We were camping and were lucky enough to stumble across this amazing place- 6 of us ordered a selection of dishes and deserts which were so tasty, the food was delivered for us with extra veg. Highly recommended!

Me mum and my 5yr old ordered lunch , we had soup and a hot chocolate my daughter had a hot chocolate and a bowl of chips . I can honestly say it was the worst hot chocolate I'd ever had . We expected it to be made with milk like most places , this looked vile and had clearly been made with powder and hot water . We expected better and won't be returning in a rush , unless the get trained on making hot drinks .

An excellent pub - easily the best in town. Great atmosphere, beer and jukebox. Staff friendly and very helpful. We stayed in the camping pods as a base for a couple of cycle rides around the area and they were just right -- excelent shower block too. Thanks and will definitely return

I was looking for a convenient location to meet with friends who live in South Shropshire and The Bridges seemed an ideal location. I tried to research the menu on line prior to going but assumed only the lunchtime menu was listed, as the food appeared be more of a ‘lite bite’ type menu and the selection of food was somewhat unusual and a little limited - however this turned out to be the only menu and the same food appears to be served both daytime and evening. I was hoping for some honesty pub food that was done well but the menu is trying to be ‘arty’ and unusual but more for effect than for any obvious reason. Despite asking the waitress if the steak pie was a conventional full pastry case or just a pastry top on a casserole dish & being reassured it was a full pastry version, I ended up with the half casserole dish version. Despite being awkward to eat, it was tasty. The dessert menu is also ‘trying to hard’ and the desserts are expensive - I had the Bakewell Tart which turned out to be a modest slice of what looked like a pre bought catering tart with a dollop of clotted cream. It was extremely average and not worth the £8 price tag. The staff were pleasant and the restaurant is clean but there was nothing about our visit or the food that would encourage me to return.

most delicious Sunday Lunch 6 adults and a toddler ! The food arrived hot, plentiful & delicious. Desserts were great too. Lottie looked after us so well, distracted our little one while she waited for her food ! She is a credit to the Crown . We will be back very soon, thank you.
