Lucy provided the catering following our mother's funeral. We were not only impressed by the standard of the food she provided, which was both delicious and fresh, but also her attention to detail and the thoughtful guidance and suggestions she made to make the occasion go smoothly. She also helped with serving refreshments and washed up afterwards which was all an immense help, leaving us free to share time with family and friends.

Lovely setting and I have to admit, the sandwiches looked good buy the service was abysmal. The two guys serving were short on charisma, manners and smiles.. I had a coffee which was decidedly average and an orange juice served warm.. the orange juice was of the lowest quality value brand and tasted so but they charge top money for it. Tables were also sticky and covered in the previous customers drink spillages. Needless say, we.wont be co.ing back.. such a shame that a great venue is let down by these issues.

Stayed in the hotel. It does have a carpark, but they’re not insured for overnight guests. We parked in a council carpark about 10 mins away and it was £5 for 24 hours. The pub does smell a bit funny, but its small and cute. The room with the breakfast hamper only cost £75 so we were expecting it to be quite basic. The decor was quite grim and the room was small, but the shower worked well and the bed was comfy enough. The breakfast hamper had some nice pastries, but they left it outside our room and the milk was off. This seemed a bit daft as there was a fridge in the room, so they could have put it in.

Chose this restaurant due to the positive reviews. We weren’t disappointed!! Had a lovely warm welcome and were taken to our table. Ordered the steak & ale pie with mustard mash & a portion of cauli cheese. We didn’t wait long considering the place was packed, Our food arrived hot and extremely tasty. Highly recommend a visit.

Booked a table to be told most of the set menu was sold. Staff seemed flustered. But not very busy, took 20 mins for drinks to be brought to table as waitress forgot about us. Food order taken again 40 min wait to be brought food that was over cooked and drowing in vinegar as a dressing. Asked us on paying how was the meal advised it was just ok. Not what it used to be at all. Would we go back No. Shame used to be lovely there. Looks tired and a cool atmosphere down in the ditch.

Good large space with plenty of room at the bar. PLenty of chpice on the keg taps. Went here as part of Worcester Music Festival (they were acting as one of the venues) so visited several times over the weekend. Good atmosphere.
