wild mushrooms and spinach. It was tasteless and no attempt made to present it well or garnish it. Just a heap of soggy rice. Embarrassing as friend was paying. Pie and chips reasonable. Lion of pork very tough stuffing. Talked up big but better food in market cafe at half the price
