The best restaurants serving British food in Bournville Birmingham West Midlands

Just bought some lovely somosas from Omar, prepared on the premises by his wife. They are only £1.90 each and an amazing £1.00 on Saturdays. Like all their food, highly recommended and scrupulously clean.

Me and my boyfriend visited here today and it was an absolutely amazing experience, staff were so kind and friendly and the food was absolutely amazing!!! They also cater some amazing food for vegetarians, I never tip but the customer service and the food was outstanding, 100% worth a visit if in the bournville/stirchley area!

Everyone here is so lovely. Always feel welcome as soon as u step through the door. Delicious food and cheap drinks. All in all. A very nice place to go.

Terrible, plates were not warm, two plates were the same, another was different with a chip it in but we all had the same cooked breakfast. Everything was just mildly warm, bacon was over cooked and like chewing leather, the sausages were recooked and were barely edible, I left one Uneaten! Cold environment, I left my coat on which is never nice went eating. Very disappointing and nearly £40 for two adults and one child. We like to support small businesses but I wouldn’t bother with this one!

Nice place, fantastic in summertime. Play ground for the little ones, a lot of space to play and run.

I had a fantastic experience at the Red Lion pub in Kings Heath! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my visit. I ordered a meal that was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The selection of drinks was impressive, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, it was a lovely evening, and I can't wait to return. Definitely a 5-star experience!

La comida estaba bien, no muy caliente, pidió tostadas con el desayuno, pero eso ni siquiera se puso en la tostadora hasta que nos dieron los platos. La comida probablemente se enfrió rápidamente cuando la puerta se abrió. En general la comida era pasable, pero el servicio era un personal decepcionado, miserable, ni siquiera podía decir buenos días! Parece que no querían estar allí. Dimos 2 estrellas para mesas limpias, suelos y tostadas decentes (incluso si venía después de que habíamos comenzado nuestra comida).
