The best restaurants serving British food in Weston-super-Mare Central North Somerset South West

Prior to holidaying in Weston Super-mare, I looked for the popular places to visit, and this was one of them. I had a banana, chocolate & vanilla whippy and my husband had coconut ice cream - both doubles and both delicious - they were MASSIVE! Recommend you visit here as soon as you arrive because you’ll want to go back again and again!

Plenty to eat, friendly staff , cooked to perfection & well priced. Not far from town centre much better value than in town.

Excellent breakfast all grilled nice and clean café and fresh very friendly staff we had a lovely Christmas meal for 17 volunteers of league of friends of Weston General Hospital worth a visit.

It has everything you need good service great food lovely staff big fluffy dog to cuddle good in the day and at night I come here every day and never disappointed try it out for yourself

My wife and I had a quick meal of cod, chips and peas in the restaurant last night before going to the cinema. Only 2 other people in the restaurant but we had quite a wait before the meal arrived. First impressions were good but the meal had been served on cold plates so it quickly cooled and condensation turned the batter on the underside of the fish from crispy to soggy. My mushy peas were like soup and my wife’s were in a dish with a centimetre of water in it, presumably heated from frozen and not drained. We had a glass of wine and a bottle of Budweiser to go with the meal. Cost over £50 for cold rubbery and soggy food. This place has really gone downhill

Amazing experience for a birthday extremely friendly staff. Quick service. The roast was fab and the cauliflower cheese was out of this world. Definitely come again.

Amazing food and exceptional prices

Food was spot on only thing that let it down was that awful ketchup being used taste luke pure vineger, i would say chance the sauce or dont water it down and youd be onto a winner again

Love this place although, today, not happy with watching food being served. The chef, with a beard, had no beard snood or hat. He was also serving food onto the plates with his fingers. Basic hygiene not being observed. Staff are all brilliant but surprised at these failings.

Cracking food , nothing was a problem, reasonable price proper cafe , friendly welcoming, definitely recommend………..

Had an excellent breakfast here this morning. I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Spotlessly clean and has great decor inside. I am also looking forward to trying the special nights planned. Fish and chips, wine and cheese and a traditional Christmas dinner nearer Christmas. My only moan and groan. I have lost count of the times I have passed these premises and never ventured in. But now I realise, I have been missing out on a little gem. And I'm happy to say, I will be visiting with monotonous regularity from now on.

Always visit when in WSM as we always get excellent service and food. Such a lovely place

Came here for college "take over" on a Tuesday night two weeks in a row... The food was so very delicious ! Students all amazing and a great variety on the menu both nights! Our whole table loved it! Thank you Weston College 🙂

Staff were welcoming and friendly and food was good quality. Overall a great experience. Restaurant was modern/clean.
